They do great work on my manicure and pedicure. Usually busy. Most times I arrive towards the end of the day but they always have time for me. Normally I get there close to 5 pm but they close at 6 pm. Plenty of nail polish to choose from and different designs. This recent one Ma worked on. read more

Absolute worst nail salon experience of my entire life. Claimed I had acrylic nails when they were clearly dip just so they could charge me an extra $15. Had my fingers wrapped for 35 minutes which was so long the cotton balls got stuck on my nails. They had to use the drill to get them off which made my nails brittlely thin. I told her I was feeling pain and she mocked me saying "oh you feel pain?" and refused to stop. Then followed by saying "you seem young are you over 18?" I am clearly an adult woman. Highly recommend you save your nails and NEVER come here. read more

Truly the ONLY place to get a pedicure in Berrien County. For the past few years, I've put up with mediocre to just plan bad pedicures in this area just to stay well-manicured. It had gotten to a point where it felt like getting a pedicure felt like a chore (but hey, a girl's got to look good in sandals, right?). Thankfully, I noticed Top Nails on a recent trip to the AT&T store across the hall and decided that I would give it a try--and thank god I did. My pedicure was absolutely heavenly and my feet are probably the softest they've ever been. It wasn't enough that the service was quality, but the staff is very conversational and easy to communicate with. They don't pull any BS charges with the massage chair, either, which is almost unheard of. The prices are on par with other local salons (maybe a few dollars higher) but the quality is unmatched. Be prepared to want to tip very well. I had given up hope on ever getting a decent pedicure north of Florida ever again, but Top Nails seriously restored my belief in the power of a perfect pedi. read more

Great service. First time getting a pedicure and it was great. The staff is very friendly and far more cheerful than I could ever be when touching feet all day. WORST PLACE EVER. Went for an eyebrow wax and they didn't even wax underneath on one eye. Only my top and middle and underneath ONE eye.. didn't fix and paid full. Waited for half an hour for eyebrows. Didn't bother looking into mirror until I got into car and looked was was VERY upset. NEVER AGAIN and DON'T suggest. read more

I called ahead to see if I needed a reservation. I didn't so I wandered in. It's inside the mall and feels more like a hole-in-the-wall nail salon than a spa-type salon. I was given a seat at the pedicure chair immediately but soaked for over 45 minutes before my pedicure began. I wasn't in a hurry so that was fine but I feel that I should have been told that there would be a wait. The lady next to me was very irate because she had to be somewhere. My pedicure was fine. The massage part was not as good as I've had at most other places- short and weak. If I just needed my nails done, I'd come here. If I was looking to relax in the process with good ambiance and quality massage, I'd go elsewhere. read more

Reader be forewarned that I'm from L.A. and am used to nail salons on every corner; super competitive pricing; extreme hygiene care so to me this salon is "meh". It's hard to find a good salon in this part of Michigan so I am trying different ones but I struggle to rate salons positive that don't make hygiene a priority. I never saw them scrub the foot tubs after use or treat their nail tools. Pretty gross. I think this was a one time experience. read more

I stopped at Top Nails to get two gel, fake nails fixed, which I originally had put on in Illinois (I vacation every summer to St. Joe). When I called, the woman I spoke to had to ask another nail technician if they did gel nails. When I got to the salon, I met with the same woman I had spoken with on the phone (I presume she is the owner). She tried to tell me that only my polish was gel, and that my nails were acrylic, which they are not. I had to show her that my polish was chipped to convince her I knew what kind of polish was on my own nails. She was very aggressive, rushed, and careless about removing the broken nails and replacing them. She was not careful about not hurting me with the electric file, and the new nails are too short and look nothing like the ones on my other fingers. She told me she shaped them the best she could and the reason they didn't look the same is because someone else did the other nails.....at one point, I asked her for the file and started shaping them myself! It was very apparent after the nail set that she had given me ACRYLIC NAILS. So now I have eight gels and two acrylics. Wtf???? I told her I was going to paint them myself but asked if she could remove my current polish for me as I did not bring my own polish remover with me on vacation...instead of using nail polish remover, she went straight for the electric filer and told me it would be easier! I said no thanks and ended up painting over the color already on my nails (and surprisingly it looks fine). I look like a dumb a** with these two, mismatched, crap nails on my hands am FURIOUS with my experience at this salon. read more
