The pharmacist is nice, along with a few other women, but the woman named aspen needs fired. ASAP! She has no customer skills whatsoever. When I went for my prescription, she told me I was too early and basically I was looking for drugs, when in reality I had got my prescription from another pharmacy previously so she had the date wrong. I wasn't looking for drugs, I was looking for my medication. She needs to be let go. This has happened on multiple occasions, the feeling of as if I'm doing something wrong or that I'm drug ab*s*r, when I'm well within the time I am supposed to be picking up my meds. I was studying for multiple hours and decided I wanted to grab a snack and usually the deli food is very good and well priced. I went up to the deli and began to order and while she was grabbing my potato wedges she grabbed the smallest oldest looking pieces there. She then continued to LIFT UP THE GREASE PANEL AND GRAB POTATOS SOAKING IN GREASE. This is mildly frustrating and it was completely inedible. Since Warsaw is really still rural Indiana, this superstore is always fully stocked, clean, bright (they have skylights!!!!), and there might be one person in front of you at the checkout line. Their George label is comparable to Merona at Target and the quality is just as good and the prices beat Target's clearance hands down. Their home goods sections is so expansive, and their style has totally changed and is much more modern. And the toy section? Whoa, I wish you could have seen it around the holidays. They so many play-doh sets, nerf toys, lego's, games, all at prices that put Target to shame. I remember Bill or Sherry would greet us and "gave us that personal care". When you try to contact Greg, most of the time you won't get to speak with him. Sometimes when I call, the technician would put you on hold, and...hang up on you. How frustrated one gets, especially if you've been a customer since late 1980s. One of many questions I have for the pharmacist...on my many prescriptions which are only allowed a thirty day refill. But WHY do you wait past 2-3 days to fill it and then wait another day or two until you deliver it.(maybe if I missed many doses, I might make it until I receive the refills) Then I would be non- compliant with the doctor and my home nurse. An example happened just last week on my heart medicine. It was suppose to be refilled before the 29th of January but you refilled it on the 29th of January. Then when my home nurse requested the refill, you wanted to wait until the 2nd of Feb. Are you trying to get rid of your customers or have them expire? Another incident is my nebulizer whom the Dr. insists I take it 4 times a day. Because you say there isn't money to pay for all of months supply. But on the box the scrpt says take 1 vial 4 times a day. You gave me( after requesting this med 3 times) two boxes totaling 48 vials. For a senior with over thirty medicines taken daily, how am I to calculate this for the month....and when the doctor repremands for not taking my meds.....I will point to you Pill Box. It seems like the last 5-6 months we (my home nurse and I) have been calling multiple times for the meds we requested. It would be nice to have my meds delivered on time and not wait, or having to wait because you don't have that med in your store, and then have to REMIND you that we've requested the meds. Get With It! or you may be losing customers.

Then when I called the manager he said she's to busy with other patients. Knowing my wife needs these meds. So instead she acted like Angie at our last pharmacy. And Thank God I have real doctors and nurses on our side. Because last time we were treated like that, someone lost their job. CVS Webster knows what they did. They made It right the first time but I've never seen these pharmacists ever and how Cvs mangers before were professional. These people are not.
