Then there was another woman working there at the front counter who was mocking me. This is the kind of people they employee there. I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store.
