Natalya is very flexible and attends to her clients' individual needs. She not only customizes treatments but also works with you to put together an affordable package to get the results you want. She helped me customize my skincare regime by reviewing all my products and offering some of her own serums as supplements. They are highly effective and affordable; she didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was always available by email and text for questions. The eye Drs at lakeshore eye professionals are bar none. 3 of my children have been treated for…read morelazy eye with Dr Jay and Dr German. They communicate clearly what they are doing at all times and make the eye exam an easy process. My youngest child in glasses was only 4 when he began treatment and with his special needs with adhd and his anxiety they worked well with him. Over the years we have seen Dr German for continued care and he is patient and very calm in his practice. The once 4 year old is now 15 and we will continue care as long as our eyes need it. One of my children needed to see a retina specialist and the office worked with us to get her scheduled at that office. With insurance changes we have gone sporadically to other optometrists and ophthalmologists but the care we received elsewhere just doesn't compare to lakeshore. Payment for rendered services was made via my bank check card. Shortly thereafter their office submitted a claim to United Health which was paid to their office resulting in a duplicate/overpayment. The matter was brought to their attention and after 6+months later I finally received a refund for my initial payment. During this time I was given the run-around and through my continued persistence received reimbursement. I should have been refunded my overpayment within 30 days of them receiving payment from my insurance provider but was never acknowledged of the status of my account. I have since decided to look for another "reputable" dental care provider. The dental services given me over the years I was a patient was second to none but problems with their office staff led to my moving on.
