I went in for a consultation and was told I would get a quote from them very soon. I never received a quote, a few months later I was sent a bill. I called and said I never heard back from them for 4 months. I asked why did they charge me for something that I never recieved. The women apologized and said they would remove the consultation fee because I never heard back from SCPC regarding a quote. I still got bills so I called back and was told sorry again and that she would remove the charges. Then I was turned into collections for $55. I have made several attempts to call them and they don't call me back. Terrible, disorganized and no follow through. I do not recommend this business. read more

My first experience was great. They seemed knowledgeable. The procedure was removing a growth under the skin. It went fine and results were good. Months later they called and said they were scheduling for 'mole checks' and I said really? that's not something plastic surgery places normal do. She confirmed that, yes they were now offering the full body check over for suspicious moles and so based on that I scheduled a mole check. When I arrived, the front desk said yearly mole check and I said yes. I was placed in a room. The medical assistant came in and said, so what mole would you like checked? I said excuse me? Your office said mole check. She said we don't do that type of service here. I was shocked. I had been TRICKED! They lied! I ended up having a mole I wanted off anyway, but it cost me three times as much! When I went back to pay at the front desk, they continued to act like I had a real mole check and said see you in a year! No you will not. You will not see me again ever. Awesome people, I had a fall and hurt my mouth seriously. I was a mess, they got me right in and took care of me. Gentle, kind, and they made me fill like everything was going to be okay. I left the office hopeful and with great relief. They rechecked me a few days later and I was much improved. Again feeling much relief! But the most amazing thing that happened was they checked my blood pressure and it was extremely high. Very unusual for me. I have been going to Dr Green for a little over 3 years now. It started with botox to help head aches (which worked) and I loved the effect it had on my face as well. After seeing him for that for about a year I decided to look into liposuction on my upper arms as they were abnormally large for my fairly slender build. It had bothered me since I was a teen and now in my 40's I felt I had suffered long enough. He was so helpful and encouraging and never once did I feel pressured to do more then I was asking for. After more thought and research I decided to dive all in and get lipo on my sides, inner thighs as well as the upper arms. I asked about fat transfer to my breasts as I had nurses 7 children and they were definitely not what they used to be. The procedures went amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and personable. I was so unbelievably happy with my results I wished I had done it years ago!! I genuinely like Dr.Green and I trust him fully. I am now on day 7 of post op for a tummy tuck with lipo. The surgery went splendid as always. The staff was welcoming and warm and humorous. The anesthesiologist was personable and attentive. The clinic is clean and comfortable. As always DrGreen was so comforting just like talking to a trusted friend. My belly button is so new and perfect I still can't believe it's mine lol! The incisions are straight, fine and delicate. I watched a lot of videos and looked a lot of before and after photos in the 3 years it took me to decide to do this and I can honestly say it is one of the best outcomes I have seen. The clinic is very nice and all the staff are top notch. Unfortunately I had bad scaring no matter how many creams and tape I used. A year after the procedure they tried to fix the scares with no luck. Even my belly button has scares. On the sides the skin puckers and looks odd. This has been well over 2 yrs and still horrible. When I wear a bathing suit or underwear it even shows through. Had I known I never would have had the procedure. Every day I look in the mirror I regret the procedure. I was impressed initially that they were going to fix things but the "fix" was nothing. Just think people should be aware of what you might get with a tummy tuck. read more

I am extremely happy with my results with Dr Namkung. I had been looking for a plastic surgeon who would explant my implants and not argue with me on replacing them with newer implants or the fact that I wanted my capsules out as well. I was appalled at how many plastic surgeons I was running into that would not just simply take out my implants, is that not what I am paying them to do? Dr Namkung was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She even took pictures of my capsules to show me after surgery that they had been removed. Nurse Lisa was also an amazing human being and made surgery day a less stressful one. As of June it will be 2 years since I had a neck/facelift from Dr Huang. The entire experience on the day of surgery was amazing. She and her team are awesome! However even months after surgery I had concerns about how my neck still looked. I was told that it was normal. Well 2 years later I have a large fat pocket and the pelican like chin/neck although I have maintained my weight. I went to a different Dr for a consult and was told that Dr Huang did not perform the lipo far enough on my neck and he could see where she stopped and she did not remove/tighten enough skin on my neck. I spent a large amount of money for this procedure and should not have to spend more less than 2 years later to FIX this. Very disappointed. read more

