I've been a member for a few years, with an unlimited membership for spray. There is always an issue when I go. The machine is down or they close early without prior announcement. I went last Friday and good thing I got there right before 1900 as they had a sign on the door saying they were closing early, at 1900. I went today and got there just before 1800, to find another sign stating they were closing at 1700 and yet there were at least two employees inside ignoring me standing at the door. It's very frustrating having an unlimited membership where I schedule my sprays around important events, that I cannot use because you continue to close your establishment early. Had I known you were closing early, I would have come earlier, as I'm sure I'm not the only customer who feels this way. read more

I have been spray tanning for years and have been a member of many tanning salons. Natural Tans is by far the best tanning salon I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing and the tanning salon is so pretty. The owner takes pride in their salon. Always clean and I have never had a problem with the spray tan quality or the tanning beds. I went for a spray tan for my vacation and found they have red & blue light therapy, including a salt sauna!!! I signed up for a month, unlimited, as this therapy helps w/inflammation and nerve issues, and I'm continuing. Manager Samantha is an angel and very informative. I have been a member of this tanning spa for 10 years. I have seen 3 different owners in that time, and I have to say that this place has never been better than it is now. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They take as much care of the beds/booths as they do the clients. I have never had any issues or problems and I consider this one of my "happy places". I ALWAYS feel better leaving than I did arriving... not an easy task dealing with me, but Natural Tans has me as a client for many, many more years. My Name is David Olmscheid, I am a resident of Vacaville. I am a total fan, rather a fanatic of Spay Tans. I used to travel all the way to Napa, California for a quality spray tan. Now, within a few miles from my home, for pennies on the dollar compared to the other Spray Tan companies I've used in the last several years, I am delighted to say, that "Natural Tans," in the Alamo Plaza Shopping Center, has not only one, but two different Spray Tan Machines that completely compliment each other. More importantly, for me, in fact, more so, than " Natural Tans," fabulous " State of the Art," Spray Tan beds is the fabulous staff. In my last experience at "Natural Tan's," the newest employees, Nikki and Jezlyn were so welcoming and kind, that i have to imagine that the current hiring manager has the intuitive sense to know a good fit for the company when they see it. Poor policy in regard to cancellation of plan. This business requires the individual to return in person to cancel their own membership. Owner would not allow my spouse cancel my membership. Even though we signed up using same CC. Not a decision that is pro customer. Never to return. read more

My husband and I signed up for natural tans last year before going on a trip. We signed up under separate accts because as a married couple the wouldn't let us be on the same acct, which I find stupid. When it came time to cancel, which you have to do in person, because they make you sign electronic forms, which I think can just as easily be signed online, they would not let me cancel my husbands acct for him. My husband travels quite a bit for work and could not make it in which i tried to explain to them and the owner/or manager (she calls everyone honey) told me it was illegal for me to cancel his acct, i also explained that we were leaving out of the country for 10 days and they still would not make any accommodations, therefore he was charged another month. They make the process very difficult and I feel as a married couple with the same address and same bank acct they should let the spouse cancel the accts. The owner/or manager (same gal mentioned before) of this facility is not accommodating to her customers in any way, she has shamed her employees in front of customers before and she is difficult to work with. If she is not the owner and is just the manager, they should consider new management and revising their policies. I obviously will not be returning, ever. read more

If I could give Natural Tans more stars I would. They keep everything clean and sanitized and ensure everyone is safe. The environment is soothing and relaxing. The bulbs are always being changed out to ensure a beautiful glowing tan. The products they offer are amazing and can fit anyone's budget. But I am mostly impressed by the friendly and caring staff. They all make you feel like you are family. The customer service is excellent and they all go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I am a life long customer and you will be too! Since moving to Solano County, I had yet to find a good tanning salon, so I would continue to drive to Clayton to tan. Stumbled across this place as my nail salon is nearby, and I'm so happy I did. The beds are clean, bulbs appear new, allowing me to see color in a few sessions. Staff seem very knowledgeable. They make an effort to remember all customers name, and greet you by name. They make the salon a friendly environment. They have great packages which make sense if you are a regular tanner, whether tanning bed, or spray tan or both. They also offer spa services, I have yet to try them, but they seem popular as they were all full during my last visit. read more

I've been going here on and off for years. I love the people, the beds are decent, the spray tans booth is awesome, and I like the location right off 80. BUT I'm giving 4 stars for the pricing of spray tans. That's why I don't go often anymore. Side note: I wish there was a month unlimited for a decent price on those as well. Other areas I've lived there's always a place that does this, and here it's unheard of. After all, it is a healthier version of tanning! read more

I came in wanting to get a good tan for a vacation I was about to go on the following week. This was my second time ever tanning. My goal was to do the beds, no spray, and to get as dark as possible in a week as I could. Every single lady that works here KNOWS THEIR STUFF! They got me to a very deep tan in a healthy way and made sure that I was satisfied with my results each day I went in. They also made sure I was paying for the best package that fit my situation and wasn't just trying to get me for my money. Being a newbie to tanning I highly suggest coming here as they are so knowledgeable about their beds and what route to go to get the results you desire. After reviewing several yelp reviews I chose Natural Tans as my new tanning spot! I previously went to California Sun in Sacramento, so I wanted to find a spot that was similar to what they had to offer. Kailyn (spelling?) introduced me to their salon and all they had to offer. She was super patient with all of the customers. She took the time to explain all the beds and packages to me while efficiently getting other members checked in (it was super busy and she was the only one there). They have reasonable pricing for the beds they offer. I also love the variety of beds that they have. They carry awesome lotion brands as well. All of the staff members have been super friendly each time I've been in. I honestly drive past 3 other salons just to come here, it is completely out of my way but Natural Tans does not disappoint! read more

Natural tans is TRUELY AMAZING!!!! I travel from davis to come to natural tans, it is sooooo worth the drive! Amanda. And all the girls yhat worh there are very friendly and accommodating they keep the salon so clean you know you're going to get into a clean bed and it is just truly amazing! I used to go to golden tans in woodland, but it closed down suddenly!! With no warning, but i am glad they did close down, after all i would not have found natural tans! So thank you golden beach.
