I had been procrastinating on getting my mani/pedi because of the bad experience I had in Milwaukee right after I moved here. Since then, we have finally found our home in Pewaukee and I knew I had to find a place. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the owner and he took me to my chair right away. I was assigned to Suki and she was just a doll! She took very good care of me and she was such a delight to converse with, I didn't even sleep during my pedi like usual. Although it was more expensive than what I am accustom to, it was definitly worth it. (the pricing back home is more competitive due to supply). The chairs, tubs and stations were obviously new, but you can tell that it is very well taken care of as the staff takes pride in their stations. I booked my next appointment with Suki and am excited to call Lavish Nails my new home :-)

I highly recommend it is you're looking for some you time to relax for a bit. My 13 year old daughter also comes in for manicures and loves that the staff takes their time, her nails last a very long time, they're very durable and the art is amazing!! Went there with a friend. They could not find the nail color my friend selected. After two…read morefailed attempts, using other colors, she just decided to go with the same color as I chose. Her tech spent little or no time on her heels and left her with the same dry heels she came with. My tech rushed me through my color choice despite us arriving 20 minutes early. I've had a good number of pedicures, and the water for soaking your feet is always blue, containing some sort of antiseptic. Our water, however, was just plain water. My tech spent the entire time during my pedicure conversing with the tech to him. The leg massage was not relaxing at all. in fact, I would say it was rather uncomfortable. The tech a lot of pressure, and his strokes were very fast. And, lastly, our $55, 45 minute pedicure lasted 35 minutes - if that.

I feel like I have to keep repeating that as it was drilled in so much and that's the reason for me being treated so poorly tonight. I walk in and I wait by the counter, all 3 ladies looked at me and one of them did say hi but they all go back to what they were doing. I get it, it's been a long day. I've been going strong since 6 am this morning. It just would have been nice to have been told, " hey, we'll be with you in a few." I waited and waited. I locked eyes with two of the techs. I got more and more uncomfortable as I felt unwelcomed. I got upset as that is not how you treat another person. I messaged who I believe is the owner on instagram. I was met with even more disappointment. I couldn't believe how rude they treated me over a "free gift." I absolutely love Carly and I'm disappointed to no longer have her but I refuse to be disrespected that way. It was absolutely uncalled for. I called out your staff for lying. This is absolutely ridiculous! Over a $5 mug?!?! I understand standing up for your staff but not when they are in the wrong. I love supporting local businesses, especially during these uncertain times but not someone with such a poor attitude. Oh and I guess I'm blocked on their instagram now too. I guess this is how we resolve conflict now.
