Horrible experience. As someone with a significantly compromised immune system, I went there to get my 3rd Covid-19 vaccine. I made the appointment weeks in advance, and when I got there the idiot pharmacist didn't even know the FDA ruling that moderately to severely immune comprised people DO NOT have to wait 6 months for the third Covid shot. He refused to give me the vaccine. He is putting my life in jeopardy! Plus, I'm only 5 days away from being 6 months out. Right on the Walgreens website itself, it says those of us with moderately to severely compromised immune systems only need to wait 28 DAYS after our second dose to get the third dose (see attached screen shot from the Walgreen's website). The pharmacist working today (10.01.21) needs to be fired or at the very least severely reprimanded and re-educated. Frankly, I think he simply did not want to take the time to give me the vaccine. Rude beyond belief. read more

Laurie made a 90 year old wait almost 2 hours to get a covid19 vaccine. She was complaining that he did not have an appointment and did not want to take out another vaccine. They advertise walk in service. She made him wait until after her scheduled appointments to give him a vaccine. She was very rude and treated him like an inconvenience. read more

I had someone their try to take narcotics out under my name a couple years ago, and I don't even take this drug. When I brought it up to the manager she took NO responsibility in it. So I called corporate on them. I also had received medication where half of the meds were missing (very expensive med), and this happened more than once! Most of the time they never have the medications there that you need, and you need to wait 2 or 3 days until they get them in. I don't have this issue at a different location? It's ridiculous! Needless to say I no longer use this Walgreens any longer. read more

This pharmacy is terrible. I have a prescription that cannot be faxed or called in. I bring it in a day early so that I won't be out of my meds for a day... and every time, they tell me they can't fill it until the day that I run out, because that is the date on the slip. I have never had any other pharmacy tell me that. So every single month, they stick my prescription in a little bin they have, and then they forget about it. I come to pick my prescription up, and of course, it has never been ordered. I go through this every single month. I have to physically come in because this Walgreens pharmacy does not pick up their phones. Never. You could be on hold for an hour, and no one will ever pick up. When I come in to deal with my prescription problem ever single month, I stand there and watch in disbelief as the phone continuously rings, and not a single employee even tries to answer. Call and see for yourself. If you have a medication that has refills, don't bother using the automated system on their phone. I have waited for a week with no response, and when I went in to ask how long it will be, I was told it was never ordered. I have tried refilling a prescription this way twice, and it never went anywhere. Also, never use the Walgreens app to refill your meds for this location. It will never happen. Never. At first I thought that I was just having bad luck with this place. Then I started to notice that there was something messed up with my orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Then add a staff that refuses to answer your calls, and you realize that no one will help you solve the problem that they created. I have had to leave work on multiple occasions because no one can answer the phones. This place is a joke. I have gone here for the last 6 months because it is close to my house. I have had it with this walgreens.. I would rather drive an hour away to get good service than give this place my business. I have never been so mad about terrible service in my entire life. If you want a pharmacy that forgets about you, won't answer your calls, and won't even acknowledge you at the drive thru window for a 10 minute minimum, this is your place! I encourage the management to call and see how long they wait on hold with the pharmacy. You will never, ever get someone to answer. read more

I'm going to preface this by saying that I have no problem at all with the Walgreens store but the PHARMACY is another story. I have been annoyed by the slowness and lack of efficiency (particularly in the drive thru) for as long as I can remember but I sucked it up because it had become my go to spot. This past weekend I pulled into the drive thru and began waiting my turn...five minutes behind one car. I was then greeted by a new pharmacist. I actually felt optimistic that he would be able to help me. Upon checking for my prescription (which I had filled their in the past), he loudly exclaimed that it was not in stock and it would take him one week to get it because of the nature of the drug. I then asked him if he could check another Walgreens. He let out a sigh and told me it was going to take a while. He then came back on the little intercom and decided that I would have to come in because "I can't have you holding up the line". The same line I have waited 30 minutes in on a prior visit. I was so shaken up that I pulled away with tears swelling in my eyes. I headed to Pick 'n Save and was greeted by a friendly helpful pharmacist who although didn't have my prescription got it for me within the next business day. Needless to say, Pick 'n Save Pharmacy will be my new go to spot. read more

The pharmacy is really rude. Every time I go here, they make me feel like I'm a problem or a bother, & I've been here a lot & I'm new to the area. The store staff were friendly and nice, but the people in the pharmacy always seem to be having a bad day. I wouldn't reccomend this pharamacy. read more
