    Empty perfume case.

This is how you lose a sale to the evil one in Seattle, WA. They say they have something and when you arrive you are greeted with empty shelves. The CEO apparently said that he realizes that locking goods up doesn't help sales. Having half empty shelves doesn't either. Also, what is with the empty display case. If it's not going to be used, remove it.

    Drive-thru COVID testing

This review is for the drive thru COVID testing. Arrived at 2:55 and drove around due to some questionable signage. The booth is where you want to be at even if it looks closed. Hit the call button at 3:00. They asked for me to wait. Finally someone opened the blinds at 3:12 and told me my paperwork was printing. 3:21, got some instructions and that the test was still being setup. 3:23 got swab, finished and submitted. Additional bonus is there is a ton of stuff flying around (dandelion?). Advice - turn off your car if you come here, because you will be idling for quite a long time. Also, despite the sign asking about needing ID, insurance, and confirmation number, I didn't need any of that - just time of appointment and name. If I don't update this review, assume that I actually got a test result from this ordeal.

When we walked in the cashier greeted us! This makes my day every time. There also were workers on the floor helping us. I had never been in their Walgreen it meet our expectations and more. We had a very pleasant shopping experience lots of stocking stuffers. Harry Potter blankets. Plus everything I needed to finish up my Christmas shopping. Extra gifts at the right prices! Plus excellent customer service. We will return even tho we live in east Oakland thank you all.

This review is during COVID season. My family was able to get our vaccinations here without any trouble and the shots themselves were painless. The store is maintaining CDC regulations and expect the customers to do the same. I'm giving one more star for the easy and convenience to get the vaccine, excellent patient care and above average customer service experience.

Seriously, a pharmacy that is open M-F 9-6. closed on weekends and during the middle of the day for lunch. Only 1-2 people working. There is supply Is very low but when you do find something you get to play hide and seek with the staff.

If you could physically manifest Hell on earth then it would be the Walgreens in Pinole California and I checked carefully that this was the only Walgreens in Pinole so I don't misguide anyone. I am not sure why I'm even leaving this due to the fact that there are more 1 star and vehemently negative reviews about this place than there are candy bars on Halloween!!!!!! I have dealt with some unbelievable levels of ineptitude, incompetence and indifference from companies like Wells Fargo, Equifax and everyone's favorite PG&E! but for a small dink town in a dump strip mall in Nor Cal to send you to the brink of insanity, that is confirming and solidifying every inauspicious review!!! Without getting into a long diatribe which I have already done a little all I can advise and relate to you is that if you need a pharmacy for your prescriptions, if you need to get a Covid, Flu, Shingles, T-Dap, Cholera or Japanese Encephalitis (yeah seriously) then save yourselves from a fate worse than contracting any of those and find another pharmacy, no matter how inconvenient, troublesome or difficult because at the end of the day you will still spend less time driving to one 20-30 miles away then sitting in this pit of despair.

A glimpse of the head of the long Walgreens pharmacy line.

I get my car detailed monthly, so it's always clean and smells great--this time? The experience was a total fail from start to finish. I went this Saturday, First off, they were out of wax and have stopped offering certain services (RIP to the quality since the cutie left, honestly). After a one-hour wait, I finally got my car back and had to remind them to spray the good-smelling stuff. They did--barely. Then the real nightmare started... The next day, my car smelled HORRIBLE. Like skunk meets spoiled milk. Absolutely disgusting. And no, there's no food in my car, and my kids weren't even in it for days. So this stench? Not me. I have a strong suspicion it's the mats--maybe they're using filthy water or dirty rags, and the smell just rubbed in. Whatever it is, it's burned into my soul because this is not the standard I pay for or expect. Bottom line: Save yourself the headache (and air fresheners). This was my last visit.

Gas prices were good - the nearby Chevron was .30 or .40 more per gallon - usually Chevron doesn't charge extra for credit - so that might be .20 or .30 more... Chevron: 5.09/5.39/5.57 diesel: 5.19 Arco: 4.75/ 4.95/ 5.15 and no diesel that I could find... This is nearby the highschool that Greenday went to - so that is a point of interest for music fans. The gas station was clean and bright and overall I think was fine - I do think its a better idea to pay .34/gallon for Chevron - especially if its a car your going to keep for a while.

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews unless I've given the business establishment a 2nd…read morechance. I must say the employees here are more than stellar! I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars. However -- the owner is the complete opposite, and is mainly what the 2 star review is for. Background: I've been going to this gas station for the last 8 years, and have spent thousands of dollars using their touchless car wash, with plenty of receipts to show. Issue: Their touchless car wash usually work majority of the time, but anyone reading this, most likely know that their car wash machine will exhibit a malfunction every now and then. The issues often vary like, low water pressure, no soap, no air dryer, no pressure wash at entry. As most folks know, malfunctions are normal with any automated machinery, and that's okay -- it's not the end of the world. The employees here understand that the car wash will break from normal operation, and they do their very best to try to fix things. I appreciate that they actually take the time to observe and troubleshoot. Given that they recognize me as a regular patron, they understand that something is wrong when I raise any issues to them. Kudos to the staff for having the common sense of understanding technology and machinery. The issue I have is mainly with the owner of the business. He seems to be the type of person who's never been wrong in his life, and his natural instinct is to have a condescending defensive reaction. For the 2nd time in the last 2 months, I've been told to go somewhere else instead of acknowledging that the car wash machine isn't perfect. His main resolution is to offer a refund rather than rectify. An offer for a refund is certainly not a bad thing, but also not the best way to handle the situation. He is always adamant that his car wash indicator at the register isn't showing any errors, so everything must be working well... Being in the Software Engineering space specializing in troubleshooting and diagnostics, I would love to teach the business owner some basic logic, but this would be somewhat pointless for someone who always feels they're right. I normally purchase batches of 2-3 Premium washes, which was previously priced at $12, and was later increased to $14. The price increase didn't stop me from continuing to support this local business. Yet, the owner has the audacity to claim he loses money every time I report a car wash malfunction. With his wish for me to take my business somewhere else, I will gladly comply this time around, but here's a nice review for others to see before I go.
