I filled out a complaint form at Walgreenslistens.com and asked them to contact me but they haven't. I moved my prescriptions from there because of ineptitude and errors and delays. In all respects the store seems to be very poorly managed with no regard for customer service or satisfaction and has discourteous personnel. Avoid at all costs.

I answered a call from Walgreens today and a recorded message started telling me there was a delay…read morein my prescription.....then it would repeat that ....again....and again.....and again. I called back. I was holding on the phone.....I did this for 40+ minutes and a real live female person answered the phone and said I will be with you in just a minute...after a while....I was disconnected and transferred to no-mans land where no one would answer the phone. I called back and now10 minutes, there are once again 2 customers ahead of me. And the computer lady keeps saying she is sorry to keep me waiting! Actually, if there were a minus.....I would give a minus 100. It is sad. This used to be a vibrant store full of staff who could help you in a reasonable time. The voice mail system is terrible. The store is under staffed. You walk in there and can't find anyone except in the pharmacy. There are still 2 callers ahead of me. Actually, I have been moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy...but I missed this one. I may be holding on this phone until my next birthday ...which is in November!!! and there are still 2 callers ahead of me. It is now 26 minutes holding. And they will be with me shorly. This is not a good experience. Their staff is assisting other customers. Please pick up the phone and don't hang up on me again! There are still 2 callers ahead of me.....at 32 minutes holding. First, with a friendly "Welcome to Walgreens" from Blake, at the register. Secondly, by his cologne that was overpowering the entire front of the store. I love perfume and cologne myself, so I'm not hating on him by any means. But as someone who has a father and stepmother who suffered with COPD for years, I am concerned for the folks with breathing difficulties that may be faced with that very strong scent. Any scent is difficult for them, as they're already struggling to breathe. Lots of employees were stocking the shelves during my visit. Compared to what I've experienced at another local Walgreens, these employees are on top of their work. I found a few things on sale that I hadn't planned on getting. Some of their Halloween and Autumn stuff is super cute, but overpriced in my opinion.

I stated that I needed a prescription refilled. She took my paper and walked over to her computer, walked back and stated unpleasantly, "We don't have it, sorry." So, I then asked her to check other locations. She at first LIED and stated she couldn't but then lucky for her she remembered that her system can indeed check other locations. She of course tells me that another location had it but based on her unpleasant and rude disposition, I am having a hard time believing she went out her way to go above and beyond for a customer. Lastly, I had to remind her that I had another prescription to pick up. She deeply sighs again, walks down to a different terminal and stated, "You can come down here."... RUDE!!! I spoke with the manager and asked her to please have a conversation with BOTH individual's working in the pharmacy for their lack of professionalism. When I asked the manager and the technician to provide their names, they immediately declined. Why? Because she's guilty for being extremely rude to a customer.
