This location is pathetic. I'm not sure who manages the pharmacy or if they have any ethical standards, but their customer service here is beyond ridiculous. They never answer the phone. You could call in days in a row and never have anyone answer. They never have more than one person working with the pharmacist. We frequent this Walgreens out of convenience, since it's located only a half mile from our home. There's plenty of parking and the lot is always clean. The cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. Occasionally a cashier may not be 21 or older, so when buying alcohol, it could be a wait as they try to get an 'of age' cashiers to ring up your purchase. They have a drive-thru pharmacy which I appreciate. I hate going inside just to pick up a prescription. They also have phone message reminders for refills, which can be quite helpful. There's a photo center inside to get prints, or a DIY machine to print your own via USB drive. We've used this service in the past and had no issues. This location is also a FEDEX drop off site; however, it's limited on the size of boxes you can drop off. I love looking through their seasonal merchandise. They always have fun, last minute gift ideas. They have a weekly ad with sale items and new arrivals. Overall a nice location. Prices may not be the most budget friendly, but out of convenience, I'm sometimes willing to pay a little more. Would recommend. read more

I called in advance to make certain they were doing flu shots and do I need an appointment and they said " yes but we close at 130pm for lunch and no appointment needed just come on in". I got there at 114pm and said I needed to get a flu only to be told "we go to lunch at 130 and that I would need to come back as the paper work takes 15 minutes and they needed to go to lunch on time" I said "would have been nice had someone told me over the phone that you stop taking people at a certain time and that the paper work takes 15 minutes " Then as I walked away one of the techs says "and you have to make an appointment!". I walked back and said "I called in and asked about getting my flu shot and do I need an appointment and was told no". Costco's here I come for my flu shot! Rude pharmacy tech people! I have had several bad experiences with this Walgreens. They have mistaken my child's date of birth so therefore we had to pay the full price without insurance, and they would not refund us because we did not get a chance to go in before the seven day refund mark. They also put my other child's medication in the back and didn't even think to check if it was back there. Their lunch hour is at a very inconvenient time. Terrible service. NEVER go here. I just felt like the pharmacists didn't care. Don't even bother with this place. read more

The pharmacy was busy when I went in for a vaccination, however I wasn't ignored. They asked me to take a seat and checked back after a few minutes to tell me they hadn't forgotten me and would be with me soon. Sometimes when I get a shot in the arm they hurt, but this one i didn't even feel. That's a sign that they really know what they are doing. They also told me the best time and day to schedule an appointment in future to avoid the wait. I appreciate being treated kindly and that's what I've experienced at this location. read more

Don't use this pharmacy if you don't have to. I've had more issues with them than any other Walgreens or pharmacy in my life. One lady who works there is extremely rude, she has horrible phone/customer service etiquette and is short with me or cuts me off every time I call to refill my prescriptions. It almost feels as though she is discriminating against me because of the medications that I take. Also, they almost always mess up my health insurance information even though it's remained the same health insurance plan for literally years and nothing has changed. Also, they are horribly understaffed, prepare to wait in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes. Avoid this location. read more

My friend had an appointment for a covid booster at this location this afternoon. There was a line of people that had been waiting patiently and the metal doors to the pharmacy windows were shut. Lunchtime maybe? Nope! It boggles the mind how Walgreens thinks it's a good idea for elderly customers with canes to hobble to the back of the store with pneumonia or covid or god knows what to wait for meds they can not pick up or immunizations they cannot get. Drive thru is not an option for some. After waiting probably 15 minutes, I went up to the front desk and the guy acted surprised & there said he'd call the pharmacy and get things going. Nothing happened. Several minutes later, a customer rapped on the pharmacy door and asked if we needed to come back later. After about 5 minutes, an employee came out and angrily told us there was nobody there so we'd all have to go away. Our appointments were all confirmed via email the previous day. I understand staffing shortages everywhere but why not be honest with customers instead of ignoring them? It was very disrespectful and rude. I commend the customers for their patience and politeness during this insulting ordeal. How difficult would it have been to at least put a sign up on the front door or pharmacy door telling the public they would not be getting service on that day due to staffing shortages? I want to give a shout out to this Walgreens for my almost 93 year old grandmother. She lives alone and yet there are many things she cannot do at her age. One thing she does do regularly is get herself into this store. Not only for her prescriptions but much of her shopping. Her independence is extremely valuable to her and the thoughtful staff always help her in subtle ways that make her experience not only possible but also enjoyable. Someone often takes her purchases to the car and loads them in the trunk for her and most all of them know her by name. Pharmacist Cornelius is very adept at passively aggressively explaining I was given wrong info by a Walgreen employee but not owning walgreens was the problem or him. I talk to 3?different staff over 2 days and received 3 different answers. Not accepting any fault called him a putz and he threatened me I was.cursing at him. Bad experience at the pharmacy. I called ahead to make sure they carried a certain medication and they told me they did so I had my doctor send them the prescription. When I arrived, they still hadn't filled it even though they told me it was ready. I reminded them what brand I was needing and after 40 minutes..they still sold me another brand that is not administered the same way. Frustrated and a waste of time. read more

