Disappointing to see that, even after 4 years, this store has not improved. This store has some of the most rude, incompetent and laziest workers. Plenty of parking and store is mostly clean, but other than that, not recommended. Photo review: Same day photo order was accepted. A few hours after they were supposed to be ready, I came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They asked me to come look at the computer and identify my photo. They printed one photo and told me to come back later for the others. Ten days later, they can find my order but not my printed photos even though I received a reminder to pick up my photos. They told me to resubmit the order and they will reprint but now the price is double because the promotion I used is over. Pharmacy review: I requested an Epi pen that was automated (auviq). They tried to give me the larger non-automated then said they might have the one I wanted. I accepted the Auviq, then opened the bag to see that it expires in 10 months. Wish I could have received one with a full year of life in it. I had one other time they switched a drug on me for a generic brand without telling me (I assumed it was the same and didn't open the bag until evening/store was closed); now I know to ask before accepting a medication. read more

I ran out with Rybelsus. My pharmacy, Walgree, is at N. Port Washington 5400 N Port Washington Rd, Glendale, WI 53217. They didn't call me and returned. Here is my experience. The pharmacist's name was sealed at the front desk for handling the medication. She was very bad at handling customers' questions. According to her remarks, my medication was canceled, and she sent me a message to pick it up, but since I didn't, the product was returned. When I asked when she had sent me the message, but seeing the screen it showed that the e-mail message had not been sent. She denied this fact, and when I kept asking the questions, she told me, "Shut up" and: stop." I felt that she was not very professional and very elegant. I suggest the store consider removing her employment, and also the store must improve the training of the employees. read more

Do NOT use this Walgreens for delivery of any meds. Totally screwed up my elderly mother's medication delivery and she was left without it for over 5 days despite multiple calls and assurances that it was on the way. It was processed late and the Uber/door dasher delivery person held onto it for over 3 days before delivering. Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I stopped here to pick up some free photos from T-Mobile and wasn't particularly impressed with the store. The condition of the store itself was decent, but staff was not very friendly and lacked any sense of urgency in their interactions with the customers. I'm sure it can't be fun to deal with some of the Mequon denizens, but that doesn't mean you can't smile or say thank you. The photo counter worker also struggled to understand that my order was already paid for; thankfully the $0.00 listed on the label allowed my prints to be set free! read more

I have been trying my best to learn how to coupon it can be very difficult. If you don't do exactly what the coupon says the whole car is messed up or if I come into the store it's all messed up. I have literally been to a few different locations where Nobody has been quit as nice. The brown deer location actually made me cry however, the service at this location is absolutely outstanding. I never caught the managers name. She was a very nice woman, but I wanted to give a shout out to her all the staff, and especially Deairious. He was patient, and kind, took time to helped me, showed no attitude whatsoever unlike most of the experienced I've had going to different locations. It is hard out there, so couponing is a skill that I must learn and learn well, every worker at this location was wonderful. From the greeting I received as soon as I walked in to the have a good night when I walked out. other locations should definitely take notes. A page out of their book, because that is how customer service should be and I work in the customer service industry and I know how frustrating customers working, etc. can sometimes be with that being said, thank you thank you thank you! read more

First of all, pharmacy hours start at 9:00 am everyday now, so be aware. I was there right at 9:00 am ( they used to open at 8:00 am) and the Pharmacist was on time and trying to run the whole show because the Tech wasn't there. So when the Tech did show at 9:07 am, the Pharmacist pointed out to the Tech that she was late. The Tech responded "Seven minutes is not late" and said this with no regard for the Pharmacist having to take care of everything in her absence. This Walgreens' Pharmacy is unacceptable. They fail to fill scripts on time and they do not ask if you have medication questions. It's a disaster. Not only that, but they will refuse to fill certain prescriptions. They've been reported to the Pharmacy Board and Walgreens Corporate offices. There are other options in Mequon: Family Pharmacy, Froedert Pharmacy, Aurora, Pick N Save. read more

