I was charged $3.29 a gallon. When I went inside and inquired, the cashier acknowledged that there was a problem with the pumps, but the only person who could refund me the overpayment was the manager who was gone for the day. I called the next day and spoke with the manager who told me she is there till 2pm on weekdays and until 8am on Saturdays and acknowledged that the problem has been going on for over a week, but they had not been able to get Irving to fix it. I imagine that was beyond their control. But they also had not changed the sign and they were only giving people refunds if they noticed that they were not charged the posted price and requested a refund during the manager's hours. Because I was able to go back during her hours, I did. (I wonder how many other people notice the discrepancy, take the time to question it, and have the ability to come back when she is there.) She looked at my receipt and told me that it didn't say Irving Debit Pay. I showed her that my emailed receipt did, in fact, say "Irving Debit Pay". She then told me that she could only give me the Irving Debit Pay price if I activated Irving Debit Pay using my plastic Irving card rather than on the Irving app. When I pointed out that it was still Irving Debit Pay, she told me she would do it "just this once" but next time I need to use the plastic Irving card and not the Irving app. I'm puzzled why she assumes there will be a next time.

They are going to be spraying every 28 days to kill all viruses( Xenocide-Z ) as it lasts that long .This is what Amazon is now spraying in all their work places to prevent people from getting Covid-19 or any other viruses. I went into the store one day and was trying to buy some alcohol, a pizza and some chips. I had 8 things total. I got to the counter he said they have no bags. Subway is in the same store, so I walked over and got some bags from them. He went on to preach to me why i do not need a bag. How I could carry these items under this arm and the others under my other arm. I said something about it to his manager and they gave me a 20-dollar gift card for free. To make up for it. Then Dwayne started more shit telling me I took it too far by talking to his manager. He started running his mouth to me about my weight. I told his manager about that too. I went in another night and was at the counter trying to purchase alcohol. As soon as I got to the counter he left and went outside and decided to change all of the trashes around the gas pumps making me wait about 20 minutes. I spoke with his manager. I went in another night and was purchasing a 12 pack of coolers light. Cans in a box with a handle. Because we had our previous encounter with me not getting bags, he decided to be sarcastic about it and put the 12 pack of cans in a flimsy white bag. It would easily rip and would serve no purpose. I said OK man this is just sarcasm. He told me he was not going to serve me at all and denied me the sale. I spoke with his manager. She told me if I didn't like dealing with it just don't come in the store when he's here. Eventually I started calling the managers, manager. I called Exxon Mobil who owns the place. I made a report with them and told them everything. So, I decided to boycott the store. Thats not how you talk to and treat people, especially customers. I have not been in there in months. I went in the other night and Dwayne told me I was not allowed in the store. I said well nobody has ever told me I am not allowed in the store. So I spoke with his manager the next day. She told me I told you not to come in here. I said no you told me that I should not come in while Dwayne is working. She didn't want to deal with disciplining her associate. So, it's easier for her to blame me and tell me not to come in. Also, they are short staffed so if he quits, she will have to cover his shifts. So, it's easier for her to blame me. There is a difference between you are not allowed in the store and you should just not come in while he is working. Even that is bullshit. Discipline your associate. So, the manager told me over the phone, ok I'm telling you not to come in the store. So, I called Exxon Mobil again and they told me I have done nothing wrong, and I can absolutely go in the store. So, i called the store and told the manager that. The next day i called down there to make sure the headquarters had communicated to her that I can go in. She told me if I kept calling the store she would have her security guy deal with me. So, i called Exxon Mobil again and made a report about that. I also Called The Lebanon NH Police Department and told them everything that had happened. This is a bad manager covering for a bad associate trying to Ban me from the store because Dwayne has no customer service skills. Lebanon NH Police Department told me I was not trespassed from the store, and they made a note of what's going on there. I made a report with Exxon Mobil too. The people at Exxon Mobil have received several reports from me and they told me on the phone this isn't my fault, and this is on their end, and they will be dealing with it.

The employees took the attitude that I should clearly understand that the price at the register is the correct one and I was annoying for bringing up the discrepancy. This is false advertising at best, fraud at worst if customers don't cartch the discrepancy. This has happened here in the past but the clerks were cooler about it and honored the posted price. Given the experiences I've had recently I will not only not be returning, and registering complaints with the BBB at Attorney General's office.

The check in process was uneventful and fast. I had made the appointment and paperwork online several days ago and the reception was fast. The inoculations specialist, Ian, was courteous and very efficient. I had my booster before I knew it. The rest of the store is fine. Well stocked, very good variety. Excellent wine section too, with many of the lesser priced items on the shelves. Of course, I'm not coming to CVS for a Chateau Latour, but if I'm having a cookout with a bunch of people, this will do. As in the old Rite Aid, they have BOGO on many of the vitamins. Overall a pleasant experience.

They have not connected the notion of helping customers with service. And to top it off, there are unending phone calls with synthesized voices telling you to come down and pick up or order a script. They are the worst. The woman who often is at the drive thru is the exception. She is friendly, helpful and competent. Too bad Rite Aid left town.
