Dr Gabriel is so kind and an excellent surgeon. he did a wonderful job on my eyes-eliminating the bags. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I honestly can't even put into words how amazing Dr.Gabriel and his staff are but I'll try! From start to finish they were so welcoming, informative, thorough. I was 2nd guessing my procedure choices after my first visit so they had me come back in to go over it all and really dial in what I wanted. Office is beautiful and in a great location. Surgery day was amazing (mommy makeover) and Dr.Gabriel made me laugh through the whole thing and felt great about all my choices!! Good morning world after reading the reviews on here for Dr. Gabriel I'm really shocked. I know we humanly cannot make everybody happy.. and a doctor is not a magician. With every case being different. My name is Vanesa Jones and I have had several procedures done with Dr. G. And I will tell you one thing he is an amazing doctor and not only is he an amazing doctor. He is an amazing person amazing human. He has been nothing but kind and very responsive to me in every aspect of my encounters with him. His entire staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming, and always go out of their way to say hello always. Dr. G gives me personal phone calls to check in on me after procedures to see how I'm doing. He has been nothing but a saint and always catering to his clientele. He takes fine precision in everything he does and he loves what he does. I am just making a post to tell you how much I appreciate Dr. G how much he has changed my life in a positive way he's giving me confidence and he's never ever pressured me to do more than I needed. He always can suggest the top-notch outcome, but ultimately he's always given me the choice to choose what I would love to have done. I've never once ever felt pressured and I honestly don't have the faith in any other surgeon as much as I have with Dr. G. He has not only done procedures on me, He has also done a procedures on my daughter when she was younger, giving her a breast reduction in one breast and it turned out flawless. Do your home work first and at least check out 3 surgeons before moving forward with your final decision and. Comfort zone with the surgeon. I had a breast reduction 5 years ago with Dr. Gabriel and to say the least not happy now . Both breasts are going side ways and the right breast has a deep dip at the bottom . It's noticeable to me but no one else can see it . I would not recommend this surgeon !! read more

THIS DOCTOR IS A TOTAL CROOK! THIS OFFICE TRIED TO DOUBLE BILL ME TWICE! I had a traumatic bike accident leaving me with some broken teeth and a scar on my lip. I went to see Dr. Gabriel. The receptionist seemed almost scared of me. I'm guessing because me and my friend were working class and didn't look like their usual Botox and implant clientele (not that tthere's anything wrong with that, but we shouldn't be treated poorly for coming in for actual trauma and scars). I only have state insurance, so I asked, repeatedly, to be reassured that it would cover the visit. The petrified receptionist, looking at my scarred face and overalls, assured me with little empathy or understanding of my fear of a bill, told me, yes, more than once that it would. My first time into this office-with it's classy facade and monogrammed fluffy bathrobes for those getting implants-I wasn't seen by Dr. Gabriel at all. I was in there under three minutes seen by some assistant who told me to come back in three months. For this I was given a $400 bill. No problem, right? Insurance, right? Well, a few months down the road I got that $400 bill in the mail. IRght about the time...I went to my second appointment. That time I did get to see the doctor. He saw me all of three minutes (I'm not exaggerating these times. I'm really not). He told me to massage my lip and that he'd see me in 6 months and shooed me out. Well, anyway, about that time I got that bill for the first visit. I called and complained to a rude woman in billing then I didn't hear about it for a while. She said she'd look into it and I didn't hear anything. I figured all was in well. In the meantime, I got that second bill for $400 for the second visit. I called their billing again and said that I didn't feel like I should be charged for this. I said I was assured it was covered repeatedly. The rude woman, perhaps the same one, told me that I should take it up with my insurance. (I think she worked for a lot of medical offices [PeaceHealth Medical Group] and wasn't necessarily in on their scam and that's why she had no problem telling me how to dispute it). Well, I did put in a dispute and...well, shortly after. I got a couple of letters saying there were no bills for me. Quote: "We spoke to Marshall...Marshall states that there is no