The staff was friendly and the place was kept very clean including the restrooms. It wasn't that busy, so we were able to move quickly through the store. I've never been to a Family Express gas station so we were not really sure what they might be like…read more I did think it was unique that they had a self-service pet wash available for use. I can imagine those who bring their pets on road trips would appreciate having a pet wash available to them and it looked like it was open 24/7 as well. The bathroom was clean which is the big draw for any gas station when traveling. Snacks weren't anything special unlike some of the places we were able to go to during this trip. Employees were friendly enough, but we did come in super late so it wasn't like I expected some enthusiastic people to be tending to the store. If you need a restroom or a pet wash, Family Express is....a choice you have.
