Within a day, I received a text stating that the item was no longer in-stock, & I was offered a substitute item, but it was an item I actually already owned. The person I was texting with took the time to find that item & coordinated for it to be shipped to them the next business day so that it can be sent out to me. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. Above & beyond is the bare minimum way I can describe their customer service! Your kindness is truly appreciated & you have a customer for life!

I sat down on it, and when I got up, to my horror, my pants were covered In animal hair! Then I noticed scratch marks on the upholstery near one of the legs. There were a couple of nice, kitty cats wandering around in the store, so maybe they really like that chair as well. If the person renting that booth brought that chair in without animal hair and scratch marks, someone may end up unhappy...

Thanks Sephora for being a great store.

Sephora is by far my favorite place to shop when it comes to getting things that make me feel…read morebeautiful! This was my first time in the Mishawaka Sephora and it did not disappoint. I was visiting here for a wedding. I made a Custom Makeover reservation on Sephora's easy to use mobile app since I had a wedding nearby. I am a Rouge Level for their membership program, so I was able to get this free of charge. Normally it would be free with a $50+ purchase for anyone. I arrived 10 minutes prior, and they were able to take me right away. Madeline was my specialist. She asked me what type of look I was going for, things I liked, things I didn't, my skin type, and if I wanted to purchase eyelashes with my makeover. She tested my skin tone to get the best match. She talked to me all through the session telling me about the products she was using, and even wrote them down for me so if I liked them I could purchase them at a later date. She did a fabulous job and I did end up getting a few things on the list. She was a dream to work with and I looked lovely at the wedding. I would definitely visit this Sephora again!
