This place was able to accommodate me and my friend on very short notice, which I really appreciated. The booking process went smoothly, I thought. When we got there, we both (individually) decided to use the unisex restroom. Before I went, they told me I could go into the first room. I told my friend as he was coming out of the bathroom that they were ready to take one of us in the first room. I was confused when the attendant ushered me back to that first room. As I approached the drawn curtain, I heard snickering and laughing. I hesitantly pulled back the curtain and there my friend was. Have you ever wanted to get a couples massage with your buddy of a different gender? This place can hook you up. We didn't say anything. We were in too deep by then. With lots of eye averting, we got under the sheets and the attendants came in. The massage started with a light warm-up massage of the upper back and legs over the sheets. The massage therapist really got into the deep tissue and worked out my trouble spots. When one part of the massage hurt, I let her know, but she didn't change her intensity much. She used an oil which left my skin feeling great. The massage included a 5 minute facial, but the facial seemed to be just some basic lotion on the face and a head massage. If I had known it was so limited, I would have booked a separate facial. One detractor was that my massage was interrupted several times because my therapist had to go do receptionist duties. I overheard her turning away someone who was 10 mins late to her appointment, so be on time if you go here. I left feeling relaxed and was satisfied with the quality of the massage. My wife and I came in the other day to get one hour massages. We were able to make appointment times a couple of days out that fit our schedule which was great. The massage price was reasonable for the services provided ($75 for an hour with hot rocks included if you pay cash.) Make no mistake, this is a $75 massage, not a $300 per hour ordeal, so go in with the expectations of that. The rooms were nicer than the pictures make it look. It's in a strip mall but doesn't feel like it once you get past the lobby. Messages were good. Price was right. The fact that massage envy is charging $125 for the same services is ridiculous. I was looking for a good Chinese massage place. This is NOT a western spa, so don't go there if that is what you're looking for. Having been to a lot of Chinese massage/reflexology places in New York and California, this one is very nice. It's clean and well run. If you're looking for a great chair or foot massage, that is walk in, affordable, and fast, it's for you. If you're looking for a day spa with full privacy, robes, and a clinician who interviews you about your needs before your massage, this is NOT for you. Most therapists do not speak good English. You are going to get a Chinese style massage. It can be painful - deep tissue etc. it's not a light Swedish massage. With that in mind, if you come with an open mind, you should enjoy yourself. Be direct if something hurts too much. Tell them if you need something specific. And leave a decent tip, people. read more

My back has been hurting so bad over the past week that I could barely concentrate on anything else. It wasn't necessarily in my budget to get a massage but I couldn't take any more discomfort. I looked this spot up, and it was legit one of the best massages I've ever had. I mean when she started massaging my jaw and ears I was like really...hmm..?!! But who knew one could hold so much tension in their ears. I got the feeling that the massage therapist there really know what they're doing. They not only tuned into my "hurting" parts, bur they stretched my muscles in ways they probably haven't all my life. I without a doubt would go back. The back pain Id been dealing with for weeks is now nonexistent. The pressure was perfect enough to be enjoyable, while leaving no kink untouched. I've had several massages here and had no issues, however I went in yesterday for a 1 hour massage. I specifically asked for my shoulder to be worked on, but the girl really didn't listen. I asked multiple times for her to go harder and even said she would not hurt me, but she only gave a very "light/soft" massage which doesn't do me any good. I figured I would just request someone else next time, but then I go to pay and the girl charges me $15 more than the massage normally costs. I told her thats more than normal and she said "its the new price" which is bogus because the prices are listed. I paid it, left a tip of $20 and left. A poor massage plus being over charged is enough for me not to return unfortunately. I'll be finding another location. Hopefully they figure things out. read more

My mom and I came here for the first time today, and have been raving to each other for 20 minutes straight. This is the best massage I've ever had. Jenny was so intuitive, knew exactly where I needed more pressure and where the knots in my body were, and was really attentive. My mom said the exact same thing about Linda - she was super intuitive, knew the right amount of pressure to use, and knew how to get knots out. I went in for a back massage and even though the service was quick, I wasn't really happy with the massage. The guy was using too much pressure and I kept telling him, NOT SO HARD, it hurts. He would let up for a short bit of time but then applied hard pressure again. This was on Friday and yesterday and today, I hurt so much and am bruised feeling all over my back. You should not be in this much pain after a massage (only 30 minutes, thank God) and I can't recommend this place to anyone else. This was the worst massage I have ever experienced. I visited Head 2 Feet on a recommendation, and I was very disappointed. The staff was unwelcoming and did nothing to customize my massage. There was no conversation to set my needs and expectations, which resulted in my feeling very uncomfortable with my therapist's methods. She didn't care what I wanted or needed. There was no warm up into the deep tissue massage, she just went right in to painful areas with very hard force. I was sweating with pain. Towards the end, she actually put lotion on my face instead of issuing what was left on her hands. When I left, I wasn't sure if I felt better or mildly assaulted. Y'all. Avoid this place. I've been here a quite a few times now to give my honest opinion so at least I can say I've given them a fair shot. The man who did my massage (and has before) was SO rough on me at times I was holding my breath trying not to yell out in pain.. the next day I woke up extremely sore and I'm so much pain I had to take something for it.. that is not the kind of feeling you'd want to have after getting a massage. Also too, After massaging my feet they go to work on massage my face. Disgusting. His hands smelt horrible and I was wondering if he even washed his hands before. As other people have said they will try to make you tip more than you feel comfortable with. Just be aware. I saw all the great reviews for this place and decided to give it a try while I was in town. The place looked great, interior was clean and I was hoping for a great massage. My therapist never introduced herself to me, didn't ask about any areas that I wanted to avoid or work on. Her phone continually went off during the massage and she even ANSWERED A PHONE CALL while continuing to rub my back with one hand. She must not have budgeted her time very well because she was working on one leg and the other hadn't even been started when the timer went off. She patted my legs quickly and said all done. Let me preface by saying I'm not really a massage person. I can't really claim to know what makes a massage 'good' beyond the results it provides. I woke up on Saturday with a crick in my neck - I could not lift my head level or turn my neck to the right. I sat under a hot shower, took some Tylenol, applied a heating pad - it was not improving. I found Head 2 Feet on Yelp at 3:30pm and called them. They slotted me for a 30 minute session at 6pm. The font office is a little small but it does what it needs to do - there isn't much waiting room. It there was virtually no wait. As others have mentioned, the masseur had dialed in on my crick in minutes, and worked steadily to loosen and relax the muscles surrounding it. It was agonizing and it was perfect. I stood up 30 minutes later, paid my VERY reasonable bill, and left my crick behind. It was 100% what I hoped it would be. That's not common in my book. 5 stars. read more
