Super clean, tidy and great service. I have been there three times so far for different items and it has been so easy to find whatever I need. Their products seems new and clean unlike so many other walgreens that I have been to before. The service has been great. No long lines, and there is always somebody to ask for help if you need it. Terrible, terrible, terrible. When my insurance ran out, they wanted to charge me $72 for a prescription that other pharmacies charge $11 for. They then told me my prescription had expired and they couldn't find a fax number for my doctor (even though I just googled her name and it instantly came up). With their messing around and shining me on, I ended up being without my prescription for 3 weeks and counting (still isn't fixed). When my prescription was at CVS and there was a problem with a different prescription, they gave me individual pills to fill me through until they got hold of my doctor and were kind and caring. I will NEVER EVER deal with Walgreens again. read more

I have quit using Walgreen pharmacy here because of long waiting lines and inept handling of my prescriptions resulting in delays and much aggravation. I have switched all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and won't use them again. read more

This Walgreens has deceptive pricing. I found four things I wanted on their "50% off" holiday merchandise. Of all four items, none of them were actually on sale. The manager pointed to the sign which says in large text "50% OFF" and then in much smaller text "on selected merchandise". To me, that is bait and switch. I would imagine they expect people to go to the register and not really notice whether the item was actually discounted. I walked out of the store without buying anything because I was so disgusted. I came into the store because it stated online that this store had in stock a product I wanted to purchase. I talked to the cashier up front and she called for someone to help but she stated that they didn't sell products online and I would have to go online to purchase. I explained that there was a way to look up whether a certain store carried something in stock and then she passed me off to another employee who just waved his hands and said whatever was out on the shelf was what they had. I know what it's like to work in customer service. I know that being paid some hourly wage makes some employees complacent however, the least they could have done was check in their stores system to see if the product was in fact in stock. I have been to other Walgreen's where they have taken the time to look. I couldn't believe how lazy the employees were and I know how much it sucks to work in customer service but when I did, even though I may not have wanted to help out a customer some times, I still did my job. I just thought the manager should know so maybe he could train his employees how a simple task could improve a customer's overall perception of a company. read more

I had awesome experience from the pharmacist Brandon at Walgreens getting the best customer service I was so impressed with the way he helped me with all my questions didn't rush me and explained things thoroughly and he was extremely knowledgeable as a pharmacist and a really kind, polite and very compassionate .... I would highly recommend seeing Brandon at Walgreens for all your pharmacist needs..... and all pharmacies should be luckily enough to get a such a great pharmacist like Brandon he is terrific!! I felt so much better after speaking to him about my medication needs to buy I will definitely be shopping again at Walgreens very soon. read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy after being discharged from the hospital for 2 months now. Every time there are at least 10 people waiting in line just to deposit prescriptions, that takes at least 15 minutes. After you deposit your prescription and additional 15 minutes, you will find out that they usually are out of the medications or need some additional information from the doctor. This pharmacy is always understaffed. So if you are in serious pain, awaiting surgery, and need to pick up prescribed pain killers in person, this is the last place to go to. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest pharmacy to my place of living, but apparently that should not be reason good enough to choose this particular pharmacy. If there was a minus star evaluation, that's what I would give them. I am going to write a letter to the manager as well, but I believe that this is more effective and will spare people time and energy. Avoid when possible. There is a total lack of communication between pharmacy and clients, probably due to the fact that they don't have enough people, but that doesn't change the fact that when promised we tend to expect someone to call us back, and that doesn't happen here. Two times after calling for refill I was told that prescription is ready and it was not ready, even though the call for refill was made three days prior to pick up. I picked this pharmacy in the first place, because usually I have to ask someone else to pick up medications for me and they have underground parking. I was trying to make it easy for my friends, but that does not compensate time wasted waiting in line. read more

If "zero" stars was an option, that's what I'd give this Walgreen's. I should clarify: the store itself is fine. However, the pharmacy is terrible. I am a pretty low-maintenance customer when it comes to prescriptions and such. As someone who also works with the public, I know how tough it can be sometimes. So, I gave this place a few chances. However, no matter how much I tried NOT to, I left the pharmacy disgusted each and every time. Just to give you a brief idea of why: it takes forever to get a prescription filled and they can't give accurate estimates as to how long it will be. I mean, tell me it will be a couple of hours instead of having me wander around the store for 30 minutes, go back to check on the prescriptions, leave to run an errand, return later and still be told it isn't ready. When the lady suggested I come back later (again), I said , "No. " and explained why I was not going to leave and come back again, she was accommodating and got my prescriptions together. So, I did get them, but only after a lot of inconvenience. The other day when I went there to try to fill a prescription, I was told, "We're out of that one." When I've been to Walgreens in other states, they always call other nearby Walgreens to see if they have it. Maybe that isn't a requirement of their jobs, but at least using a different tone would have been nice. I felt like I was such a bother to her, presenting to have a prescription filled and everything. To be fair, I will say that I've heard several patients being kind of nasty/grumpy to the pharmacy employees - to the point that I almost felt sorry for them. I figured that would be enough for anyone to tend to be curt or impolite to customers. However, now I'm unsure whether it is the chicken or the egg. Like I said, I am normally easy-going about this sort of thing, but this place brought out an assertive side of me to which I am unaccustomed. While I'd prefer to keep my prescriptions with Walgreens, I do think I will be finding another nearby pharmacy. :-( read more
