I rarely stop at this station because I don't live nearby. However, with loads of road construction, I often arrive for a nearby appointment well in advance and have then opted to stop for a car wash. Three times with three fails. First time, I tried to pay at the kiosk for 10 minutes with no luck, using 3 different cards, all of which were refused. When I gave up, I decided to go into the shop and charge a snack. The clerk easily processed my card, but denied there was a problem outside. As I was leaving, another car was backing out of the kiosk. Second time, I used the other lane, paid, and nothing happened: no lights, no signs -- nothing. I ended up driving through the wash area, and stopped in the store for a refund. The FINAL time, after more than a month, I went to the first lane again. When I reached the entrance to the car wash, a pleasant young man greeted me and directed me to proceed. He began spraying the car, wheels, hubcaps, etc. and motioned to me to follow directions on the sign (put in neutral, foot off breaks, hands off wheel). Then the car started shaking as the mechanism ground away at my tires -- tires that were just serviced, aligned, and rotated the day before. He ultimately had me back out because the mechanism wasn't working. Seriously, fix this stuff or shut it down. read more

Super clean and updated convenience store. There is plenty of selection and clean bathrooms. The car wash here is excellent and touchless, protecting your paint! The employees are efficient and always willing to help. This station does not participate in the GasBuddy pay card discount program. read more

Car wash had an attendant which was a pleasant surprise for a gas station. The wash seemed decent, but my car was not completely dry after. I usually carry a microfiber cloth to hand dry after washes but forgot this day - when I came out to my car later it's covered in white spots from hard water. They definitely need a better filtration system for their rinse cycle. Liked the free vacuum, but with the poor water quality I won't be coming back. read more

Don't bother with car wash ( or pleasant customer service) here. Pump did not give option on $5 wash, just charged me $10 and then doesn't give a receipt with code. Person was less than helpful: what wash am I getting as I wanted $5 wash. " that pump doesn't print receipts" you have a $10 wash" didn't want a $ 10 wash. " there is nothing I can do" really? It gave me no choice " you mush have pressed the $10 wash" thanks for helping me narrow my choices to not include your station. read more

We were in and out of the Mobil really quick. The only downside is that it is hard to get to it from off of the highway. There is no direct driveway from the highway. The price was fair given the location and for being right off of the highway. read more

I will never use this Mobil or its car wash again! I had just bought a new car and wanted to get it sparkle fresh, so I splurged on the $12 'soft touch' wash. Not only did my car come out with spots on it and some dirty areas, but the 'soft touch' cloths pulled off parts of my car! Luckily, I noticed the long metal strip above my doors being ripped off, bent, and scraped across my car so I could grab it afterwards, but another part that came off seems to be lost forever. I confronted the young guy working at the car wash and he helped me look, but couldn't find anything. He told me to go inside and leave my number or file a complaint, but said I probably couldn't do that because the part was "probably already coming off". Mind you, I JUST bought the car and had looked it up and down for quite awhile. I would have noticed a hunk of metal sticking out or any other missing parts. The woman inside was absolutely no help at all. Her name was Dawn, I believe. I walked in and was the only customer present, but rather than greeting me, she stood in the corner behind the counter ignoring me and filling out paperwork for awhile longer. When she finally did turn around, she just blankly stared at me. I tried to be pleasant and explain my situation. She scribbled down my name but told me the same thing about not being able to file a complaint. I wasn't in the mood to continue interacting with the woman any longer since she already seemed like she hated her job, so I just left it at that. After telling my boyfriend this, he was livid and called the place. The same woman that was working earlier answered, and talked in circles when he asked to speak with a manager. He finally did get the manager's name and when he would be in, but was even more upset by the whole interaction with Dawn. Its a shame that this turned into an extremely frustrating experience when I was trying to treat myself to something I don't regularly do, and it was definitely not the service I would expect from a fancy gas station in Mequon. read more

