This business was used to attempt fraudulent charges on my credit card. They attempted to pre-authorize gasoline and successfully charged $200. I live hundreds of miles away. Apparently this has been happening for years-going back to 2014. WTH? read more

Quik Stop Located on West Hammer Ln, right ohh of I-5 in Stockton, CA Here's my story "Life is beautiful" I've been coming to this gas station for a cool minute. The staff is pretty amazing here. So mad props to Pal and Aziz that work here. Really cool guys and the ladies who work the days are really nice. "Keeping it real" There is a Redbox if you need some movies. There's also propane for your BBQ grills. Air and Water for your vehicle is located on the side of the market. They do have squeegees for your windows. If you sign up Quick stop has a Promo card for drinks. You buy five drinks and you earn a free drink. Works on soda and coffee. Note : I did get credit for buying a water. Note: Not sure if they sell rubbers. I'll inquire on my next trip. Cigarettes and beer are sold here. I don't really buy cigarettes that much anymore. Due to the high price. So I stick with Black and Milds, I buy them here. The 16oz beer are a good price, 99 cents. It's the good stuff Mickey's. There's a good selection of chips and junk food for you. Hot dogs to Nachos and wash it down with a fountain drink. This place is cool in my book. Gas, Beer, chips and Black and Milds. Win win for me. Sincerely VD read more

The worst flippin gas station I've ever been too!! I wanted to buy snacks and use the bathroom and they let my boyfriend (who is Caucasian) use the bathroom but when it was my turn (I'm Mexican) they refused because it was "closed and not working" I felt very disrespected as a women and will never step a foot in this horrible place. I want to give this Quik Stop Market 3.5 stars...that rounds up to 4. Gotta be fair with my math. This Quik Stop is on the corner of Mariners and Hammer in Stockton...all the way at the West end of Hammer right after you go under the 5 freeway. It is a medium sized store and has gas pumps at it like many Quik Stop Markets do. Their gas prices are always about 10 cents cheaper than the Chevron across the street...the other day gas here at Quik Stop was $3.19 for regular unleaded and Chevron was $3.29. I do not usually fill up at a location like this but it is a nice price difference for people who do not want to buy the more expensive gas. At one time they used to charge a few cents more for credit gas transactions but I have not seen them do that for a while now. This is a nice practice because there is an Arco on the other side of the freeway that always has just about the same price for gas but Arco charges you a fee to use your debit card. Believe it or not one of the things I have always liked about this and other Quik Stop locations is that this has been my place to get milk at decent prices when I do not feel like going all the way to Safeway or Food 4 Less. The price for 2 gallons of milk here is not too much more than it would be at one of the regular supermarkets without all the hassle. Yeah, I drink tons of whole milk...so I care about how much it costs at the corner store. I have never really bought anything else here...I have pretty much limited my purchasing here to gasoline and milk. But that keeps my car running and gives my cookies something to dunk in. This place is a scam, two times I have paid for gas, only too find am not getting any gas! The meter runs like normal but, when I touched the hose, I felt no vibration. Usually, you feel a vibration from the hose. At this point I stop pumping, I pull out the nozzle and pull the trigger and bam! Nothing but air coming out the nozzle! Tried to get a refund but, all I got was excuses and a refusal to refund. F these guys!!! read more

Now while I usually do not create reviews I have the urge to do so at this location based upon quite a few experiences with this location. Now when you look at the website it says the location is open 24 hours. This is not true. I work late and get home usually around 12 am so I typically want snacks between 3 to 4 am. Between 3 - 5am it is hit an miss of they are actually open. Typically they are closed. The website doesn't say if its only 24 hours for gas only. It says that the location itself is 24 hours. However if I want something around 3 to 4 good luck. I need to wait until after 5ish depending upon their mood. read more

Worst gas station ever none of the pumps worked and when I had the cashier cancel the transaction he just put the money back on the card instead of canceling it which means I still had to pay the the $0.35 debit fee for nothing! I moved my car twice to see if it was just one pump I even tried unleaded and premium finally decided to go inside which was a mistake should have just left. And they are taking advantage of their customers during this whole Covid-19 chaos by charging 8$ for a case of water that they usually sell for 4$! Not to mention the cashier was RUDE !! There was a woman clerk she was trying to rectify the situation but then the cashier spoke to her in a different language while looking at me with a complete attitude and then she wasn't so helpful afterwards. I live around close by quick stop so I walk up there alot it only 5 mins walking I go there almost every day I been trying to get hired there lol . but anyway so there 2 employee that been really disrespectful and rude I've never seen so much unprofessional attitude at a work place and just tonight I went to grab some stuff from the store and it was closed so I had to use the window ofcourse and so I did well when I asked to get my stuff he grabs it and throws it at me I don't like these employees that act like children to customer for no reason because they did not get the order right in the first place read more

I usually like to pump gas here after leaving my sister's as it is always much cheaper than the other petrol competitors. But I tried to pump gas here this morning and I ended up driving across the street to Chevron. First of all, when in the hell did Quik Stop start charging to use your debit card??? Debit is as good as freakin' cash!!! I cancelled the debit transaction after getting a debit fee prompt and chose a credit transaction instead. Then the stupid pump told me to go inside and see a cashier---uh, no thank you. Your gas isn't all that serious for the extra work or fee. For the fee you charge, I'd rather use it towards better gasolina.. read more

FRAUD! FRAUD! hey there's a FRAUD alert!! My friend pumps gas at this location here and there and everytiime he uses his card someone in the bay area purchases something with his card info. If I could give no stars I would but I settled with one. Probably a great place if you have cash but be careful using your card here. read more

My wife and I have been going to this store for years and in my opinion it is the BEST around! They seem to take pride in their store, it is always clean and fully stocked. Their customer service is excellent and they take the time to get to know their regular customers. Their employees are nice, polite, always willing to listen and help you with anything you need. I am just leaving this gas station and I a m 100 percent annoyed. I bought 25.00 worth of gas and a bottle of water. When the casheir rang my items I advised him the total price was not showing on the display. He argrued with me for almost 20 minutes. Unacceptable. I will not be back to this gas station. The guys behind the counter are usually pretty friendly when I come in, which I like. The gas price is good. Food is marked up, as usual for a gas station. The downside is the layout of the gas station is a little crowded so I come during off hours so as not to get jammed in. read more

We recently started getting gas here and after 2 tankfuls we see our car is missing due the poor gas. We have been to many other stations for the same grade of gas and never had this problem before. Gonna try another brand today and see if this clears up. read more
