The line to pick up prescription can be hectic but I learn going there in the evening can be a fast and easy way to get your prescription. As of late the shevles have been empty. I know Rite Aid filed for Bankruptcy but now they exit it and becoming a private held company. What is addicting about going inside Rite Aid is the ice cream that they serve. I have to avoid eating their ice cream. Parking is easy to find at Rite Aid. I have not seen their spaces being filled up. I will say that I have seen delivery trucks occupying the parking spaces with the unloading.

I don't think I saw anything out of place anywhere. Impressive! I haven't been to a Rite-Aid for some time, so I'm not sure when self-checkout kiosks were available (card or mobile pay only) but it's good to know it's there, even more so especially during a pandemic. If I wasn't going for that long drive, I would have tried to score some ice cream to go. Good first run. Will return.

BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AND I HAD TO SWEEP THE FLOOR MYSELF !!! Nature called and I was forced to…read moreuse this Walmart bathroom after I was forced to come in to return a product that I did not want to have to pay to return. I hate having to go into any Walmart, let's face it, if you are honest, they are all dismal. The bathroom in this one was strewn in all the stalls with toilet paper that either people had used on the seats and let drop on the floor like animals before they left, or that their kids played with then littered the floor with. It depressed hell out of me. I noticed a broom and dustbin on the wall for the cleaning staff to use, and I decided to use it myself to at least push all the paper into one pile near the trash can. Once I did that, it was just one more maneuver of lifting it in two scoops with the dustpan into the trash can. Voila, a cleanly-swept floor. Walmart didn't pay me for this service. YOU'RE WELCOME, Walmart.

Every time I shop at Walmart charn is the associate who helps me. She is always patient, respectful, kind, and caring. She never makes me feel rushed, even when I need extra time. She treats me with dignity and always has a warm smile and a positive attitude. Many associates are busy, and sometimes people are overlooked because they need more assistance. charn is different. She always takes the time to help not only me but also many elderly customers with kindness and compassion. She is an excellent example of what great customer service looks like, and Walmart is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. Please pass along my sincere appreciation and recognize her for the exceptional work she does every day.

Tbh, i was not expecting customer service from a local Walgreens, but her negativity was too much. She didn't seem to care about her job or the customers. Seriously, you don't have to work there if you hate your job. Just don't take it out on others. Be nice. The location is quiet with ample parking. The other staff are fine.

My partner is a cancer patient and has significant vision disabilities. The employee made comments about his appearance, including remarks along the lines of, "Look at that outfit and that hat." My daughter had surgery this morning and the surgeon called in several medications, including one we needed to start immediately--a steroid to prevent post-operative swelling that could lead to medical complications. When I got to the pharmacy at 10am, it wasn't open. After waiting in a long line, and after they opened late, the only, overwhelmed pharmacist on duty said she was completely backed up and had just starting in on 75 orders. She refused to provide me with any information about where my daughter's prescriptions fell in the queue, but urged me not to wait for them, saying that she couldn't even ballpark when my daughter's medications would be ready and that it could take all day. I explained the medical urgency of the one prescription, but there was clearly no triage system in place and the pharmacist remained quite clear that she couldn't even provide an estimate of when it would be ready. Fortunately, I thought to call the surgeon and get the prescriptions rerouted to CVS. But this Walgreens pharmacy's poor quality still led to a medically contraindicated delay in getting my daughter the medicine she needed, increasing the chances of post-operative complications.
