The coffee is tasty and the staff are very polite and kind. They have free WiFi as well as plenty of tables and seating areas to work or relax. It's a wide open space so you don't feel crowded either. And they also have a massive indoor play structure for kids, so if you're a parent looking to connect with a friend or simply have some downtime to yourself during the day this is definitely the place to go.

Then they get an attitude and talk over you when you explain to them that you did indeed order to the right location and that you have proof that you paid for your order. Then they have the audacity to not even give you a refund, or your drink! I don't think that's right at all, and it's ironic that they get away with that yet have a sign on the drive through saying they have the right to not serve you if you're rude, they start getting defensive before you can even say anything. I never have this issue at the Columbia City location at all so I don't know what it is that they do to cause this to keep happening but it's just weird! Hope they get it straightened out but I'll be only supporting The River Coffeehouse from now on.
