Ok, where do I start. I have been a patron of this particular Walgreens for YEARS. Most of the staff is friendly and some just hate Their job. Tonight 3/31/19 at about 7:12 pm I went in to buy my shampoo and conditioner and other needed toiletries. I grabbed 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioner and put them in my shopping bag like I Normally do. I was approached by a person by the name of Josh who refuse to give me any info, after he harassed me to take out the stuff out of my bag and leave the store. I laughed because I was in disbelief this was happening. I said I was going to buy the content in my bag. He said to go to the cashier and he will check me out... I was offended, harassed, and profiled by this man who claimed to be the store manager... I will be making a formal complaint about place. Any advice feel free to share. read more

It's awesome how this one is open 24 hours. It's big and has alot of different Halloween items rt now. Good prices. And some bargain deals on the make up. read more

I love this particular Walgreens because not only do they have things that you need but that it's open 24 hours and they have a refreshments section where uou can get cold or hot drinks. What would earn this place a perfect 5 star is if it's pharmacy would open 24 hours as well. read more

Solid pharmacy service. It is open 24 hours and they have a drive thru. The people there are nice too.

Developed some pictures today at this walgreens and i was so happy with the service. My fiancee and I first walked up to the photo center and was promptly helped, the dude was so cool and friendly. Usually i wait around the cashier area until someone notices me cuz no one offers to help you unless you throw yourself in their face. But not this walgreens it was awesome. When we came back to pick up the pics their was always someone there to offer help or at least tell us that someone would help us in a moment. And to top it off the quality of the pictures was great! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I called today and was put on hold for 45 minutes before they hung up on me. Last time I had to pick up a prescription, I waited in line for 30 minutes. I thought I signed up for their Express Pay Pickup on their app, which is supposed to eliminate having to wait in line. I apparently did something wrong, so here I am in line again, 15 minutes and counting....... read more

I like using their drive thru services! It's not always a good idea as sometimes the car in front of you takes forever. I use this service only when i call and make sure that my prescription is ready. That I would advice all my fellow yelpers! read more

I'm very upset , i purchased 2 moneypak cards and was not told that there was a limit on how much i can load on my card a day and that's a Walgreens policy, I've never had a problem before with buying multiple cards and loading them onto my card. I was loading my card to pay for my hotel in Hawaii and now i will miss getting this hotel at the cheaper rate as i can not load the rest of my money until 24 hrs later, I will not be going back to Walgreens again. read more

Erik at the pharmacy is incredible efficient and very professional. yes lots of people and lots of wait but 3/5 employees here are really trying to get people out and get your prescription filled. read more

The situation is I have to visit pharmacies very often because of my late illness and I can easily compare different places so this Walgreens pharmacy is definitely one the best. Very helpful staff, knowledgeable and friendly. It's a relief to find such place, because I feel no worries about my medicine and receipts. read more

I enjoyed going to this walgreens for a while. Until today, I walked all the way from the Van Nuys metro station Looking for a restroom. I am pregnant, I know I shouldn't receive Special treatment, but cmmon I was in the bus for a long time. My last bus left me, yeah I know its. 12:30 in the morning. But, customer consideration could of been appreciated. Ofcourse how can 2 young men workers know about pregnancy, and Potty breaks. Even after the worker saw that I broke down crying, he still Turned around and forgot that I was even there. These people have mother's, but I guess that isn't enough read more

I was there 30 min ago. I went through the drive thru it seemed it would be faster. Then i did everything. They said i will have to come in to pick up and then i went in and she said u have to wait 2 hours. I was in sooo much pain they didnt even care it was ridiculous. I took back my prescription and went to cvs where i usually go. Horrible!!! read more

I've been living in this neighborhood for 1.5 years and go to this Walgreens 4-5 times per week to purchase and also pickup prescriptions. This store has an issue with following me majority of the time I enter the store. I known the Cashiers by face and they also know me by face and should by name since I enter my rewards number every time. There's security there sometimes and the moment I walk into the store I am being followed. He would follow me and go into the aisle and keep walking back and forth watching me. I asked one of the cashiers today if that's their security and she lied and said "No". I've seen him in there many times. Profiling customers is wrong and it's something these businesses should start teaching their employees about. We've seen too many times businesses get busted for this and get sued. This Walgreens is in Van Nuys where majority of your customers are Hispanic and your staff is Hispanic and Black and the moment a Hispanic or black person walk into the store we are being profiled. read more

Saturday night (8/29) I go to pick up my prescription. There is a couple at the register next to me asking the pharmacist questions about a medication for their son. You could tell the pharmacist was getting annoyed and was being as short as possible with them. After the couple leaves I watch this woman go back to her counter and start talking crap to another worker about the couple that just left. CLASSY. They were laughing and everything. Insanely unprofessional...especially around other customers. read more

Very bad customer service and long wait. The pharmacist Richard was rude and disrespectful. After two hours waiting they said they don't have full amount of pills and I need to comeback tomorrow read more

Actually I would give -5 stars if I can. Went to this walgreens for the first time as it was closer to my place. Had a horrible experience with the guy in the photo center. No one actually bothered to attend a customer for almost 10 minutes. Then a guy came over (forgot his name) took a passport size picture of me with a totally non-professional camera. (I had called up walgreens before visiting the store to make sure they do headshots and the lady over the phone went on and on about how they take QUALITY photos). After about 15 minutes the guy handed over the photo to me which totally proved he had 0 experience in this. No one can possibly call this a professional passport size photo. When I asked him about the clarity of the photo and the poor lighting, he claimed that he takes pictures of this kind. Couldn't argue with him more. Seriously i will never visit this walgreens ever with this kind of customer experience. The first thing I did after I came home was to write this Yelp review! Wasted $14 for this damn photo and had to trash it. read more

It's not their fault but there is almost always someone pan handling in the front. Not always too organized but overall good store.

We went here today to have our ID picture taken, we were promptly helped by one of the cashier, took our pic and said that it would be ready in 15 minutes, so we waited in the store and after 30 minutes went to the photo area and the pics was just laying on the table, uncut/ unfinished, other people had come and gone and he still had not finished our pictures, when we told him that it's been more than an hour he snottily said 'do you want me to finish cutting the picture?', so my husband said its fine we will just do it on our own, so the 15 min. Waiting time had become almost more than an hour, then when he gave us the bill it was $84.40, which he said originally would be $50. The manager- Angel was there all this time, but acted like he does not care. We had been a loyal customer from NY for years and this is the first time we had encountered BAD service from Walgreens. We are not from the area so it does not affect us, but if you're in the area, do not go to this Walgreens. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE. Every time I have had a prescription, they have messed up. They either don't have the medication, or they can't fill it for some reason, or they claim the doctor or insurance company never called them when I know they did, (why would the doctor or insurance company lie?) There are always, always, always problems and red tape with this pharmacy. I can never just go in and get the prescription and be done with it. EVER. It's phone calls back and forth, making trips to go there in person only to have them give some reason why they can't or won't fill the prescription. I have literally resorted to paying cash at other pharmacies and not even using my prescription insurance because my insurance is only for Walgreens. I am so incredibly sorry I chose them for my prescription coverage. As soon as open enrollment comes again, I'm switching my coverage. read more
