It doesn't matter if it's summer, winter, spring, or the apocalypse. Empty shelves every single time. Their email and app updates are completely useless and flat-out wrong. It will say your prescription is ready, then you show up and surprise, nothing is ready, nothing is available, and no one knows anything. The staff is unbelievably incompetent. Zero urgency, zero accountability, zero effort. Everyone looks miserable and acts like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. It genuinely feels like no one working there wants to be there or cares even slightly. I switched to Walgreens a long time ago for these exact reasons. Unfortunately, my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here because it was still on file. Huge mistake. Walking back into this CVS reminded me exactly why I left. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with any company, not just pharmacies. Total chaos, zero organization, and absolutely no concern for customers. The winner of this cost comparison was Costco a company I keep finding reasons to love. Their quote was $94. They got the business that day and for all future prescriptions! I'm amazed at how many people don't bother to check around for more favourable pricing on everything. Maybe if things get more expensive people will value their money more and not just give it to some price gougers like CVS & Kroger!

I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. Once I got home I found I had less than half the number of envelopes I should have had. That's right, less than half. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and didn't care. He told me if it was important to me to have enough envelopes then I should have checked myself. He didn't seem to think his employees should do their job and actually fulfill an order accurately. He didn't care about wasting a costumer's time to have to come back to the store to pick up more envelopes because his employees made a mistake. He egged me on to file a complaint with corporate and kept shoving his name tag in my face. He walked away from me telling me he didn't care. This guy's name was Tim. Then there was another woman working there at the front counter who was mocking me. This is the kind of people they employee there. I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store. This is the last time I will shop at Walgreens. This company really needs to teach employees how to do their jobs and to be nice to their costumers.
