I had one prescription filled here for convenience but typically use one associated with my job. That being said, immediately after my family switched (I pick up for them), I was impressed. No long (20-30 min) wait line like at Walgreens, they always have sufficient staff there to handle the flood of prescriptions and customers and they are usually pleasant to work with. We've had to call a few times about some pre authorization issues and they've always been super helpful in guiding us and explaining the process.

I have selected to have prescriptions delivery on two different occasions…read more.... The first occasion, after waiting a couple additional days for the delivery, I called and asked what happened.....They told me that they packed the prescription up for FedEx but never put it in the FedEx pick-up bin...... The second occasion, again after waiting a couple additional days for the delivery, I called and asked what happened.....This time they told me that FedEx picked-up the package and the fact that I never received the delivery at all, I was told that it is incumbent (Paraphrasing, guaranteed no one there has a clue what incumbent means) ....The issues is out of there hands....I asked, can you give me the tracking number.....I was told that they don't have a tracking number for any shipments .... What? that was over two weeks ago and the prescription never arrived..... I have been charged for them but never refunded.......I called the store tonight to attempt to see if a store manager could help me..... I called at 8:57PM and was placed on hold for over a half hour with no response (other an automated voice telling me just how busy they were....someone will answer shortly......I finally hung up and notice on that stores web site that they are temporarily closed (entire store but the store will be opening at 9:00am on 3/12/2022. Duh, what, When? I far as I am concerned, they can remain temporarily closed for ever.....I will be moving all of my business to a new Phamacy..... what a shame!

I completely don't understand how 5 people can't help more that one person at the pharmacy at a…read moretime. One person will work the window and the drive thru while 4 people stand around and give you dirty looks if you appear annoyed at the hour wait. They are short, inconsiderate and downright nasty to customers. Worst pharmacy ever!!
