It doesn't matter if it's summer, winter, spring, or the apocalypse. Empty shelves every single time. Their email and app updates are completely useless and flat-out wrong. It will say your prescription is ready, then you show up and surprise, nothing is ready, nothing is available, and no one knows anything. The staff is unbelievably incompetent. Zero urgency, zero accountability, zero effort. Everyone looks miserable and acts like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. It genuinely feels like no one working there wants to be there or cares even slightly. I switched to Walgreens a long time ago for these exact reasons. Unfortunately, my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here because it was still on file. Huge mistake. Walking back into this CVS reminded me exactly why I left. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with any company, not just pharmacies. Total chaos, zero organization, and absolutely no concern for customers. And before anyone thinks I'm exaggerating, just read the other reviews. You'll see I'm not wrong. Garbage location. Stay far away. Use Walgreens. Use Kroger. Use Walmart. I just assumed after Cigna paid their part the price left for me to pay would be the same regardless of where I got the script filled. I win the moron award for believing that. My latest prescription had me paying $237 after my drug plan paid there share. That was enough to motivate me to shop around. I had CVS and Drug Mart want $237 and the hospital quote $161.00. The winner of this cost comparison was Costco a company I keep finding reasons to love. Their quote was $94. They got the business that day and for all future prescriptions! I'm amazed at how many people don't bother to check around for more favourable pricing on everything. Maybe if things get more expensive people will value their money more and not just give it to some price gougers like CVS & Kroger!

Well we went in to find out whom to speak to about looking at it more to possibly purchase. The greeter was a little helpful in that she directed us to the customer service center. Customer Service called Lawn and Garden to unlock the bike. As we walked by the greeter she wished us a good day and we said we were going to look at the bike she just helped us with the info. We go to the bike and the person unlocked it and my friend rode it around a bit and we decided we wanted it, but the tire was low one air and the brakes needed adjusted. We took the bike inside (lawn and garden person said to see Patrick in toys. We take the bike in and the greeter asked if we were needed to return the bike or exchange it (odd since we have talked to her twice in less than 5 minutes about looking at the bike) we told her where we were going. We found Patrick and he called Ken. Well Ken made the trip worth while. He looked at the bike, offered to not only look the bike over, but suggested we take the bike he just finished putting together. He brought it out and it was perfect, the only adjustment that was requested was changing the location of the Parrot. Ken did this without question. He is what customer service is all about and why the bike was worth the purchase. Oddly after paying for the bike the greeter still didn't recognize us.

The brand was Golden a high quality scooter. Especially known for their comfort. We have a van fitted with a lift. I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. The store seemed well organized and clean! I walked away with a great deal on some LED outdoor lights that will hopefully at least last the season!
