The nice associate called for the manager over the intercom and walked around the whole store & office looking for a manager. There wasn't a manager to be found and i waited 20 minutes. There was a special offering $.50 off a gallon. Having never used the app, I went into the store to get assistance. The worker, "Tonio" was not helpful at all. Nobody in the store knew how to use the app or direct me to where I could get assistance. Not only that, the worker started to raise his voice at me when I was upset that I couldn't get any assistance. I finally figured it out on my own. However, to add insult to injury, I tried to reach the corporate office to complain. WHAT A FLIPPING JOKE. I waited on hold for 40 min. The recording kept telling me that there was higher than normal call volume. I finally realized that the offices were not even open. So I attempted today during normal business hours and tried several extensions, unable to reach a single person. I attempted to call 4x with no luck. During my first call, I thought I was getting answered, only to be disconnected.

I have only been to this market once. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and/or helpful. I…read morebought some deli meat, individual size cole slaw & individual size banana pudding. I thought they (slaw & banana pudding) were a little pricy for the size, but they were both tasted very fresh and delicous. I bought the slaw to make a slaw dog when I got home, but ended up eating it all up, as is. The banana pudding was absolutely delicious. I was so disappointed when I got home & realize 1/2 of it had spilled into my bag (my fault). For my son's birthday I ordered a large family size banana pudding. It did not disappoint! It was just as delicious as the individual one I had weeks earlier! I would say 3/4 cup would be a serving size. 13 people had some and some had 2nds and the birthday man had 3rds and we still had about a serving or 2 left over (b/c I hid it). I think b/c it was so good we wanted more of it, so depending on your group size & appetite you may want to order more than one or have other desserts on hand to either lure them away from the pudding or to have as back up (that's what I did). I do believe if I would've had another one the other desserts would've gone untouched. Honestly, I did think it was a little pricy for the size, especially since we had another tasty dessert just slightly smaller than the banana pudding size and it was $10. The fact that it was delicious helped, it would've been like adding insult to injury if it would've been pricy and nasty. Certhainly not the case here. Everyone absolutely enjoyed it! Thank you Vonderhaar's. *tip order at least 48hrs in advance, I ordered 24hrs in advance & got lucky. Truly, it's best to call & ask how much notice is needed. The saleswoman there was trying to do a skin analysis on my cheek. She tried 2 different machines and they wouldn't work. So she went to find another one. She told me no they absolutely do not allow anyone to sit except if they booked a service. I gave them the basket of all the other items, fragrance, Lip gloss and gifts I was going to purchase, then left and went to Ulta. The second time I went with my daughter and the sales person was helping her with makeup. She left to go get something for her and never returned.
