went here soon after christmas to use a gift card. they had great sales, but their salespeople were…read morehovering over me as i walked through the store. however, when i did ask questions, the employees gave me different answers. when i went to check out, the cashier preceded to argue with me about what was on sale and what was not. my items were from the 'sale' wall and the employee in the front told me that they were on sale. so, utterly confused, i went back to pick something else out. the employee in the front practically tossed a gift basket at me, in frustration, that contained the same items i originally wanted, but were on sale. haven't shopped here since.

Although yes my crown still fell out on tooth 9, I think it is called, and yes I still went to the Dentist Office on 11/23/2020 to get it put back in and yes I was told that the office would not be open up until 12/03/2020 and the young lady who works in Lighthouse dentistry did not tell me that another dentist was covering for the Lighthouse dentistry and I could call them. She showed little or no sympathy, compassion, or empathy. When I asked if the doctor could be called she was quick to tell me that he was in flordia on vacation and that I would have to contact another dentist and see if they can fix the problem. After hearing and reading my first comments the Doctor called me on 11/25/2020 to check on my tooth. A dentistry that I thought was cold and uncaring was the complete opposite. For him to read the post that I made, took time to call his office get my number and call me about my concerns and dissatisfaction about my crowns speaks volume, and shows not only a man of integrity but someone who cares. In our conversation he spoke of trying to make whatever I was dissatisfied with about my crowns right and for this reason I have change my stars to 5 for the Lighthouse Dentistry. On a side note: I was impressed that the young female who I stop as she was going into the office knew my name. I was not impressed to find out that the dentist office had arranged for another doctor to look after his patients in case of an emergency and the female did not tell me this, (Again not the Doctor's fault but the staff fault for not passing this info on). Not impressed to find out that the white female staff, claimed she felt somewhat intimidated, by our encounter when I used, no profanity, voice was not raised (I was parked at the front door), stood at my car while she was at the door of the office (did not approach), said excuse me, when stopping her going into the building, and used a passive voice. (These are things most black males are taught to do so that we do not have the appearance of being intimidating ) She knew MY FULL NAME, and knew I have never shown any aggression EVER in the office or towards the staff. So the big question is what made her feel so "intimidated"? I can only think of one thing. could it be my skin color? (don't know)

I'm guessing at the spelling but she was polite and attentive. When she left me in the exam room I was told the Doctor would be in shortly for his part. I'm not kidding I waited for twenty five minutes. I'm not a big fan of sitting in a small, hot, dark room. I opened the door and turned the lights on. Even had time to use the restroom and come back. I asked a staff member that I had been waiting a long time. She snapped at me the doctor was with another patient and I was next.