I had been wanting a Brest reduction and lift for years. I also thought that I would never be able to afford to have the procedure as my insurance does not cover plastic surgery. I found Salmon Creek Plastic surgery center while searching online for places near where I live. they had great reviews and I decided to check it out. Once I met Dr. Green and his team I felt sure I wanted to have the procedure done. A few weeks after my first appointment I decided to add an abdominoplasty. I have had three children and had extra skin as well as my abs not being used to their full capacity, as I learned later from Dr. Green that no matter how intense my abdominal workouts are the results I was looking for would not be gained with exercise only. Disappointing experience with the esthetician Karen. We were not getting the results with laser genesis to my neck, so she offered 3 sessions of the Pico, but after the first she asked if I was going to buy another package because she had already given me a free session. I'd already bought 3 sessions of 2 kinds of laser to face and neck, so costly. I remember being impressed when she offered the 3 Pico so that I could see some improvement on my neck, so I tried to remind her of her offer and she didn't recall. I'd taken a day off for the treatment that day. I responded to an internal review request and no response from management. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend to my friends/family, plus I'll be telling the dermatologist who referred me of my experience. read more

Why are people not reviewing this clinic. I paid 100.00 for a consultation 6 years ago because I was looking to have the "short-scar" face lift I had done in 2003 when I lived in the Midwest (by my great plastic surgeon who retired) refreshed. When I called for a consultation: 1) I was never told there was a fee, and 2) I was told they did the Short Scar procedure The plastic surgeon I meet with Virginia Huang said she had never heard of the procedure, which is basically a less invasive, less expensive lift with great results. She stated I was "not ready" for a full face lift. She suggested I meet with her skin care specialist for expensive, lack luster, skin toning creams. Not interested. I would rather pay dollars for real results that are proven to last. Fast forward a couple of years and I see her on a local morning show promoting this very procedure that she is now doing and promoting as her signature procedure. In addition when I called her office for a "ballpark" cost, (since she is now knowledgeable of the procedure) she wants double for what I paid my retired surgeon back home. Bad customer service. Twice already on a phonecall -- the office clerks do not sound accommodating -- i had a sense of exclusion for some reason -- perhaps after they have done their research and realize i could actually afford the surgery they called to confirm my appt which i had to cancel. the person on the other end of the line had an accent, and she dropped the call on me -- she was someout 'cutting' unlike other phone receptionists from other clinics I have consulted. When I met with her for my mommy make-over consultation, she answered all my questions and provided me websites to look up her credentials online. She is very positive and friendly. I had a procedure done recently at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery that went very well. The entire experience was exceptional. The surgical staff anticipated my needs before I knew there was a need. They have been doing this a while and it showed. For instance, it was a cold day and I was not looking forward to putting on the hospital gown with open back. They had warm blankets and a warmer to go under the blankets to keep me comfortable while waiting for the surgery to begin. Everything was explained to me by Dr. Huang, my surgeon and Dr. McBrinn, my anesthesiologist on what I should expect when the surgery started. And things went exactly as they explained. This was the first time I have been under general anesthesia. I felt the staff and doctors kept me safe and comfortable during the entire process. I am 2 week out now, the swelling is down but, there is still some more to go. I am already very pleased with the results. read more

