This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. Customer Service called Lawn and Garden to unlock the bike. As we walked by the greeter she wished us a good day and we said we were going to look at the bike she just helped us with the info. We go to the bike and the person unlocked it and my friend rode it around a bit and we decided we wanted it, but the tire was low one air and the brakes needed adjusted. We took the bike inside (lawn and garden person said to see Patrick in toys. We take the bike in and the greeter asked if we were needed to return the bike or exchange it (odd since we have talked to her twice in less than 5 minutes about looking at the bike) we told her where we were going. We found Patrick and he called Ken. Well Ken made the trip worth while. He looked at the bike, offered to not only look the bike over, but suggested we take the bike he just finished putting together. He brought it out and it was perfect, the only adjustment that was requested was changing the location of the Parrot. Ken did this without question. He is what customer service is all about and why the bike was worth the purchase. Oddly after paying for the bike the greeter still didn't recognize us.

A fascinating example of a good shop run by idiots…read more I go to UDF to get two things: a New York Times, and a chocolate milkshake with mint chip ice cream. I like both things, and I like being able to make a two minute stop in Clifton or Walnut Hills to get them. The UDF in Sharonville is different. I have walked into this place at least twice to find no employees in sight: nobody behind the counter, nobody scooping ice cream. And nobody suddenly appeared as I walked in. Even when the workers do appear, one continues to wait. The staff seem to have many more important things to do than help a customer. One woman will keep her back to any customers until they wander away. I am not exaggerating. She does scoop ice cream, but she takes instruction only from the other, more sociable staff members. It took me a few visits to learn not to try to order from her. I never stop there if anybody is waiting for me. A typical UDF shake has something called "shake mix" instead of ice cream. I understand that asking for real ice cream is unusal, but don't think it reasonable to be criticized for it. Astonishingly, the moron who I believe is in charge of this UDF has repeatedly given me sh*t for making him scoop a different substance into my cup. In fact, he finds fault with almost everything I buy or want to buy. (What don't you like about the gatorade that you sell?) The UDF in Sharonville does not carry the New York Times. I have asked about it repeatedly and been lectured about how they won't "carry THAT here." One conversation even spun ridiculously into a tirade on the evil nature of liberals. I haven't been back. I am astonished that this shop stays in business. It can only be that their patrons have such fleeting experiences that they never realize what complete stumps the workers are.
