Here is ONE of my problems.

I am pretty dang upset with my results. I originally had a lollipop breast lift + implants done with Dr John s Lee, my breast ended up just looking like big saggy breast instead of small saggy breast before spending the $10k, which if I knew that was the case I would have never done it. My insecurity was the saggyness, not the size. So now I have large saggy breast, my scars did not heal well, mostly due to some stitches never fully dissolving which make "blotches" of messed up scarring right at the bottom of my areolas. I also noticed my breast were more oval shaped than round, and looked weird from the side. Pretty dang upset with these results.... I contact the office and we decide to go for another lift as well as a nipple reduction, this time an anchor lift. Well here I am with still large saggy breast even after 2 breast lifts, except I now have TWO different size nipples & worse scarring. One nipple is very noticeably much larger than the other, you can instantly see it the second you look. One areola is much larger and one is much smaller and more oval shaped. How embarrassing every single day when I get dressed I notice this, even if I am wearing a slightly see through t shirt you can see the size difference. I also have one round decent looking breast, meanwhile one is completely square looking with a flat spot that literally looks like I have a large dent in my breast. From the side one breast is round and the other breast is completely flat. My scarring on my areolas is still terrible from the stitches never fully dissolving either but that's the least of my worries. The dent and misshape in my breast is so noticeable that you can see it in clothing. It's very very unflattering and embarrassing, I'm so upset I spent the money for this outcome, and here I am having to spend much more money to have them fixed just so I don't hate my body and choice to have this done. I brought this to Dr John s lees attention and had a consultation and he did not spend any time on the problem and quickly pretty much told me nothing is wrong with my breasts. I feel like the second surgery just messed me up more and did not fix any problems, idk if it was just no effort into fixing me or what. Meanwhile I straight up look botched. I am almost 2 years from my last surgery and I still hate myself for this, and think about it every single day. I have been going back and fourth on writing a review or reaching out again and have finally decided to just go ahead and write a review to warn others of a possible outcome getting surgery here I will attach a photo showing one of my problems that even shows through clothing.

Before the nonsurgical nose job. My nose has a small hump.
Mextli P.

My nose wasn't the worst but it was something I was very self conscious about. I didn't have a smooth curved up nose and my tip isn't pointed up. I had always wanted a cute smooth pointed nose but I didn't want to get a surgical nose job (rhinoplasty). I did my researched and found Dr. Lee's website and I immediately scheduled a consultation. Everyone was very kind, communication was great, and service was excellent. I got a non-surgical nose job and I absolutely loved my results. I have gone back multiple time with Dr. Lee and everytime he meets all my expectations. I have also gotten lip fillers and I loved it as well. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

