Even though it wasn't included in the package I bought, she gave my feet quite a bit of extra loving to get rid of the rough skin. My experience was ok, but rushed, and my pedicure was streaky (needed another coat for sure). When I went to check the length of the acrylics for my daughter, the tech left them waaaayyyy too long despite my request prior to the service. When I questioned it, she got an attitude like she was going to fight me on the street and started yelling that my daughter had requested it and that it would be a $20 charge to cut them down at the end of it all, she did a terrible job and overcharged me on top of it. They have several services - manicures, pedicures, waxing, and lashes. They must also serve espresso because they have that set up behind the nail bar. (A small bottle of water would have been nice.) I don't know I they have type of points system for discounts with repeat visits. They don't have an over abundance of colors to choose from; only 2 pages of examples in 2 different books.