Hello, I only post reviews if they are significantly memorable. First off, I have never been thus treated inside any drug store or grocery store in my Entire life. Older brunette lady with boy short hair, claims she's the night manager and has been working there for 3 years treated me like I was a deplorable. I'm normally used to kind, wise and dignified elderly people who walk and talk with grace and poise. I'm not sure if she had something happen to her that day or if she's always like this because I've been coming to This particular store for months. I come weekly to send money through western union to an orphanage that me and my husband oversee through our church ministry. I have always come right before 10pm. Today I came at 7:50pm. Much earlier than usual. She proceeds to tell me that it's closed in raised voice and rude tone. I disregard that and kindly explain that I've been coming here for months every week to send money which in the midst she interrupts and borderline yells at me that it's closed at this store and I can't send money and continues to do so and tells me to leave, I had no words. I didn't want to reciprocate the same behavior so I just quietly walked out but was pretty taken back by the whole ordeal. Higher new managers! read more

If I could give this store negative 5 stars I would! After waiting almost 40 minutes in line to transfer my prescriptions I was told I would get a call when they were ready. I never received a call, so after 10 days I finally called the store to see if my prescriptions were ready. After being on hold for almost 30 minutes and bounced around to multiple extensions the pharmacy finally picked up the phone. I was informed that my prescriptions had been reshelved because I didn't come to pick them up. I asked them to refill them and went to pick them up the next day only to find out that they don't even accept my insurance plan. All of this hassle and bulls$h!t for nothing when they should have told me they didn't accept my insurance when I tried to drop it off in the first place. They were not at all apologetic or helpful. I keep giving this pharmacy a chance but I am continuously disappointed. My first negative experience was while looking for a prenatal vitamin that their website said they had in stock. When I approached the pharmacy (not sure if it was a tech or pharmacist) she stated very brusquely "What do you need?". She didn't step out to assist or even offer any helpful insight. Very frustrating. The second experience was when I was very sick with a cold and pregnant, I inquired about anything I could use and she just said "You can only have Tylenol". After speaking to my doctor there are a few items I can indeed try, however I avoid unless absolutely necessary. Lastly, I try to use their automated system and online system for refills, however today there was an error. I called and the women I spoke to was very rude (maybe the same person who knows.) I typically do not write reviews that are negative, however after many negative experiences with this locations pharmacy staff I am going to be moving on elsewhere and wanted to voice my opinion. Walgreens makes it seem like they are a "community pharmacy" that is there for you, however whenever I have reached out for help I have been disappointed, and honestly frustrated. Ridiculously slow!!!!!! Almost completely unresponsive to issues. They fail to call/return calls and get an attitude when you call (24 hours later) to find out what if any progress is being made. I was held up nearly 3 days on a simple refill of blood pressure meds. Needless to say I have switched pharmacies. read more

The pharmacy here has always been prompt when filling my prescriptions. I was sad to have to transfer to another pharmacy because they stopped accepting my insurance at the end of 2011. The pharmacist has always thoroughly answered my questions about my prescriptions and even given me a heads up about prescription side effects, which I really appreciated. The rest of the staff is really helpful as well. Once I ran in to grab some lotion and only brought in my wallet. When I walked outside I saw that my headlights were on and my car was running. I was so freaked out! I walked back inside and the cashier that had just helped me was really concerned and let me use the phone to call my mom to come and get me. I really appreciate how she cared about my situation and about me as a person, not just as a customer. I love this Walgreen's and shop here all the time! read more

He wouldn't give us a direct answer for what we were looking for, and his disdain was loud and clear.