I'm so pleased with the team and the results! Procedures: Breast reduction, including removal of ADH cells Diastasis recti repair Panniculectomy I was so impressed with the care provided by Dr. Cober and team. A few reasons why they were so amazing: I was worried and uncomfortable going into my consultation, but those feelings were quickly waived as I felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Cober. I didn't feel judged whatsoever. I felt I was in the right place, with a doctor that had very capable hands. It was recommended that I get a mammogram before my breast reduction. Not required, but recommended. This mammogram resulted in abnormal cells that had to be removed. Dr. Cober was incredibly supportive and referred me to an excellent oncologist, Dr. De Melena, who was able to work hand in hand with Dr. Cober. Without skipping a beat, he pivoted and had Dr. De Melena piggyback my original surgery to remove the bad cells at the same time, minimizing the need for additional worry, panic, planning, or surgery.. This was, without a doubt, life saving. Dr. Cober and his team held my hand through the entire process, and were responsive when questions arose. I sent the team a message on Christmas, and it was Dr. Cober himself who responded. That is above and beyond excellent service. The results of my mommy-overhaul were better than I could have ever imagined. I am no longer in chronic pain, I have healthy breasts, and my abdominal muscles work appropriately. I am sincerely grateful for Tanasbourne Plastic Surgery. They, as a team, have changed my life tremendously. Dr. Cober is without question an amazing surgeon.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO VU!!! If I could leave a lower rating, I would…read more Dr. Vu, you provided the worst experience I have had with a doctor. Your behavior was absolutely inexcusable. My attorney referred me to you, and you agreed to assess the condition of my hand and foot for a lawsuit against a company. It gave me hope after 3 years of the pandemic putting my justice on hold. As we began our appointment, I explained right away how severely I am affected by PTSD and dissociative disorder. You asked me how my hand got injured. I told you that my hand was run over by a truck. Your tone was snotty, and you mocked me saying, "So...what, you were just laying on a road..." That really hurt, but I kept my composure and explained that I was riding my bike and a truck cut me off and my hand and foot were run over (and almost my face). You looked at my twisted dominant hand saying Invalidating things like, "well, you can open a jar, right?" and,"You can still use it, right...?" This is when you saw the hurt and hopelessness in my eyes. You were looking right at my very expressive eyes as they welled up with tears. We sat face to face at a maximum 4 feet from each other, so don't say you didn't notice. You were persistent and cold. I wondered how I may have wronged you, to be treated like this by you. You continued to interrupt me when I spoke, rudely making up your own narratives instead of just listening to me. You asked me what I hoped to get out of this appointment. I answered that I was just there because my attorney had sent me to assess the condition of my hand and foot. I kept calm as you did not accept my answer, asking again. I told you I needed a moment. I had a mask on, so you could only see my eyes welling up with tears. I was trying so hard not to cry, but as your voice kept becoming more and more assertive and your volume got higher, I felt bullied. I was literally too choked up to answer and could not speak and tried to make hand gestures to ask for a moment. Instead of acknowledging the tears that were just about to spill out, or responding with any kindness, you yelled at me, "So... YOU'RE JUST NOT GOING TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER?!" I hope you remember badgering me until I broke down in tears. I forced out the words, "It's really hard to answer you when I'm so choked up because you are being so mean to me." How you could remain so cold at this point is incomprehensible. I am a kind person who rarely loses my cool, but I could take no more. Your cruelty triggered a PTSD episode so severe that I stood up, defensively yelling how absolutely inappropriate you were being and gathered my things up to leave. While I had my back turned to get my backpack, I heard you mutter "I'm sorry." but it was only words because when I turned around to look, you were void and it was completely apparent that you did not mean your apology. I left and saw your colleagues with their jaws dropped as I stopped to tell them all how completely inappropriate you were. As I left your office, I had a complete breakdown and called a friend who picked me up outside the office. She said I was in a fetal position on the cement, hiding behind my bike. You made a horribly traumatic situation even worse. My experience with you was awful and surreal. I have trouble comprehending why you were so disrespectful, mocking, cold, and mean to me. Kindness. It doesn't cost a thing. Please have compassion with your future patients. You never know what someone has been through.

I also told the receptionist that I don't need prior authorization for a cortisone shot with my insurance and they should check on that. When I showed up for my appointment, Dr Vu insisted that I needed a pre authorization. I asked them why they hadn't checked with my insurance before my appointment for authorization and she gave me some nonsense reasoning. I told her that I had seen Dr Mah for my foot issues two weeks earlier and he injected a cortisone shot their office checked with my insurance for authorization and I didn't need one. Dr. Vu refused to give me the shot. The office called me a few weeks later to tell me that I didn't need authorization after all. I made an appointment to see her again. She injected a cortisone shot on the second visit. I received two bills from them months later. I wrote a letter to Dr Vu asking why I didn't get the cortisone shot in the first visit and I think they should waive the charges for one visit copay since they did not check with my insurance for authorization before my first appointment. Peter the office manager called me to tell me all the nonsense reasons why they had to get authorization. I truly believe that Dr Vu is after the money and has forgotten about the code of ethics and the Hippocratic oath that she took to take care of their patients. I have filed a complaint with my insurance United Health Care and will write a letter to the board of Medicine in Oregon in regards to this situation. This is the most unethical clinic that I visited in my life. Please do not waste your time and money to see this clinic. I should have looked at reviews for this clinic before ever making an appointment. I am looking into other avenues to stop this kind of practice from a dishonest clinic.

I have only had Dysport, nothing else and recently went to an equally if not a better location for similar injectables at the Vancouver waterfront and it was a fraction of the price. You can also find Groupons (then cross check their Yelp reviews) for a fraction of that. I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. Potentially I would want a facelift down the line which I have heard can complicate that process, but mostly I don't like the bloated look, it is often so obvious and then you become blind to it, keep getting it, and look crazy. Especially in the cheeks. I already have full lips so I don't need that. It was sold as if it would even out my face and give more balance, and I thought about it, did trust the nurse, who had great texture but who's own filler was still a tad overdone, making me a little wary. It's not like Botox where it wears off over months. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling. I could see others being very pressured and trying at the appointment even though I'm sure this is as overpriced as Botox and it gives you the vibes they're trying to hit a metric. They should give you options--even if they don't offer the treatment--for the result you are looking for.

