We have never missed an appointment before and this is not a good way to do business for members who have already paid monthly and have credits on the account to use. We've cancelled the membership and won't be going back or recommending this business to anyone.

Before I arrived at Amethyst, I knew that I would be in great hands with Shelley. I emailed her in advance to ask a few questions about the experience. I've had neck and nerve issues from traditional hair washes in a bowl at a salon, so I wanted to make sure this would be safe for me. Shelley responded promptly and made me feel completely at ease. This would not be a traditional salon experience! Shelley greeted me as soon as I walked into the salon (Amethyst Headspa is located inside Concept Salon) and walked me back to her Oasis. The room had dim purple lighting which immediately transported me from "real life" to a gorgeous pamper studio. She thoroughly explained what to expect and gave me ample time to get ready. I received the Rock'NRoll rejuvenating Headspa treatment which included a hair wash (shampoo and conditioner tailored to my dry and curly hair), scalp and shoulder massage, and a quick blow dry. Shelley made sure I was comfortable and perfectly positioned on the headrest. She then gave me a warm eye mask and encouraged me to just let go and relax. She gently took my hair in her hands and placed it in the water. The water halo (the glowing bowl in the pictures) sprinkled water and gently tickled my scalp, while Shelley's well trained hands massaged my head, neck, and shoulders. Within seconds, all of the tension, stress, and the headache I walked in with, just washed away. The trickling sound of water, the soothing music, and Shelley's calming energy made for the most relaxing experience!
