I don't buy my food from Walmart but I do order other household items. The last two times that I have ordered my large packs of Bounty paper towels they were not delivered but marked as delivered. The picture the driver took of my porch both times clearly showing the paper towels were not included in the delivery. I did get a refund for the paper towels, thankfully. Another time that a driver brought my order but did not leave the large pack of Bounty paper towels. The picture again showing the paper towels not on my porch with the rest of the items. I called and reported it. A short time later it was delivered to my porch with a note attached saying "Sorry. I was wrong." Today my order was delivered without the large pack of Cottenelle toilet paper. I had it refunded through the app. Of course, each time I have to wait up to a week before I get the credit - while the driver has my items. I do not believe anymore that this is an accident. Not after this many times. I can only assume it is theft. And it's a huge inconvenience. Because now I will not ever use Walmart delivery again. Unfortunately - when you shop and mark items for shipping it will many, many times then send it delivery from store instead. Because of that I can no longer shop from Walmart.

Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

Recommend signing up and use the balanced rewards program. Cashiers are usually helpful in making sure to utilize any coupons that are published in the store add even if you don't have one with you.

The nice associate called for the manager over the intercom and walked around the whole store & office looking for a manager. There wasn't a manager to be found and i waited 20 minutes. The employee went over the intercom again for the manager and she finally came. She proceeds to say out loud in a nasty tone after walking up with popcorn and a coke, "Man i hate when people order late" then goes "yeah no these won't be done. It takes 20 minutes and i close in 30 minutes now. Don't know what to tell you"... the managers name was Amy.
