She tried to say I had to take one, I think as a part of a deal. I told her I didn't want a donut again and was prepared to just leave my coffee as the interaction was strange. Why was I being charged for a donut/almost forced to take a donut? I didn't even pick one out and never put one on the counter. She finally took this off and my coffee was free after entering my phone number. Upon exiting, I did see a sign for a $2 large coffee + donut deal but my coffee was a medium so still strange. This pharmacy has gone downhill so bad that it amazes me they still have customers. I have been a customer at this store for more than 15 years. They used to be notable for having every type of medication in stock and being close to the hospital it was a bonus that they were 24 hours. Now you can't even talk to a human on the phone. You have to leave a message and play phone tag with them for three days when you are sick. The hospital ordered medications for me and I went to get them before going home. They didn't fill my antibiotic- the most important medication in there and didn't bother to mention it to me when I picked up my prescriptions. When I looked it up it said it was too soon to refill- this is a medication I have never taken before in my life so I have now missed a day on this medication while I wait for them to call me. I have a life threatening infection and you would think they would tell me when I picked up the others so we could figure it out then. They clearly value revenue over customers health and they have techs and clerks running around who don't have a clue what customer service is. It seems their only concern is getting the line down so they can go back to counting pills. The customer service is atrocious even on a good day. 10 years ago this would have never happened but they have become so irresponsible and robotic they may as well hire baboons to run the counter. Baboons would probably smile once in awhile and pretend to care. Sadly, I know that CVS couldn't care less if they lose a customer but they have lost one in me. I'll take a mom and pop or even a Walgreens over this cvs any day. Until they get someone killed they won't care and even then it's questionable.

From where I went the store looked to be in good order. The fountain drinks station was fully stocked and I saw no baby German Cockroaches. This is always a great sign. The wait time for checking out was quick. The front desk gug was pleasant. He also said "thanks for stopping by." Not every place you go to says things like this. I had a positive experience here.

The bathroom is very clean as of right now. This might change after a 100 people use the royal throne. The sink is the most impressive part of the bathroom. The sink dispenses soap, water and dries your hands. Last time I saw something like this, it was at the Washington DC Zoo. The gasoline station was busy, but not overly busy as a few days ago when people couldn't get gas and I don't mean farting. Today the was only regular fuel offered. If you needed other kind of fuel, your an out of luck duck. Luckily my vichele took regular fuel so I was able to get what I needed. This is a clean gas station that replaced another gasoline station. Everything old has been torn down and rebuilt from scratch. This place is going to be around for a while. I look forward to seeing what food is offered when it is fully up and running.

While we were there, I noticed one of the employee seemed very tired or it was just her personality. She appeared to be Ukrainian or Russian, but I am not 100% Sure. When asking for help, she helped, but with the bare amount of effort. After my first dealings with her, I decided to stay away from her. The other associate I meet there seemed to be the manager, but I later found out Alicia wasn't the manager, but her knowledge about the products at the store was very helpful. Alicia seemed more like a people person than the Russian woman. Unfortunately, the product that I was looking for was not at this store. I like using a product called Skin Tight Extra Strength Roll On. This product us used for removing unwanted blackheads, ingrown hairs and razor bumbs. I found out that some of the pimples I had that were near some ingrown hairs on my body, were all eliminate after using this product. The stuff doesn't smell good, but it really does work. You can use this product at night time; as well, morning, but I advise waiting one hour before going outside in public areas wearing that stuff. Once again this stuff stinks, but works wonders. The roll on ball helps spread the solution around without having to touch it. I will be picking up more of this product soon. Thanks again Alicia for your cool personality. My wife loves the products you sold her. Oh, and while I was there, I was watching the Baltimore Ravens vs The Texans.
