There was another lady that was also helpful on the floor today but unfortunately I don't know their names. I purchased 2 Maybelline lip pencils. I was still in the parking lot trying on 1 when it broke. I went back inside to return both of them and purchase the Tarte brand. The cashier was condescending and rude. She advised all I had to do was sharpen the Maybelline pencil. I explained I didn't want to keep something that broke before I left. Her attitude was as if I was being unreasonable. Then she didn't want to throw away the bag the first purchase came in. Geez. Oh well. Maybe she was having an off day.

I lived with excess weight and now, skin, most of my life. Even as a teen I was never able to just be myself because my brain was too busy telling myself I was too big to fit in. My mental journey is a whole other level but what I can say is that dr Thorburn removed a lot of baggage for me. I had a Fleu de lis abdominalplasty and an implant exchange. She removed about 10lbs of skin, tissue, and fluid. She was realistic about my results, and was incredibly supportive of my goals. "I just want to be able to function" I told her. I got soooo much more. She gave me the freedom to finally feel comfortable in my skin. The first week was a rollercoaster. She warned me about that and I thought, meh I'm pretty positive and don't really complain, I'm sure it'll be fine. My first week post op visit was rough. I wanted to cry because I felt like I was doing so well with recovery the first couple days, then I felt like I was back to day one. I felt defeated. it's a whole mental journey- but I say all this because she really spoke to the mental piece of such a major surgery as well as the physical. She really treats you as a whole- and not just the piece she's working on. She sees YOU. I recommend her to EVERYONE. Hands down, the absolute best in her field. I may do more work, like getting my lower body done, but for now- I'm just loving my body's upgrade :)

I am beyond thrilled with my results. My procedures included an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with auto-augmentation, and liposuction. Dr. Thorburn's surgical skill is truly exceptional. My incisions are incredibly thin, precise, and already healing beautifully -- a true testament to her meticulous technique and attention to detail. She created natural, feminine results that exceeded my expectations. She gave me the body I always hoped for, and I honestly couldn't be happier. From my very first consultation, I knew she was the right choice. She took the time to truly listen to my goals, thoroughly explained every step of the process, and openly discussed potential risks -- along with exactly how she minimizes them. I felt educated, prepared, and completely confident in her expertise. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm demeanor made me feel supported at every stage. I never once felt rushed or pressured, especially when discussing finances, which was something I experienced at other offices. The day of surgery went smoothly, and her entire team was kind, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. The care I received from start to finish was outstanding. I am so grateful to Dr. Thorburn and the entire team at Napa Solano Plastic Surgery. If you're considering a mommy makeover, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her talent, precision, and commitment to excellence truly set her apart.

This review I thought I'd focus on Dr Bosler's hygienist, Molly. Molly is extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nurse myself and am so impressed with her care of the whole person. She is so thorough she has been able to assess a few dental problems and address them early saving me from a much worse problem and expense down the line. A few years ago Molly noticed a "shadow" on my inner cheek that warranted a visit to my primary care doc. As it turned out there was no cancer and I did not require further work up.