After waiting in line at the pharmacy drive thru on two occasions without so much as a hello, we'll be with you soon, I'll never be back. Prior to that i had an episode where they refused to run my son's prescription through insurance because it was already rang up. I left and went to CVS who called them to get the information. Separately, had to make a return purchased with my FSA card and cashier refused to return it to that card and would only give me a store credit. Clear violation of FSA since then a store credit isn't limited. Despite explaining this he refused to do the right thing. read more

I have used Walgreens almost exclusively my entire adult life, never again. My physician called in an RX for cough syrup on January 3rd. I received a text message that my Rx was back ordered and there was no further action needed. I called again on the 5th with no luck. My cough has been getting progressively worse and I called today (Jan16th) out of desperation because I am having difficulty sleeping. I was notified that my cough syrup had been sitting there for several days and they "assumed" I no longer wanted it. I assured them that I did and I would be there shortly to pick it up. I went to the drive through and asked them to put it on our easy pay. The amount was supposed to be $11with Good RX, but they charged my credit card $35.29. When I questioned it, she replied that I had already spoken to the pharmacist and that I knew what the price was. My husband drove around and I went in to question the pharmacist (whom I have never spoken to). He refused to acknowledge that I was overcharged, denied that they accepted Good Rx, slid the medication back to me and walked away. He would not even address the fact that I never spoke to a pharmacist, that my Rx had been waiting 13 days to filled, that I was overcharged, and that the Good Rx pricing was already part of my profile. Congratuations - you get to keep my $24.29 and you get to lose my entire family as customers. read more

A Walgreens is a Walgreen's. This one, however, is clean and bright. Whether I'm heading back to Chicago or coming into Mequon, this store is there. Sometimes, it's a stop in for a soda for the road or picking up something forgotten on the way in. I really like how nice the store is. The aisles are wide and it's easy to find what you need. It also has a clinic setup in the pharmacy section as well. I generally like this store minus the occasional long lines and one cashier problem. read more

I only go to this Walgreen's pharmacy if it is truly my last resort. First the pharmacy staff ignores you then they hang up the phone in the drive thru as you are asking a question. There is one pharmacist who is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She once closed the rolling door on the drive thru after I had been waiting for 20 minutes. Also, they charged me $47 for a perscription for my dog that Target and Walmart both charged $9 to fill. read more

Photo staff was not helpful. The cost for one passport photo and two Chinese visa photos in December 2018 was $50. All they wanted to talk about was what they could not do rather than think about how they might help. Recently, my wife was traveling and spent a few days in Glendale, WI. While there, she needed a prescription refilled and went to this Walgreen's store to have her prescription transferred and then filled. (Her prescription was with a local drugstore in our own town.) It was for Montelucast, the generic version of Singulair. When she went to get the order, the price was an astronomical $162.00!!! Or, simply put, $151.00 MORE than the identical prescription would have cost her at home. This is just criminal price gouging, she even emphasized the fact that it WAS GENERIC and the pharmacist confirmed that it was. When I reordered the same drug from our local druggist, I told them of her experience with Walgreen's and I was told that they were the SECOND HIGHEST PRICED pharmacy in the USA! DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE SCUMBAGS!!. If YELP had a minus-star rating for ripoff artists like this, I would have given them the lowest of the low rating possible. read more

This is in regards to passport photos. I couldn't believe the inefficiency and lack of professionalism with the photo department. First, the camera they are using is old and the images they took (we needed them for 3 people) were horrible and dark. Then they basically photoshop them by tracing a white line around your head! It comes out poorly and they are charging almost $15 a person! Our photos looked amateur! We then went to Cosco. For $4.99 you get 4 images each and they are way more professional and most important the images were so much better; brighter and no silly outline sound the head!!! Save your money and get better pics elsewhere!!! read more

My daughter was recently at this Walgreens in Mequon and she was falsely accused of stealing their merchandise and "stuffing her bag". when they checked her bag and found she had nothing, they didn't apologize. then she went to check out and she bought something that was $8, payed with a $20, and was told she would not get her change because she was a thief. read more

I had to get a vaccination and I thought stopping in at the Walgreens clinic might be faster then going to my doctor. It sure was! I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The nurse practitioner was awesome. NP Haririe was super friendly and helpful. I was a little skeptical about going to Walgreens for health care, but this was a great experience. read more
