All ages and different personalities there's a reason he is a familiar name. His bedside manner is unbelievably gentle and he really takes in every detail. Every woman has their moment of doubt about themselves and after my first breast augmentation I knew if I ever needed anything I would only go there. Here I am going recovering from my tummy tuck, BA years ago and then after three kids my BBL came out beautiful but my tummy!! Something we all struggle with at some point. Unfortunately, I remain unhappy with the result despite undergoing additional Ellacor and Botox treatments. My concerns were not something I brought up a year later. They were documented in his own medical records beginning approximately three months after surgery. What bothers me most is the way the situation was handled. When I ultimately requested an appropriate partial reimbursement so I could seek treatment elsewhere, Dr. Kludt terminated the physician-patient relationship. I subsequently submitted a detailed reimbursement request, but rather than directly addressing it, he referred me to the dismissal letter. My follow-up clarification has gone unanswered. I recognize that no cosmetic surgeon can promise perfection. But as a paying patient, I expected a more constructive response when I expressed continuing concerns. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this practice. I wish I had known before surgery how difficult it might be to reach a satisfactory resolution if I was unhappy with my results.
