Horrible MANAGEMENT service. I went last night around 8:50pm and used coupons and the coupon that was scanned brought up an error leaving the cashier to need management approval to clear it. She called him up to the front and it took about 3-4 minutes to get to the front. The cashier herself with crazy eye makeup and jewels on top of it even told him he needed to hurry up as he was taking his time walking up and talking with another employee. Mind you I had 3 other customers behind me that I had told her she can take and I can wait but she proceeded to say no because she wanted to understand the error so they had to wait. Anywho, manager came up and cleared the error and he walked off, seeing that there were customers stacking up which he could've rang up himself since it didn't seem too busy. She then needed him again so she called him again and once again he took his precious time coming up and once he finished assisting her he proceeded to say "now this just pissed me off," and walked away STILL not ringing anyone else up. Transaction was done after that. AS A MANAGER this behavior is unacceptable and rude. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and employment should be reconsidered. That is not someone you want as the face of Walgreens, for the night. read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and each time I go the service is worse and worse. The attitude from the pharmacy technicians, Vivian in particular, is absolutely ridiculous. Customers should not have to put up with such behavior. I called and asked to speak to the manager only to be told he was filling in and there wasn't much he could do. I did the survey that was attached to my receipt and asked to be contacted. It is a week later and I still have not heard form anyone. They need to just close this pharmacy. They have already reduced their hours and are closed on weekends. Very inconvenient. read more

Great customer service! Erica from the Pharmacy is a miracle worker! She went above and beyond to fight through insurance mishaps and spent so much of her time trying to make sure I could get the medicine I needed for my daughter. She is incredible! I haven't seen someone help like that in a pharmacy EVER!! Thank you! I'm in Walgreens a few times a week and all the employees are helpful & always have a great service attitude! read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! If I could give negative starts I would!!!! I have shopped at dozens of walgreens, been to several of their pharmacies in different states and this one is by far ABSOLUTELY THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I was in line at the drive thru before the pharmacy closed at 6pm and to my surprise once it hit 6pm they just ignored me and the two cars ahead of me and closed! NEVER in all the pharmacies I have ever been to have I ever seen or heard of them just IGNORING CUSTOMERS and not clearing out their line before they leave for the day! I have worked in customer service and retail for 13 years and this is never a valid practice. You ALWAYS have to clear your line before you leave your register. When I went in and asked why the pharmacy was closed while there were still people in line waiting to be served one of the workers told me they have to close at 6pm. I said, even when there were still people in line? And she said YES! I couldn't belive it!! So this walgreens pharmacy will literally IGNORE you and TURN YOU AWAY once 6pm rolls around, Even if you are in line before 6pm waiting to be served. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I will never spend another penny in this store! Whoever is running this store needs to learn what "customer service" means. read more

This location is not closed! In fact, it is the happening place to be, lol! I like that I can go there on a weekend night to buy odds and ends & it's packed, so I don't feel like a loser for not being out on the town :D I've been in a few Walgreens that were not very well organized, but that is not a problem for this place. Love this Walgreens! The store is always clean and tidy. The staff is always friendly and their prices on instore items are comparable to others in the area. We used to use the pharmacy all the time. I have 4 daily meds and my husband has 2 that all get refilled each month. Plus whatever happens to come up when one of us or the kids are ill. So we spent quite a few dollars in prescriptions. However with the Walmart just down the street offering $4 copays on some meds that Walgreens leaves at the $10 insurance copay, it became silly to keep our prescriptions there anymore. Of the 6 regular medicines in our house, 4 fell on the $4 list at Walmart. So by switching our prescriptions we went from $60 a month in prescriptions to just $36!! I prefer the way Walgreens runs their store and their pharmacy. Their drive through is so easy to use (unlike Walmart) and Prescriptions are always ready fairly quickly and the auto call system beats Walmart's by far. But it's just too big a savings to pass up. If I know it's not on the $4 list, I will still take a single (as in non-refill) prescription to Walgreens because the service is faster and nicer! If Walgreens would begin price matching Walmart's $4 list like Costco Pharmacy does, I'd be back in a heartbeat!! So aside from the drastic cost difference between Walgreens and Walmart prescriptions, I would pick Walgreens! 0 stars for Pharmacy because of value 4 stars for the store overall cleanliness and product supply Final rating is a 2 because while the store is lovely, the main reason I would keep shopping here is for prescriptions and I can't overlook the significant price gap for my family! read more

Worst pharmacy ever! Pharmacist Leena is incompetent and cannot do math properly. Severely lacks customer service. I tried transferring my sons account from cvs and she called them twice, the first time she was put on hold and didn't get through. I called CVS and they stated that if she called and asked for their pharmacist they'd take care of it immediately. I called Walgreens back and the pharmacist Leena refused to call CVS. Another incident my son was sick and Leena was converting his weight incorrectly because she can't do simple math and so my son had to go without medication. She is horrible and I'll now be traveling further to get my medications just because of the issues we've had with her. read more

