The in-house rep, Dave, could not have been nicer, returning calls and updating us on what needed to be done. The two service techs, Abe and Joe, were the nicest guys, showing up quickly, assessing the problem, and expertly fixing our door. We highly recommend this company for their skill, customer service, and overall pleasure to work with!

Unfortunately we had a prior appointment and so couldn't be there, but "no problem". Chris not only repaired the problem, but lubed various parts of the door, slightly adjusted the torsion spring, and even cleaned the photo sensors. The door is so quiet and smooth now! The price was very reasonable. Chris went into my address book as "The Garage Door Guy"!

We spoke with RJ who let us roam the floor looking for samples and asking questions regarding quality and durability. We received a quote that was 1/4 of our others. We decided on a carpet after taking samples home and RJ said he'd order the carpet and it would take about 10 days. 3 weeks later I called wondering if the carpet had arrived. They said it had arrived yesterday and he'd call the next day with an install date. 3 days later and no call, I called back and was told they could install it the next day. The installer was amazing! Informative, knowledgeable and top tier. I just felt that since it was such a small job it wasn't as important. I do like the runner though-very nice addition. If I had a bigger job i'd definitely go back.

I would leave a review of their work but I can't even get them to give me a quote…read more I was to have an appointment on Thursday at 5 pm. No one showed or called. I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.

Unfortunately, when we drove to Weaver Furniture Barn, she wasn't working. The good news was that Paul was there and has been amazing. He has been working above and below to get the right Amish bedroom furniture that matches what we bought back in 2013 from a now closed store. He called one builder to make sure the items were built like we thought we saw on pictures on-line because he wanted to make sure that if we ordered them, that they would be what we expected, that and we'd be happy. He also called another builder to see if that builder could make a top that matched our furniture, and said that if that builder could not, he would build it for us for a very nominal charge. When it's time to buy living room furniture, we will be back for sure. The price for Amish furniture may be a slightly higher than what you get at all big box furniture stores, but it will last forever, and not only can you choose the wood your furniture is made of, but you also pick the stain color or paint color.

I was born and raised in Warsaw, but I now live in Southern California. When I was growing up,…read moreLowes and Home Depot didn't exist. We depended on our hometown appliance store, Smith Appliances. I recently purchased my grandparent's home in Warsaw when my grandfather passed away. The intent was to turn it into a rental home. There was a need to replace all the appliances including the refrigerator, dishwasher, range, hood, washer and dryer. Being so far away, my first inclination was to look at Lowes and Home Depot, thinking they might be better suited for what I needed to do. However, I also remembered my roots and before I made any purchases I checked with Smith Appliances. Well, that was the best decision I made. Not only did I pay substantially less for every appliances, they provided free delivery, took away the old appliance free of charge, they service the appliances they sell. I'm not talking $25-$50 cheaper either. I'm talking hundreds of dollars cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot for each appliance and the exact same appliance! And when the deliver, they don't give you a 4 hour window. They give you a specific time and call you when they are on the way! From my experience, I can't give Smith Appliances anything less than 5 stars. I will refer friends and family to then.
