After approximately 30 minutes I walked back inside to see that the pharmacist who helped me made eye contact with me and walked to the back where her coworker was. She then had her coworker tell me that they only had ten of the SIXTY tablets that was for my prescription. Are you kidding me? You couldn't have checked before telling me that I had to wait THIRTY MINUTES??? Every other time I have had this filled at other locations they have checked to see if they actually had the amount needed. This lady was extremely lazy and was obviously trying to avoid me with how she knew her effort and behavior was going to affect my day. Very unprofessional.

I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. The store seemed well organized and clean! I walked away with a great deal on some LED outdoor lights that will hopefully at least last the season!

I know it would be more convenient to order from Amazon but I do like the scents here better than Gain or Tide. I stopped buying candles and bath and body and only shop here for natural home scents.

With my kiddos loving to have fragrances of their own- it was the first place I thought of. I've discovered how much they've changed in scent profiles and adding some really great skin care. The men's line is great and they have way more complex scents rather than just all cloyingly sweet ones. Those still exist- but there are plenty of others. The VOA and Liberty store are very well laid out, have a lot to choose from and have very very nice employees. Happy to love such a familiar favorite again.

There were a handful of workers around. My daughter was able to easily find Bubble Skincare like she was looking for by the way the store is layout and labeled. She needed help matching her foundation. We asked a lady and she sent someone over to a brand she thought might be good for her. It took a few minutes for help to arrive, but I believe she was helping someone else. Once she was with us, she was attentive and really worked at finding the right shade. We ended up with a similar brand to the first since the first brand left my daughter looking orange. I'd definitely take the 20 minute drive down to come to this Ulta again.

I left the last two Cincinnati Doctors because of poor screening with the first and poor billing practices with the second. I met with Dr. Brown for the first time in October of 2022. The nurse (her name escapes me) was professional and administered local anesthetic virtually painlessly. Dr. Brown seemed professional, and compassionate. She completed a full body check, froze some sites and took one biopsy. The administrative staff I have spoken with and met are pleasant and professional.