balance on your account. Marshall states you can disregard your bill." I received two letters saying the same thing for the two separate "appointments"(totaling $800 in bills my insurance had already paid for). SO, THEY'RE EITHER COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AT BILLING OR THEY DOUBLE-BILLED ME ON PURPOSE! TWICE! I THINK IT'S THEIR PRACTICE TO COLLECT PAYMENT FROM PATIENTS' INSURANCE AND THEN TO PLAY DUMB ABOUT RECEIVING PAYMENT SO THEY CAN TRY AND GET IT FROM THE PATIENT! Perhaps not everybody is as broke as me. I imagine, since most of their clientele are getting Botox and implants. But I can't just throw $800 around willy-nilly. I had to look into it. I recently had a consultation with Dr. Gabriel for a mommy makeover, (tummy tuck and breast aug). The front desk staff were not very welcoming and the first thing I noticed were the long line of people waiting to be seen. When I first got called back, I spoke with Dr. Gabriel's Assistant, (I don't know her title). I informed her that I had previously had a consultation with another surgeon out-of-state and that Dr. Gabriel's method of a "one size fits all" approach to how he does these surgeries was off/ weird to me. I asked the normal questions about the procedure and was told "he (Dr. Gabriel) will probably do the lift while he's in there (doing the surgery)". I said "Yeah, but isn't that a separate procedure, won't that cost more"? She proceeded to tell me that it was included and he usually just does them during the augmentation. Now, could be miscommunication but I made it clear that my concern was financial cost. When she asked what type of breast implant I had in mind, I told her that it mostly depends on pricing of each, (as other offices have different pricing of implants due to the materials, etc.) and she said there was "no price difference". That seemed so weird, but I thought maybe that's just how this office does it. My mind really shifted once I met with Dr. Gabriel. He came in and shook my hand and that was about as hospitable as it got. I told him that I wasn't sure if I needed a breast lift and I wanted his professional opinion. As soon as I took off my robe, he goes "you do dear, you need a lift", and he began his examination. I asked him if it was a separate procedure (as his assistant mentioned it wouldn't be), and he told me yes, it would be an additional procedure to the augmentation. Which would mean an additional cost. He started touching my under boob and wherever else he felt needed corrections and was just saying "lipo here, we need lipo here", etc. He ended up telling me that I should do the procedures separately (tummy tuck and breast augmentation) instead of together like I initially planned. He kept stressing to get the breast augmentation done first and then the tummy tuck. Unbeknownst to him, the breast augmentation is the least of my worries, as my tummy tuck is more pressing and severe for both my mental health and physical stability. I was getting frustrated so I diverted his attention to my stomach finally and he starts doing the same thing "lipo here, you need lipo here". When I told him that I am not interested in doing ANY lipo anywhere on my stomach, he looked taken back by it. He said "It will not look right and you need it to shape and contour, and only lipo can give you that contoured look". I kept insisting that I know how to naturally lose those pockets of fat on my stomach through diet and exercise, yet he continued to fight me on it, insisting he knew what my body needed more than I did. He proceeded to pinch areas of fat on my body saying things like "see there's this pocket of fat that would need lipo", and it honestly made me feel so bad about parts of myself that I am okay with. Once that was finally over, it was time to sit down with the financial lady and go over the cost of the procedure. Looking over the "bill" I saw that they have breast augmentation and tummy tuck with lipo. I pointed out that I didn't want the lipo with the tummy tuck and she insisted that it was "included" with the procedure. After some back and forth, she goes "well let me just double check" and low and behold, she comes back and after taking off the lipo for the stomach, my bill dropped a whole $2000!!! Their staff as a whole are not on the same page about anything! From the procedures themselves to the billing. I would not trust this office with any of it. It's a shame but I really do feel that this office is trying to find any and every way to find reasons to get more money out of you, even if you don't need or want it. There are good doctors out there who genuinely care about their patients and want to help them feel and look good, Dr. Gabriel isn't one of them. read more

