    They cancel more often than they keep appointments. Don't waste your time at this spa.

    Purchased a tanning pkg prior to Covid, wasn't informed about the expiration. They expired during Covid and they refused to honor them.

    I love the hydration station! Very relaxing! Carmen does excellent facials. Highly recommend her! Staff is very inviting and friendly!

    I purchased a voucher or coupon through Groupon. I was nervous about going to a new salon. I love…read moremy old salon, but I wanted to try out other services in the area. I received two reminders via text leading up to the day of my appointment, which I appreciate. When I walked in, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and chic look of the salon. The front person welcomed me and notified the hairstylist I was there. I did not wait long. I met with hairstylist Natalie. She was great. I went in for a haircut, blow-dry, style, and conditioning treatment, but I also asked if she could touch up my roots and tone down my hair color. She looked at my hair, and we worked out a plan. Because I was asking for additional services, she was not able to do both, so I had to prioritize what I needed to be done first, which was my hair color. I should have told them over the phone about my additional service needs. As Natalie worked on my hair, she always kept me in the loop as to what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I asked about the toner process which she explained, the science behind it. I learned something new. I also liked that she had a nice hair style for herself. I don't trust hairstylist who can not style their own hair. I was served some hot tea (I was given 3 options: tea, water, and wine I think). When it came down to styling my hair, she asked me what my preferences were. I walked away a satisfied customer. I will be returning to use my Groupon voucher later this month. I love my hair's outcome; now, I look forward to seeing how Natalie layers my hair. Stay tuned for more updates.

    I am so disappointed. Deb is good at massages, but is terribly unprofessional. She encouraged me to…read morebuy 6 massages at a discounted rate and instructed that I would have 6 months to use them. However, after I purchased them, she told me that I was supposed to be using them bi-weekly. I wouldn't have bought them if that were the case, so I reminded her that she told me I had 6 months to use them. She told me she didn't remember that, acted annoyed, but then begrudgingly said she would go with the "6 month rule." In December, I texted Deb Ward an hour before our scheduled appointment and she told me she was sick. I found it odd that she didn't reach out to me to let me know, but scheduled a massage for the following week. She did the exact same thing again. She knew I would be out of town for the entire month of January on my honeymoon, so I told her I'd schedule one for February when I returned. I got my 5th massage in February and then it all went downhill. She told me that I had to get my last massage (within a week and a half) or else it wouldn't count for my massage package because my 6 months expired at the end of February. I told her I'd be out of town and I again reminded her that I would have had my package completed if she hadn't canceled on me twice in December. Therefore, I believe I deserved some lenience on that February deadline since it wasn't my fault that the massages weren't completed. She flipped out on me and sent me rude text messages. I was very offended and decided it would be best to call her, since clearly texting is unprofessional and miscommunication is very common. I called her. She ignored my call. Then she immediately texted me saying that she wouldn't talk to me because there was "nothing to discuss." She can have my $55. I am beyond appalled and, honestly, confused as to why a "professional" woman would be so terribly rude and immature. You have been warned if you decide to begin a "professional" relationship with Deb Ward.

    Deb has brought me back to life. I injured my back while moving, and found it difficult to move…read moreand even stand. Deb worked hard and knew how to heal me. She gave me great tips on how to maintain my back health. Deb knew all the muscles that were involved and even stretched my muscles to where I was able to be mobile again. I am going to continue with the therapy so I can prevent further back and muscle pain. Deb kept up with my progress and listened to what my needs were. She is excellent.
