I talked with Mechele the ENTIRE time and it was like hanging out with a friend! The pedicure station was very atypical but so cool - I was put in an anti gravity chair so my toes would be up high! I felt SO rested afterwards. She did an amazing job and I am definitely going back again! One note - it took me a while to find the place because the sign out front is for another business. It's a pretty blue house and there's very easy parking just outside.

I was hopeful with all of these positive reviews but unfortunately I had a very disappointing…read moreexperience here. My mother and I both got the essence of sole treatments and there were a few weird things. The ambiance of the place feels suffocating. The dated decorated office building vines did not feel relaxing or luxurious. For the price point for treatments, I think a little updating could make it feel a lot better. I was very thrown off about being in a room with my mom, and then being given a robe to change into while the attendants were walking in and out of the room. Being invited to change into a robe and not given the option of a private space felt very odd. The treatment itself felt like there was no pressure, rather just a salt scrub and some ointment and that was it. The ladies taking care of us were both very professional and very kind so this means nothing towards them, I think they were just given barely any helpful tools to use to make it a better experience.

I asked her what the name of products where and she decided to cancel me days later after we set an appt. very odd and negative. I didn't need any extensive treatment. Well I can't say that I am reviewing their skills at massage because when I arrived for my…read moreappointment which I booked over the phone the woman says to me "oh sorry we had you in our system but when we sent you a link to give us your information we did not get a response." Instead of the link being sent to me we see that they have my number down as a 313 area code instead of a 312 area code. Dumb mistake, but you don't compound the mistake by canceling the appointment. So I had been waiting all week for the massage because I had some pretty bad neck pain and so now I am sitting outside writing my review. The woman at the front is a rather young girl who did not know how to really handle the situation and all she says is "well I can book you for Saturday or Friday. Opps no, Saturday is filled sorry. What about a shorter massage on Friday?" I said, sorry and left. No offer to account for my wasted time or effort to be where I said I would be in advance, sorta blows my afternoon. Next time they should act like any other professional when they can't get the customer on the phone, keep the appointment and wait
