This is a fun old drugstore--the way they all used to be. There is a lunch counter at the back…read morewhere you can order sandwiches and even some old-timey phosphates and real soda fountain drinks (not just the gas-station/fast food kind). Not that it matters to most people, but it is such a "classic" drugstore that it is one of the last ones (that I know of) that actually can compound their own drugs. I like zales. It is a cool throwback kind of a place.

Aspen, the larger woman that works there (and reading comments probably has been there years), is…read moreso rude. I tell my doctor anywhere but Walgreens. The pharmacist is nice, along with a few other women, but the woman named aspen needs fired. ASAP! She has no customer skills whatsoever. When I went for my prescription, she told me I was too early and basically I was looking for drugs, when in reality I had got my prescription from another pharmacy previously so she had the date wrong. I wasn't looking for drugs, I was looking for my medication. She needs to be let go. This has happened on multiple occasions, the feeling of as if I'm doing something wrong or that I'm drug ab*s*r, when I'm well within the time I am supposed to be picking up my meds. Please do something about this.

Today I was released from the hospital and went directly to the pharmacy to pick up medication that…read morewas supposed to be ready. I went to the drive up and was told it wasn't ready. I was feeling pretty bad and just wanted to go home. When I asked the girl at the window could she please rush the order she rolled her eyes and told me that I needed to learn how to be more "gracious " !! And wait for it. In the meantime the blood is dripping from my bandage and she is lecturing me. It was such a horrible experience. How do they let these people talk to sick and elderly people like this. CVS needs to do better.

I don't know what's happened to our CVS. They are very unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't have…read morea medicine that I needed very badly and said to check back in 2 days. That's too long. So we went to another pharmacy and they had it in stock and said they would try to get it transferred but CVS wasn't being very good about transferring prescriptions. We have had trouble several times before but they are always unfriendly. We will be changing pharmacies. I wish I could give them no stars

So I want to start off by saying not every experience is always great. The first time I had a bad…read moreexperience here I kind of let it go but this is the second time a frustrsting situation has happened. I was studying for multiple hours and decided I wanted to grab a snack and usually the deli food is very good and well priced. I went up to the deli and began to order and while she was grabbing my potato wedges she grabbed the smallest oldest looking pieces there. She then continued to LIFT UP THE GREASE PANEL AND GRAB POTATOS SOAKING IN GREASE. This is mildly frustrating and it was completely inedible. If people aren't going to treat costumers with kindness I don't think they should be working there at all especially when i've applied to this location multiple times and been rejected and KNOW I have better service then this.

I can't see a meat department being out of pork chops. I'm tired of ordering my groceries and being out of items, then going into the store to get them myself off the shelf. I used to give this establishment a 5 star rating but since Bill and Sherry Winn retired and their…read moreson took over the service has gone downhill. I remember Bill or Sherry would greet us and "gave us that personal care". When you try to contact Greg, most of the time you won't get to speak with him. Sometimes when I call, the technician would put you on hold, and...hang up on you. How frustrated one gets, especially if you've been a customer since late 1980s. One of many questions I have for the pharmacist...on my many prescriptions which are only allowed a thirty day refill. But WHY do you wait past 2-3 days to fill it and then wait another day or two until you deliver it.(maybe if I missed many doses, I might make it until I receive the refills) Then I would be non- compliant with the doctor and my home nurse. An example happened just last week on my heart medicine. It was suppose to be refilled before the 29th of January but you refilled it on the 29th of January. Then when my home nurse requested the refill, you wanted to wait until the 2nd of Feb. Are you trying to get rid of your customers or have them expire? Another incident is my nebulizer whom the Dr. insists I take it 4 times a day. Because you say there isn't money to pay for all of months supply. But on the box the scrpt says take 1 vial 4 times a day. You gave me( after requesting this med 3 times) two boxes totaling 48 vials. For a senior with over thirty medicines taken daily, how am I to calculate this for the month....and when the doctor repremands for not taking my meds.....I will point to you Pill Box. It seems like the last 5-6 months we (my home nurse and I) have been calling multiple times for the meds we requested. It would be nice to have my meds delivered on time and not wait, or having to wait because you don't have that med in your store, and then have to REMIND you that we've requested the meds. Get With It! or you may be losing customers.

Then when I called the manager he said she's to busy with other patients. Knowing my wife needs these meds. So instead she acted like Angie at our last pharmacy. And Thank God I have real doctors and nurses on our side. Because last time we were treated like that, someone lost their job. CVS Webster knows what they did.
