I strongly advise senior citizens NOT to come here for vaccines or flu shots. I did, and it was a completely horrible experience from start to finish. Everyone at this pharmacy is unhappy and I can surely see why. They are super busy with customer after customer after customer. I signed up online for 2:15 PM appointment, and when I arrived, there was a long line, and I was expected to stand in it. This is the first problem. Senior citizens and elderly people should not be asked to stand for long periods of time. Many of us can't do it. There were chairs, but if you sat in one, you wouldn't have a place in the line. The second problem is that they ask you to answer several questions online and when you get to the pharmacy, they hand you a sheet and you have to answer the exact same questions again! I asked why and the pharmacy intern said something like the system doesn't always catch it. I thought it was a big baloney excuse, but they are so busy. I can understand why they just say anything to keep things moving. Third, Walgreens does not even attempt to honor the appointment time. Just join the crowds waiting. I finally got my shots 40 minutes after my appointment time. Lastly, pharmacist was rude to me. He asked me my name and I gave him my name and birthdate because that is what medical situations typically want. He yelled at me for giving my birthday and said he doesn't want a lot of extra information. I think this is a clear sign of stress on this man's part because I don't think there's any reason he would've treated me that way otherwise. I said nothing else because I didn't want him to yell at me again. It was really uncomfortable. I don't think a lot of senior citizens look at Yelp so if you are young, if you are reading this and if you have elderly relatives, steer them away from this Walgreens pharmacy. read more

This is my local Walgreens and one that happens to be within walking distance in a great shopping center with Starbucks, sandwich shops, bagel shop, The Vig, a sushi/ramen place, Luci's, a gym, etc. Walgreens has what we need when we don't want to hop in the car to get it quickly. This one is well-kept and I have never had issues with the pharmacy. They are usually quick-ish to get vaccines our way when we go (and we go often, thx COVID), they are speedy and patient with our kids and us. I'm a fan. read more

I called the store to check to see if they had a battery in stock. The gentleman I spoke with there said it was "too complicated" to check stock on the item. He said I would have to come in person to see if they had the item. Needless to say, I will never visit this store again. read more

The staff at this pharmacy was negligent in filling my medication while I was sick with Covid. I received a text message notification that my medication was out of stock and would need to be ordered. When I did not hear from the pharmacy for 2 days I called to inquire about the status of my medication and I was told: "we are unable to get that medication at this location." My immediate thought was: "why didn't anyone call me?" Considering that the medication was very important to my health, it seems as though at least one individual, perhaps more, should have taken the time to ensure that my medication was filled somewhere else and I should have been notified of the issue. This is complete negligence on the part of the pharmacy staff and I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the future. I went in today for a few items. I ended up asking the front desk and two employees on the floor for help. Every single person I talked to was more than happy to help and went out of their way. I'm not one to leave reviews but today was one of the best experiences I've had in a drug store. I had to go to the pharmacy and the lady informed me I needed a prior authorization, she also made sure to give me all the info I needed. I hoping this review helps get them get their well deserved recognition. This was today and every single employee in that store I talked to was wonderful. I woke up early to swing by the pharmacy on the way to work. It was a great plan until I got there at 8 AM when they opened, only to realize the pharmacy was CLOSED. The hours on the store clearly say 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Saturday. It says the same thing online for this specific location as well. It does not specify different pharmacy hours anywhere. I asked one of the workers to see if the pharmacy was just running late but nope, they open at 9 AM. Would have been nice to know before I went out of my way to come here. I wanted to have a productive day but I guess not! I made an unnecessary trip here and I'm upset because I have to come back at a later time. Not sure if the late-opening pharmacy goes for all locations but I definitely won't be back here because of it. read more

Oh Walgreens. You have [nearly] everything I need for my health: first aid, pharmacy, bath and body products, cheap makeup...but for some reason you don't sell EAS Myoplex. Walgreens is a little kid's paradise, with an expansive candy aisle, snack selection, flimsy toys and little gadgets. Need some wine? Walgreens sells wine. And some beer. This is unheard of in Colorado. Sometimes checking out is painstakingly slow...other times it's quite speedy. You never know what new things you'll walk out with. read more

The pharmacy tech that worked tonight had a severely unprofessional with attitude immediately upon arriving. This experience was horrendous. I have never been to this location. I was taken back by the lack of care and understanding of switching between goodrx coupons and ins. Complete utterly disgusted I received from the feedback from her. After speaking with a representative at the front desk, I can not believe this has been going on for 6 months and nothing has been done. I understood their frustration that this has been for them. Rudest employee ever that works in the pharmacy! I believe his name is ray? Was super rude to the women in front of me and the it was my turn I don't understand how Walgreens can have an employee that speaks to customers the way he does. He should never talk about customers in front of them to other employees and complain about them. All because I didn't want to pay the price he quoted and he refused to use my coupon for it. EveN the other employee there looked shocked by the way he was talking and tried to calm him down. Apparently his behavior is not new since whenn I asked for the manager, another employee guessed his name right away. Horrible!!! The pharmacy clerk is the worst. This is an understatement. Feel like I need a shower after being in there.

