This Walgreens is usually really fast thru the drive thru to get scripts. The wait time is never very long. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I know inside they tend to be super busy by the pharmacy. That is why I do drive thru and it is just more convenient. read more

This is one of my go-to Walgreens locations. It's a bit out of my way as are my other two favorite stores but all three are worth the drive. This is a larger store and it's a jumpin' joint, it's always busy. (It's also a 24 hour store but I have no idea if it's busy at 4 AM, I never tried going there at that time.) There are lots of selections available for brand names, private label, and generics for OTC and even for 'scripts. There are also large selections of general merchandise, greeting cards, gift cards, and enough candy choices to keep every dentist in Washington County busy for years. There's something new here that I've never seen before. The cooler doors are not glass, they are large format LED screens that rotate displays, from advertising to contents of the cooler to showing what products are on the racks when you open the door. The products are animated and some dance to try to attract your attention. Yikes, what's next? On my last visit, I went to the pharmacy for an injection and to find an equivalent OTC product to one I bought in Alabama a year ago. The pharmacist dropped what he was doing and went out to the shelves to bring back the equivalent Walgreens product. Kudos to him because I am not a chemist and I can't make head nor tail of the ingredient lists on those boxes. My injection was prepared quickly although I had to wait for the RN because they were very busy with Covid19 vaccinations. (Mine wasn't Covid19, that's already been taken care of.) If you live in central Washington County, you can count on this Walgreens to take care of you - 24 hours a day. read more

Never have the prescriptions the doctor calls in. Or I have to run around town sick and feverish to get it. The line is always long and you have to wait in it for 30-45 minutes. read more

Perhaps the worst pharmacy I've encountered in my life. If you need to pick up a prescription-- plan on at least 30 minutes - whether you go drive-through or wait in line in the store. It's all equally bad. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, a process issue, or training issue. But frankly it doesn't matter. This place is terrible. And this isn't just a one time sample size. This is multiple visits at various times of the day. read more

Line for pharmacy is Insane. Not sure when is happening but have seen 4 people get out of line. Needs to be better staffed or have timer outside so people know to come back. 4 cars getting script shouldn't take 30 minutes..... read more

Been going to this pharmacy for a long time. Used to be really nice. I'm not sure what has happened but there are alot of new faces all of a sudden. I had an imaginary insurance appear on my account causing issues this time. I do not blame that on the staff. However, I was not allowed to pay for my medication out of pocket since it was a more urgent one. I ended up having to wait 4 days to get things fixed. I then had called, was told my account would be noted after and fixed. This didn't happen and they tried to use the insurance I didn't have even after it had been corrected. If the problems stopped their I would have chalked it up to new hires just needing more experience. It didn't. When you get a new medication you always need to be okayed by the pharmacist. I had to ask to get the run down from them. Then when I did they never mentioned that the medication is normally paired with a stool softener due to issues it can cause during pregnancy. They also are supposed to say something if the medication is not a standard swallow pill. Also failed in this aspect. In the end after speaking with my insurance I was told that they are hearing similar things from others. I was recommended to change pharmacies. I think I will have to follow their recommendations this time, despite hating changing such things.​ read more

Sara in the beauty department was so Knowledgeable and kind. I went everywhere else in town to find my favorite eye shadow shade that was discontinued. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, she helped me find three similar shades and advised me it was buy two get one free! I wish covid restrictions were lifted so I could get my make up done by her, because her makeup was spot on. Thanks Sara! read more

what has happened to this pharmacy.....absolutely went from one of the best in customer service to absolutely the worst....not sure if it has to do with lack of good employees or change in their distribution methods for scripts corporatewide but it sure has destroyed what was once a great pharmacy location....will be making the switch to another today read more

A 24 hour drug store. Well space planned and organized aisles. Always fully stocked with most things you'd need from a drug store-and then some.Their specials on milk, eggs and other items are good; when they are on sale they are cheaper than Pick 'n Save market and Walmart Super center. Good selection of vitamins. Huge cosmetic section. Compared to Rite Aids in so Cal, Walgreens tend to be laid out better and have better customer service. read more

One of the super slow Walgreens I went to. Cashier is super chatty especially when she has male customers. Had to wait forever while she was chatting with a male customers if the customer should buy 3 or 2 rahmen noodles. Really, the girl im front of me looked at me and I looked at her since the transaction with this male customers took forever. This is actually not my first visit at this Walgreens since it is very close to my house but anytime I go here its a long wait at the cashier. Sometimes I just go to Walmart or Pick and safe because the checkout is much faster at this Walgreens. I think the manager should look into this . read more

I tried to fill a prescription for syringes yesterday. A year ago, I received a refill that said 18 on the outside, and inside the bag were 30 (I use these 2x per month). I called the store to tell them, and rightly, they said that they couldn't take them back...that I should keep them. Called yesterday for a refill, and I was told that they couldn't fill the scrip because I hadn't used it in over a year...the medicine that went into the syringes was filled every quarter during that year. The technician who answered the call was amazingly snippy when I pointed out that I could not be using the medicine without the syringes, and pulled massive attitude. Would help not at all towards getting a refill. Never had this from this store before. I will be pulling all prescriptions out and going to another pharmacy immediately after 20 years with this store. Go somewhere else and save yourself the poor service! read more

I have enjoyed both of the West Bend locations, but I have to say that I favor the main street location. Specifically, Joe. I came in tonight looking for lady products for my girlfriend, but the aisles were closed for maintenance. I explained that I did not want to shop at Wal-Mart for these products (as that would be the only other option at this time of night), and he calmly understood. He proceeded to flag down the man cleaning the aisle (I believe his name was Johnson) and have him grab us the products. Joe not only prevented a sale going to a competitor, but also handled the situation with tact. He has earned my respect, and therefore so has the Walgreen's name. This is not the first time I have been impressed with this particular employee. Joe is a regular late night delight. read more

I have been to this Walgreens today. The staff was helpful. One of the workers asked me if I need help in finding anything. I didn't have to ask! The cashier was great. She scanned my phone (my rewards card was on there), and it worked. She was really nice, as well as the other worker. It has a great selection of anything wellness related. The store was very organized, and it was easy to look for items I needed. read more
