She called him up to the front and it took about 3-4 minutes to get to the front. The cashier herself with crazy eye makeup and jewels on top of it even told him he needed to hurry up as he was taking his time walking up and talking with another employee. Mind you I had 3 other customers behind me that I had told her she can take and I can wait but she proceeded to say no because she wanted to understand the error so they had to wait. Anywho, manager came up and cleared the error and he walked off, seeing that there were customers stacking up which he could've rang up himself since it didn't seem too busy. She then needed him again so she called him again and once again he took his precious time coming up and once he finished assisting her he proceeded to say "now this just pissed me off," and walked away STILL not ringing anyone else up. Transaction was done after that. AS A MANAGER this behavior is unacceptable and rude. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and employment should be reconsidered. That is not someone you want as the face of Walgreens, for the night.

Made an appointment for elderly parents to get Covid boosters (as we've done many times before). Elderly parents show up and are told that Medicare doesn't cover the booster. They leave. I'm confused and call Medicare and am told that Medicare covers them. I call to explain to Kate that Medicare does indeed cover them. Kate can't seem to accept that she is wrong and instead is rude and condescending. We make an appointment at a different CVS pharmacy and have ZERO issues--get the booster & Medicare pays. It's extremely annoying dealing with a condesceding know-it-all who knows nothing. Had she simply taken the time to call Medicare and learn what she had to do, I'd be writing a positive review. She may also consider having some compassion and empathy for elderly people. I'm guessing it's not unusual for people on Medicare to go to the pharmacy to get vaccines--please get the proper training!

I used a very accurate electronic scale and found that steak, styrofoam tray, and plastic wrap weighed 0.974 pounds. I weighed the other steaks and most were labeled inaccurately, nearly twice the actual weight of the entire package -- more, if I weighed the steak only. I called the store and asked for a manager: my call went to voicemail. Fat chance I'll ever hear from them. Walmart, you just lost a customer.

I got my COVID-19 and flu vaccines here last week. I was able to easily make an appointment on the…read moreCVS website and select a day and time that worked best for my schedule. Conveniently, I was able to get in the very next day. Once I arrived, I was able to check in with their kiosk and I was taken back for my vaccines after waiting less than five minutes. The NP that helped me was Teresa and she was wonderful. I didn't even feel one of the vaccines and the other one was pretty close to painless as well. In addition to being great at giving the shots, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am typically a Walgreens gal but this experience may have just converted me over to CVS! On top of my insurance covering the vaccines with no hassle, I was even given a $10 off $20 coupon to use in the store!