I was visiting from out of state. I needed my blood pressure medicine, so I chatted with Ange C, on the WALGREENS App. Conveyed my dire need for meds, just enough to get me home. As soon as I arrived at the pharmacy, this person in the picture doesn't even greet you with a "Good Morning". I provided my info and what I needed. He told me my order was ready, then when the RX was filled, I realized that my insurance was not able to supplement the cost due to that this was an emergency dispensing of 2 pills to get me through the weekend. There were 6 prescriptions, I only took 3 to help defer some of the cost. By that time my wife had came to the counter and can VISIBLY see that this ASSHOLE was perturbed, annoyed by his facial expression. My wife sensed this and politely said "Sorry to angry you", he said with a distinct fake voice "Oh no your not". It took everything in my soul to abstain from telling this person off. I am a Competency Officer with the Department Of Defense, I have over 50 people that answer to me and are under my watch! One thing I instill in my people is RESPECT! Sir, the pharmacy tech or lead asshole of the pharmacy, come to my Command in San Diego, we will show you how people deserve to be treated. I was hesitant to write a review but every time I have come to this Walgreens they do not have my prescription ready. Even when I call in and they say it will be ready I'll show up and it won't be ready for a few more days. PHARMACIST GIVES WRONG MEDICATIONS!! The pharmacist gave me and a random lady next to me the incorrect medications! Once I picked it up, I looked at the label and went back to let them know kindly. Their response wasn't surprising to them, it felt like they've done this many times before, no apology and no remorse!!! Then as I'm waiting for the correct prescription, another lady picking up her prescription asks the pharmacist to show her the correct name of the meds before she takes it because "I've received the incorrect medications too many times from here" I was so shocked, still there wasn't an apology to her from the pharmacist or the tech! I don't like to give bad reviews however this store seriously needs help. Linda in photo is so rude and could care less about the quality she handles. I have had to go back twice to have one photo board redone. I just left there and there were 12 people in line. One lady at the register who never called out the "I see 3". Finally I pressed the photo button and someone came out to help. The last 5 yes 5 times have been horrible from rude employees to poor service. They need to get corporate involved stat!! read more

Pharmacy hours are not the same as others Walgreens, this one opens late and closes very early, looks like they are not interested on doing business in McCormick ranch. The service is very S L O W always and the pharmacists feel they are doing you a favor. They don't check with you the names of medications or providers , I found a couple of times I have handled different prescriptions. So check what you are getting before leaving the place. And they don't have medications in stock all the time, I had a recent surgery and sent my husband to get an antibiotic cream that is not made / prepared by them or anything, not like its need to be refrigerated or is perishable. Today is Friday, they just told him to come back on Monday.. i cant believe it. Another thing that bother me is that any time I need to refill a prescription and get the order from my Dr, I get a call from them to "remind me" to get it by myself. Really?My husband goes to another pharmacy and he never had to do such a thing. I think this guys are just lazy! Also I wish they have a drive thru. Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I tried to pick up a prescription that I texted in to refill 5+ days prior only for them to tell me that my prescription was declined, I needed to see the doctor for a refill, and I was unable to get my medication that I needed to take THAT DAY. They had 5 days to inform me of this and I was not told that they had any issues refill my prescription whatsoever in advance. This is an issue that has occurred at this specific pharmacy multiple times as well as at other Walgreens. I work in the medical field and from now on will be advising all of my patients to use any other pharmacy EXCEPT Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy staff is rude!!! I called in a re-fill on a prescription I filled a month prior. The automated system stated the prescription would be ready on Saturday after 11:00am. I had called on Friday. When my husband went to pick up the prescription he was informed by the pharmacy clerk they did not have the prescription. My husband called to tell me this and asked to speak to the clerk. I had 2 reasonable questions. 1. Why did the pharmacy not call me yesterday (Saturday) to inform me they did not have the prescription to fill. 2. I signed up for auto-fill so I wanted to know if this would be an issue every month since this prescription was not regularly stocked. The clerk stated he did not know how the automatic system worked and that he could not help me. We then asked to speak with the manager who was decent. I asked my 2 questions he answered them. I also recommended he provide additional training to the clerk if he is going to work in the pharmacy where Walgreens promotes the use of their automatic system. He's response was okay. Hopefully this pharmacy can get it together and provide better customer service. We like the convince of this Walgreens as it's only a few miles from our house but if this continues we will go else where. read more