I was asked to pay 3 weeks in advance for a very basic procedure. I asked why and was told by Dr. Green.., treats it cuts down on the "Dine and Dash crowd". I informed them I wasn't part of the "Dine and Dash crowd" and found prepaying three weeks in advance was absurd. I had consultations with other clinics and this wasn't the norm. I have been volunteering on the medical team there for around 5-6 years, so I know first hand that every penny did in fact go where it was supposed to! This practice changes its policies to take away benefits they've promised you. Do not take their word for anything they tell you unless it's in writing and get a copy because you may have to hire a lawyer to get them to do what they say they will. They lie to your face. For laser hair removal they only do touch up for the first year, but it's the second year that you need it. At $10 per minute touch up costs me about $80 twice per year but they want me to buy four packages at $600 or more each. So about $2400 instead of $160. Go elsewhere and pay attention to the touch up policy! read more

I decided to go to this office for a consultation on the pearl fractional laser... this is my experience. 1) I met with a physician that was never mentioned on their website. She did not disclose her credentials and made me think she was new to the specialty because she missed important details from my medical history and offered skin care products that were contraindicated. 2) Since I do not have the down time required for recovery from the pearl, I was given one option: the PICO Genesis. I was not offered any alternatives and it was never discussed with me the risk, benefits, or after-care of the laser. I had to find this out on my own. 3) The laser was inappropriately explained by an esthetician, not the physician; credentials, again, was never mentioned. I was surprised (and disappointed) to find out that the laser is only operated by this person, when their website clearly shows only the dermatologists performing the treatments. This is the main reason why I wanted to go to this office. 4) When I showed up three days later for my appointment with the PICO, I was asked to fill out paperwork that had already been completed but the receptionist was too busy to fix the issue. I was also called back without completing the paperwork or signing the consent form. 5) I was taken into a room for photographs but the esthetician did not verify whether I signed the consent form or not. I noticed in the room non-hydroquinone skin care products for melasma and asked for more information but the esthetician was reluctant to answer. I was growing very upset because this was never mentioned in the initial consultation. 6) It was also never researched whether my medication is a contraindication to the PICO so this had to be done quickly before moving forward. I was then informed that the laser increases for risk for cold sores and that salicylic acid/waxing the area increases sensitivity; this was never mentioned in the initial consultation. 7) I was then taken into the laser room and noticed that there was no tissue paper, sheet, or anything on top of the chair for infection prevention between patients. I was never told what to expect or asked how I can be more comfortable; instead, I was told to lie down and put on goggles. I could not see out of the googles; it was pitch black and made me feel nervous. The esthetician was about to start the laser treatment without warning and made me feel like things were being rushed. There was then a knock on the door stating her colleague needed one of the lasers. I told her I was feeling nervous and asked for different goggles but said those were the only ones. She rudely said I needed to make up my mind about the laser because her next patient was in 30 minutes; the esthetician said this all in front of her colleague. She never once tried to alleviate my concerns or make me feel that the $995 was a wise investment, so I left. I have never been treated so rudely or dealt with a more poorly-run business. During my consultation, Dr. Haung spent a lot of time answering my questions. Explaining in detail the benefits of a "Short Scar Face Lift" and sharing photos of previous clients. On the day of surgery I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing I was in skilled hands. Her staff is professional yet VERY personable; my comfort and best outcome the focus of everyone in the office. Took son to see Dr. Green, a very nice person. Two days earlier, when I went in person, I was told the simple procedure would cost $25-30 as a self-pay. There were two employees at the front desk when I was originally quoted the price of $25-30 (and I reiterated the price they quoted and they agreed with me) and neither woman corrected me. So I set up the appointment. After our talk with Dr. Green, (which was very informative and resulted in a prescription) I went out to the front desk to pay for the visit. The bill for the consultation was $150. I pointed out that, before I set up the appointment, I was told the bill would be $25-30 by the front desk employees. They said that the employee I talked to wasn't working on this day and the current employee went back to see the Doctor/s and came up front and said they were sorry for the miscommunication but the charge would still be $150. I said it was considerably more than I was quoted but that I would pay the bill, and I did. Seems like a big difference between $25-30 and $150 and that both of them should have quoted me the proper bill. I liked Dr. Green very much and he was helpful in his advice. But I think there is an office issue that needs to be corrected. read more
