There was no reason for that kind of behavior, and it was completely unprofessional\. To make matters worse, I had to drive back because the ice cream I was given had what looked like dry ice or frozen residue on it and looked nasty\. It wasn't something I felt comfortable eating, and I shouldn't have had to return just to have my order corrected\. I've noticed a big difference since the previous owner was in charge\. Customer service and management used to be much better, and employees seemed to treat people with respect\. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case\. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and addresses how employees interact with customers, because this level of customer service is unacceptable\I would rate it zero but didn't give me a choice

Thought it was a great deal so I grabbed that off the rack right under their deals displayed above on the tv, the hot and ready to go foods and made the sandwich all up with jalapeños and onions etc.... I was also going to grab the other deal they had for buy one get one free for the chicken Parmesan Chicken sticks and I'm glad I didn't because they would have had to be wasted and thrown into the trash with the sandwich and drink because when I got up there to the front I was told "umm, the thing is.... This has cheese on it..." (the sandwich I'm guessing) "so I can't give you that deal" I had no idea how they made the sandwiches I just grabbed on of many. I said "aren't they all that way??" As I walked over to check, and they are all that way the way they make them so I guess you have to make a request for one to be made from scratch and ask them to NOT put cheese on it and then wait however long for it to then be cooked in order to get the deal... how crazy is that and what a huge waste of food that is when I see people walk in there, quite literally every single day, that grab handfuls of the hot and ready food and just walk right out with nothing said to them! (Homeless or drug addicts I suppose) but still for that to be an issue for something having cheese on it, to be a deal breaker. I didn't know they make all of them that way I just grabbed a biscuit! Idk it's just crazy to me how some people's minds operate and maybe they think I'm the unreasonable one, I don't know but my logic tells me that cheese is the least of my concern in this situation and that I'm not gonna pay over double the price for something because a slice of cheese. Never have had a problem with QT until this one store #410 and it sucks because our new office is opening up soon right next to this place..... hope others don't have to waste food like that...

She called him up to the front and it took about 3-4 minutes to get to the front. The cashier herself with crazy eye makeup and jewels on top of it even told him he needed to hurry up as he was taking his time walking up and talking with another employee. Mind you I had 3 other customers behind me that I had told her she can take and I can wait but she proceeded to say no because she wanted to understand the error so they had to wait. Anywho, manager came up and cleared the error and he walked off, seeing that there were customers stacking up which he could've rang up himself since it didn't seem too busy. She then needed him again so she called him again and once again he took his precious time coming up and once he finished assisting her he proceeded to say "now this just pissed me off," and walked away STILL not ringing anyone else up. Transaction was done after that. AS A MANAGER this behavior is unacceptable and rude. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and employment should be reconsidered. That is not someone you want as the face of Walgreens, for the night.

Otherwise smooth stop - we decided we might make it our go to gas station & make it a tradition to get chips whenever I stop for gas haha. Makes it less of a chore that way, right?