Hello. My first visit with Dr. David Magilke was prompted by…read morean article I read in a local magazine. This was several years ago. My initial impression was one of welcome, as I was completely put at ease by the staff. This was unexpected, as I was in my sixties, began using fillers when I was around thirty, and have visited many clinics across the country. My past experience with first-time filler appointments, has been cold sweat apprehension. I credit the warm welcome at Dr. Magilke's office, to Jo and Karen, who have been with Dr. Magilke since day one. My first impression when meeting Dr. Magilke...he was genuine, down to earth, and most importantly, he truly listened to me. I have somewhat of a lopsided face and I know I present a challenge. After my treatment that day, I left Dr. Magilke's office totally amazed, and since then, have been more impressed with each visit. That is so many years ago and Dr. M still has my TOTAL trust, no matter what treatment/surgery we have embarked upon. He's the BEST! Dr. Magilke and his entire staff are like family to me. A few years ago, as word spread and Dr. Magilke became more and more in demand, along with my hectic schedule, I had to venture out and try another clinic. I tried this twice, with two local, very well-known facilities. Huge mistake!! I would just have to learn to plan ahead, so I could always schedule with Dr. M. Then along came Kathy Hodge. (now, Kathy Hodge Kramer)Dr. Magilke brought Kathy on board to help keep up with new patients wanting his expertise with injectables. The staff had complete confidence in her, so I decided to give her a try. First of all, she was just like the other staff there...warm, with the rare ability to put you totally at ease. I am always on a tight budget and I realize I ask so much to be done with so little. I explained to Kathy what I was hoping to achieve, even though I knew it was not feasible with what I could afford. Most importantly, Kathy listened! Somehow, someway, Kathy pulled off a miracle with that one syringe, with such an amazing, natural result. This was several years ago and I would follow her anywhere. Kathy has a natural eye for this and ALWAYS manages to achieve a beautiful, natural result, even with my limited budget. I greatly appreciate her honesty in discussing with me what is achievable and our best path to get there, but even more so, always, always...verifying with me the result that I'm hoping to achieve. Kathy LISTENS! She realizes that we are all individuals; we all have different goals and different ideals. Her goal is to do her best to achieve the look that EACH of us is striving for, individually. I see Kathy Hodge Kramer at Dr. David Magilke's office, in Portland, and at Dr. Workman's office, in Vancouver. Either way, she's SO worth the drive!!! Susan W.

How can it only last a couple weeks? I never got to see the actual product. Also I noticed my lip vile had some in it still when she was done? Overall, again a lot of money for me, and it equaled to no results and a terrible outcome for my poor lips. The only thing I was offered was removal of product? Because I wanted to waste 850 of my hard earned dollars? It seemed a bit unfair.

This review is about Dr. Myriam Loyo…read more Don't waste your money! I drove all the way from Central Oregon to have a 5 minute consult which is $110! No insurance... all out of pocket for me. She spent about five minutes, no more than 10 for sure and immediately said that she would recommend seeing her partner. Dr. Wang who has a lot more experience. She was going to go grab him to see if he was available and bring him right in. At no time did she say it would be an additional $110 fee. About five minutes later, she came back to say he just started surgery but if I was willing to wait about three hours that I would be able to see him again no mention of anything additional cost. I had driven all the way from Central Oregon so I decided to stay and wait around for the doctor to finish his surgery About two hours later, the receptionist called me to confirm the appointment time with him and oh by the way, there's an additional $110 fee. Unbelievable!!! I felt completely taken advantage of the doctor hadn't spent more than five minutes with me no pictures ...hardly any discussion about future surgery etc. She wanted him to see me. It was her suggestion and her recommendation . The whole office seemed unprofessional and unprepared and disorganized. One didn't know what the other was doing etc.. I disputed the additional charge because I felt the doctor should have told me there was additional fee at the time because I could choose whether or not I wanted to waste my time instead, I waited an additional two hours. I felt that this should be on her and the fee should've been waived or comped because she literally spent less than five minutes with me before telling me I should see her partner Dr. Wang and suggesting her partner should see me which was supposed to be right away, except he wasn't available. To think they would have charged me an additional $110 even after the fact that I had just spent five minutes with her is absolutely ridiculous. They did not consider waiving the fee even after I voiced my concerns and how unprofessional and how this was her mistake that she should have told me before hand. I feel it was a complete waste of my day taking off work, traveling all the way to Portland for them to try and scam more money off of me. Maybe they're used to doing whatever they want and charging whatever ridiculous prices they do because insurance covers everything but when you don't have insurance, that is a lot of money to me for five minutes of her time in which she then recommends seen her partner and audacity of charging $110 for Ann other 5 minutes of his time??? I was so upset with the way that they handled this and I will recommend you not even bother to see her especially if you're paying out-of-pocket. Don't waste your time and don't bother . They should have made it right. I gave them ample opportunity to do so but they did not so I am a person of my word and I told him I would give a bad review as a result of them mismanaging this situation.