UNACCEPTABLE OUTCOME! I had a breast augmentation revision with Dr Gabriel in February 2024 and lip filler with Vivian in June 2024. First of all, I saw DR Gabriel 3x before my surgery. Each time, I expressed concerns of excess skin, sagging, and side boobs with going smaller. I also stated clearly that I did not want to have surgery for this more than once! My original implants were 800ccs, Dr Gabriel said he probably couldn't make them under 500ccs (most likely 500-550ccs) and I was really happy with that! He also said I would NOT need a lift or lipo and they would look great. I wasn't convinced and was still concerned, but I decided to trust him since he is the professional and his reputation is that he stands by his work! I woke up after surgery with 385cc implants (way smaller than we discussed), sagging breasts, a ton of side fat and now my sides look like a muffin top side boob. My breasts aren't even round anymore and they have a cone shape now (with implants) turning into a side wing of fat and skin muffin topping over my waist! I FEEL LIKE CRYING EVERY TIME I LOOK IN THE MIRROR! On the first post-visit, I let him know my complaints again, he said talk to him at the next appointment. The next appt came and I again expressed my dissatisfaction with my now sagging breasts and the chunks of muffin top now creating a side boob. I cant feel anything on the sides of my boob except the bunched up fat (which is also much more on the right). He MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE DID ME A FAVOR compared to what I had (which I would go back to in a sec because they looked beautiful, but I was dealing with some rib cage and breathing issues and needed to go smaller). He DID NOT show any empathy for my concerns NOR did he address any of my concerns, he just said to tell him how I feel at the next appointment. He THINKS he did a great job and I am in disbelief! I am now seeking a different surgeon to have another revision. One that will care about my concerns, respect me and my time, and care about the outcome. Additionally - they gave me a free syringe of lip filler. I made an appt with the DR Gabriels office with Vivian. I came in and let them know I wanted a touch up on my lips. She told me the syringe is not for people that already have filler, its for people who don't have any and they get hooked and keep coming back. I was annoyed but decided I wanted to use my free syringe at this point since it was going to expire. Vivian was very unprofessional throughout the process. She told me she would only put the filler where I told her too. If I told her what I thought, she would say ok, then I would ask if it would look good and she would say no. She is a professional that should know where to inject lip filler and how to do a good job! It was exasperating and I felt like I had to be my own doctor.... Well they turned out awful! I called their office manager and she scheduled an appt with me to have them dissolved and redone with Dr Gabriel. I went to that appt and after waiting 30 minutes, the front desk told me they cant see me today and I can reschedule or cancel. I was very upset and told them to have their office manager call me. She called that evening and left me a voicemail saying they waited for me and I decided to leave (after being asked to leave). I don't see any point in going back to that office to be DISRESPECTED, DISMISSED, TALKED DOWN TO, GASLIGHTED, and UNCARED FOR. I now have to redo my breasts and my lips and all the expenses that go with that including all the time, healing, and money this will cost! This was a horrible experience every step of the way and I would never let this surgeon ever work on me again, especially since he made sure I would need more than one surgery. NO ONE DESERVES to be treated like this and this is an UNACCEPTABLE OUTCOME! DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGEON! HE DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK! There are almost no bad reviews online. I paid for all court records regarding this surgeon and found there were quite a few lawsuits against him and they were all dismissed or cancelled by the plaintiff most likely due to settling out of court. read more

Doctor Gabriel is compassionate, knowledgeable and very professional. He makes you feel like you are his only patient when you're in there. He immediately makes you feel at ease and his entire team welcomes you the moment you walk in. Doctor Gabriel took one look at my severely malformed buttock cheek and assured me that he could, and would fix it. I'm two weeks post op from an extensive skin and neurofibroma removal. There really are no words to express my gratitude. I have spent years embarrassed and doing whatever I could to hide the outward appearance of my bottom and now, I feel so much more confident. I'm not dreading summer this year and I cannot wait to continue my journey with the AG team as we look at fat grafting.
