They don't know where it is or why it has not shown up but they won't let me get a refund until it does. What if it never shows up. Looking more closely at the receipt, it does state that it may take UP TO 15 business days to get there. However, since they only get shipments on Wednesdays that would be more than 15 business days. They, including customer service were very rude with me.

I once went to return a $100 robe because I didn't like it on (and fitting rooms were closed so had to wait till you got home to try on) and they convinced me that they couldn't refund me because I used apple pay. It was absolutely ridiculous.. they even said "we understand these are hard times" like excuse me?? So uncalled for. Calling me broke too LOL. Anyway this new staff is so friendly and helpful.
