Both times I have been inside for a prescription the line was very long, BUT the staff was GREAT! My granddaughter's seizure medicine was going to be over $200.00 and the pharmacists found a coupon that brought the price down to less than $100.00! They have saved the discount to her profile so that it can be applied to all her seizure meds. read more

Short staffed when in person. The telephone system absolutely sucks! They never have all the meds you need. If the doctor didn't feel like they were needed, she wouldn't prescribe them! I seriously need a better pharmacy! 1 star because 0 was not an option! read more

Takes forever to get Prescribed RX Seems they never have what is prescribed and they send us to another location

No need to make an appointment for a vaccine, because you'll still wait a while. Probably better to walk-in. Also don't check-in with your phone, you'll get overlooked. They say even if you checked-in with your phone you still have to check in with them. When I checked in with my phone it stated "They'll call my name." What's the point of the standing sign that says check-in?! As far as the pharmacy no one even greets you, asked why or how long you've been waiting. read more

I just received my prescription from this pharmacy and was talked to very rude by one of the sales associates. Then I called the pharmacist and she was absolutely rude. She then decided to call my doctor and accuse me of basically being a drug dealer. I have been getting my medicine from this pharmacy for 15 years and have never been accosted like that . worst company I have ever shopped. bad customer service and never has products they advertise. they advertise that they care about you but all they care about is the money you give them. all I ever get from them is a run around. the pharmacy is the just as bad.
