Garbage service, they charged me $31 for washing my car and declined to vacuum the trunk!! Would not recommend this place, very rude and unprofessional staff member that claims to be the owner!

Hand Wax for $65 is normally great, this time left a rim pretty dirty.

"Well, I've never seen anything like this in my life. In fact, I went to the car wash, they want 250 dollars to detail it, and get the smell out. I'm not payin' for that." Jerry Seinfeld Da Scene: Been raining off/on for almost 3 weeks, need a mini detail. The Infiniti needs attention. Roll up @ 9am and its PACKED. I get da hand wax special, they tell me an hour, so I head over to Red Onion for coffee & breakfast. Da Service: They are normally quick less than 1 hour for a hand wax but today, 2+ hours..., plus miss minor stuff like clean out the gas well and one rim was dirty. It's hard work so I tip well, but next time will do a walk-around before leaving. I really like this spot and will hope to bring this up to 4 stars next visit!

The ladies are really hard-working! It's an efficient & effective process ~ 25 minutes later...vehicle is very clean on the inside & out. Since my SUV was up in Reno recently, I chose the 'Platinum Package' to get it deep cleaned & shined $51. Good value * pleased even days later.

Deluxe car wash price at Vallejo carwash.

This car wash is ridiculously overpriced compared to others and when you ask for a refund he refuses unless you paid in cash. Their gold package is the same package as the deluxe package at Vallejo car wash. This one charges $46 for mid to large vehicles and Vallejo Carwash charges $30. People are willing to pay maybe up to $5 more, but $16 dollars more. NO WAY.

Custom Wrap Scratched -- they claim it's an old/existing scratch

This review is for the Car Wash service. I'm sad to say this will be the last time I will be bringing my cars to this place. I noticed a fairly large scratch on a custom wrap that wasn't there prior to the car wash. The scratch looks like it was from heavy scrubbing, possibly leftover particles from the microfiber cloth that's been recycled many times. I politely asked the guy who rinses the cars if the scratch was there earlier. He quickly claimed that's it an old scratch because it's dark -- I was speechless, so I walked away; they clearly were not going to admit to producing the scratch, so there was no point in arguing on a beautiful Friday. Attached is a photo taken right after the previous wash from 2 weeks ago with no visible scratch. The car is fully ceramic coated, so dirt does not stick too hard on the surface. The area of the scratch also shows no impact against another object, so there is no reason for a scratch to exist in that area. I've taken my cars here for more than a dozen washes, and never thought they'd treat a repeat customer with zero empathy. Be very wary when coming to this place for a car wash. Take a video of your car all the way around as a way to document the car's condition prior to them touching it.

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews unless I've given the business establishment a 2nd…read morechance. I must say the employees here are more than stellar! I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars. However -- the owner is the complete opposite, and is mainly what the 2 star review is for. Background: I've been going to this gas station for the last 8 years, and have spent thousands of dollars using their touchless car wash, with plenty of receipts to show. Issue: Their touchless car wash usually work majority of the time, but anyone reading this, most likely know that their car wash machine will exhibit a malfunction every now and then. The issues often vary like, low water pressure, no soap, no air dryer, no pressure wash at entry. As most folks know, malfunctions are normal with any automated machinery, and that's okay -- it's not the end of the world. The employees here understand that the car wash will break from normal operation, and they do their very best to try to fix things. I appreciate that they actually take the time to observe and troubleshoot. Given that they recognize me as a regular patron, they understand that something is wrong when I raise any issues to them. Kudos to the staff for having the common sense of understanding technology and machinery. The issue I have is mainly with the owner of the business. He seems to be the type of person who's never been wrong in his life, and his natural instinct is to have a condescending defensive reaction. For the 2nd time in the last 2 months, I've been told to go somewhere else instead of acknowledging that the car wash machine isn't perfect. His main resolution is to offer a refund rather than rectify. An offer for a refund is certainly not a bad thing, but also not the best way to handle the situation. He is always adamant that his car wash indicator at the register isn't showing any errors, so everything must be working well... Being in the Software Engineering space specializing in troubleshooting and diagnostics, I would love to teach the business owner some basic logic, but this would be somewhat pointless for someone who always feels they're right. I normally purchase batches of 2-3 Premium washes, which was previously priced at $12, and was later increased to $14. The price increase didn't stop me from continuing to support this local business. Yet, the owner has the audacity to claim he loses money every time I report a car wash malfunction. With his wish for me to take my business somewhere else, I will gladly comply this time around, but here's a nice review for others to see before I go.