This gas station is close to my work so I'll stop by on my way to or from work. They have lots of pumps and just added 2 car washes, one touchless and the other soft-touch. Beware that the touchless doesn't have driers so don't go on an absolute freezing day... The service is always nice there and they expanded their indoor area since they remodel two years ago. If I had the option, I've give zero stars, or negative even. Stopped by tonight at 10:15 for a car wash. All was fine until the blower started up and I realized the thing didn't rinse my car. Went inside and the clerk kindly gave me a code to try it again. Same issue second time around but this time the wash kept asking me to pull forward, far enough that I was concerned the spinning bars wouldn't have enough clearance. Luckily I backed up a tiny bit before it started up - seriously was concerned it was going to ram into my car! Went inside a second time, you know - because my car was cover in blue and purple soap. The clerk handed me another coupon code and told me I was welcome to try it a third time. I asked for a refund. No refunds given he says. I ask for the number to the manager. He says there isn't one, to call the BP across the street and ask for Marion. What is even more aggravating is that he says this happens 5-10 times a day. So 11:00 at night, a balmy 27 degrees out and I find myself hosing off the car in my driveway, creating a makeshift ice rink - cause you can't let that sh*t sit unrinsed. Totally infuriating BS. I'll be giving Marion a call during business hours on Monday, but I've already been told there won't likely be a refund. Will attempt to dispute the charge on my card if needed. I absolutely will NEVER go there again. Surprised that BS flies without more attention to the matter. Seriously concerning that a business feels ok taking money and delivering a pain in the a$$, half a$$ service with such little consideration for the customer. Take my money and create a headache for me and waste of my time. It feels almost criminal... Update: Seriously wondering how to force change at this place. If I could give it no stars I would! After waiting a half hour for my turn, the wash broke down and I couldn't get out of my car because I was too close to machine and a car had pulled up right behind me. Called the number on screen for help and was hung up on- saying it was not her problem. Finally was able to flag down the car wash attendant who had us all back out. I went in to give feedback that if they don't want to take the calls they should put a different number on the help screen and was yelled at repeatedly to "get the fxxx out of there" I have NEVER been treated so poorly and can't believe they still have any customers. They will never get another cent of mine and plan to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience! read more

I avoid going here mainly because of the rude service. The woman who is usually working there during the week, I think is the manager of the store, is constantly rude and unfriendly to me for no apparent reason. Despite the fact that I was a regular customer there at one point, coming almost once a week! The rudeness and bad attitude is uncalled for, and I'd rather give my money to someone who appreciates their paying customers. read more

Great soft wash by machines with air dry and free vacuum for $5. Much better than the $3.96 wash in Brown Deer.

First let me preface my review by stating that I know when it comes to hiring gas station clerks your applicants are far from being the cream of the crop. But this is getting ridiculous. I avoid this station like the plague because they hire some of the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever had the dislikes of meeting. I can not tell if they are "not all there" or just have terrible people skills, who knows. But unless you are masochistic, do not go there. read more

Good car wash. Word to the wise, don't get in the touchless car wash line...especially if you have two unhappy toddlers in the back seat. Takes about five minutes per car. read more

I like the location of this station because I can stop there on my way back from work at night. All in all it has been an ok experience. But then again I have never had to deal with the female clerk that worked tonight, until now. I had $20 in purchases. A $10 car wash, soda, and junk food. I had 10 singles and a hundred. I gave her the hundred. A brand new one, the kind with all the blue stripes all over it. Jesus h Christ, based on her reaction you would have thought I was hitler reincarnated. She backed away and adamantly said nooooo. Just like that. No explanation or reason just nooooooooo. I told her to forgo the car wash, I should have just walked out. Their touchless car wash is a rip off. $10 for a basic wash that I had to go through twice because the first run didnt rinse the soap off my car! Next time through it didnt dry my car at all! My car came out worse than when it went in. If you want a good wash go to the shell a little further to the north on Port Washington, its cheaper and they actually do a decent job. read more