They worst experience and customer service I've had. Mom is a transplant patient and she needs her meds in a timely matter. We always have issues in this location. They never tell me when I pick up meds if they are still working on them and waiting for more so they always make me take several trips. I've even told them it would be nice if they informed me when missing meds so I'd only make one trip. In several occasions Walgreens staff claims they did not received a prescription so they have moms coordinator resend prescriptions ( double work and time consuming) it's always something. Mom was discharge from the hospital last week and was in need of several new nebulizer meds and they first claimed it was a prior authorization to fill it and three days after when I called to follow up on it they said they did not received a prescription for two of the meds and was waiting for a doctors responds on a question they had. I will speak to the supervisor tomorrow because they are rude and in some occasions the have cut me off when explaining about the importance of getting the meds for mom in a timely matter. I will definitely change locations to a Walgreens that knows what they are doing and have better customer service and cares for the patients needs read more

This is a typical Walgreens store that provides that quiet atmosphere while catering to most of your everyday needs. I usually stop by for an energy drink or to get a few movies from the Redbox located inside. The cashiers are generally polite. All-in-all: The products are a bit pricey compared to the Walmart down the road, but the atmosphere makes it a nice alternative. No complaints here! read more

I have given this pharmacy a good review in the past however, today I had the misfortune of dealing with the rudest pharmacy technician ever. I'm leaving out of town for the next week and had a prescription to fill. I called last night and was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was an early fill but they would have it ready and I would pay cash. Today I went to get my prescription and was treated like a drug seeker and treated very rudely. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They will not tell me over the phone if they have a particular medication in stock or not. I deal with chronic excruciating pain. I've had 4 spinal surgeries. I'm not able to sit or stand more then 10 to 20 minutes. I can't drive at all and it's very difficult to find someone that has the time to drive from location to location every month to see if my medication is in stock (their inventory is an entirely different issue I'll address that at a later date). I understand they are protecting their pharmacists and staff because of the type of medication it is. However, all they need to do is ask me for my information, maybe some identity questions liked birthday Address etc... look me up in the computer to see if I'm a customer that normally gets that medication around that time of the month. Maybe even log the call. I seriously doubt a legitimate customer that gave their information, and has a prescription that needs to be filled that day, is going to come back and rob them. Sometimes it just takes a little bit of common sense. What's more, the pharmacy staff were very abrupt when explaining this new policy to me. Empathy and understanding go a long way. Needless to say I now fill my prescriptions elsewhere. Thank you CVS and Walmart for having the common sense to screen customers, asking the right questions before giving information about the availability of scheduled medication. Doing this in a way that protects the staff, yet provides the very minimal service that a customer expects from their pharmacy. AS FOR THE WALGREENS STORE IT DESERVES A NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! You need a coupon out of the circular or the monthly pamphlet to get the advertised sale price on the shelf and sometimes you don't. It's confusing to know what are on sale, need a coupon for circular, or need a coupon from the monthly pamphlet. They will tell you either. And what's really frustrating is they don't know. Hey Walgreens manager, coach your team, teach them how to focus on one customer at a time even under pressure. Teach them to address the line in between customers and apologize for the wait. Customers have a difficult time being angry after someone has acknowledged there what has inconvenienced them and apologize for it. Each week give your employees a circular to review for 20 minutes on their downtime. This will cutback on you're long lines (being held up by customers and employees searching for the sale coupon in the circular and/or the monthly pamphlet) neither one knowing where it's located. In addition, it'll save an employee frustration which impacts morale. And of course the obvious, your customers will be happier! read more

I've always had pretty positive experiences with the pharmacy here. Recently I've had insurance issues that I didn't understand. I got a voicemail from a Walgreens call center employee asking me to call her back regarding my insurance. When I called her back, she didn't even remember calling me. Then when I asked her to clarify why my RX was denied, she gave me very confusing answers. I asked more questions, and she got an attitude with me because I didn't get what she was saying. When I asked for her name, she said it too fast for me to understand and then put me on hold to speak with her manager. Very rude girl lacking professionalism. But then I called back later and spoke with a different employee. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. He looked into my info and was able to give me clear and simple answers. I wish I'd gotten his name because good employees are not recognized enough. I also spoke with the pharmacist named Joe at this store. He too was very helpful and professional. He was patient and made sure all my concerns were addressed. These two employees definitely made up for the crappy service I had earlier. Great job! read more

if i could give zero starts i would!!! i am having morning sickness so my fiance had called to see if they carried anything that may help. the girl that answered said "i don't know i would have to transfer you to the pharmacy." after getting transferred (took several minutes), the woman working pharmacy answered the phone rudly "um hello" my fiance told her he needed help finding something for morning sickness, she continued to belittle him by saying "uh for you, or a woman?" when he told her his fiance she said "well is she pregnant?" to which of course he replied yes!! And then she said "well we have b1 and sleep aid that is what doctors give...or maybe it's b6 i don't remember why don't you take her to the hospital if it is that bad." and he replied "we are just trying to find an easy aid to help her." she then went on to say "well i just told you b1 or maybe b6 and sleep aid!" i have never heard someone so rude in customer care!!! if i was walgreens i would not want this woman working at any of my locations!!!!!! I ALSO WENT TO THIS LOCATION FOR A HEALTH SCREENING A MONTH OR SO AGO AND MY INSURANCE SAID THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK FROM THE CLINIC ! AT THE TIME I THOUGHT, MISTAKES HAPPEN. BUT NOW I BELIEVE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION IS INCOMPETENT. read more
