I am disgusted by the behavior of the two ladies working on 2/5/26 at 7 pm . They were immature and let a past disagreement with my boyfriend that was warranted. They don't know what customer service is or compassion. If they paid any attention to the purchases we make on a weekly basis they should be more sympathetic ..but tonight was nothing but childish! Overheard the cashier talking to a random customer about the previous visit like they care or need to know her personal opinion about someone she passes judgment on . I was told to come here to this location to pick up the medication, unable to pick up the medication because they will not fill the prescription without insurance. I was not provided insurance through the sane kit. Refuse to give HIV medication after Sexual Assault time sensitive medication. I got Passport photos from them. I was given a Bar Code to scan for the digital copy of my photo. The bar cade led me to create an account on their web page with my email address, phone# and home address. It then took me to download the App. Still there was no access to the photo. Hands down worst pharmacy. Anytime I request my meds sooner (giving them HOURS) one male pharmacy employee in particular, is so incredibly rude. I've had many horrible interactions with him on the phone, but this evening in particular made me SO UNCOMFORTABLE, I was scared to pick up my medication. I called corporate and have moved my meds out of here. This guys an absolute ASS HOLE. Also, suddenly it only took 10 minutes for my pills to be ready. When he wanted to make me wait till 11 the next day. Absolute POS to customers for no reason. I love this store as a store, not a clinic & pharmacy & retail. The Vaccine line is with the regular pharmacy line - BAAAAAD idea. That's like going to Safeway to get milk & then a patient & treatment plan lands in front of you. The pharmacy line is super long, which never was long prior to Walgreens doing vaccines. I got my first 2 vax at Frys - in & out in 20 min. My son's vax - CVS, 20 min. I've been here 45 min past my appointment & just got the injx & must wait 15 more, as you may know. Go elsewhere if you care about time & don't have an hour to donate. read more

This Walgreens is literal trash. Specifically the pharmacy. Got my wisdom teeth out, called the pharmacy for 6 hours trying to figure out when the meds would be done. I eventually ended up going into the store, since I was hung up on about 3 times while waiting on hold. I end up in the store, to be told that they didn't have the medicine or whatever the fuck she said. I zoned out cause once I heard there was a problem, all I could think of was. Why didn't they call & tell us 6 HOURS AGO WHEN THEY GOT THE ORDER!? Had to wait 6 hour, drive all around Phoenix trying to pick up the prescription. I will never be coming here again. read more

The female manager on shift last evening (1/25/019) was EXTREMELY and rude condescending to both myself and her employees. A sale on cosmetics was not ringing up correctly. The cashier was going to honor the sale per the advertisement hanging up in the store. The manager was upset that the system wasn't reflecting the sale and called someone from cosmetics for help. Cosmetics employee confirms the sale is valid but it started that day and may not be in the systems yet. This manager then said to both employees and myself.. "I don't care, it needs to be ringing up that way then. If it's not ringing up that way right here, she ain't getting it. We can't do it." We stood there kinda speechless for a moment until I broke the silence by saying, "That's fine. You really don't have to be so rude." They took in a prescription that was critical to be filled that night for my ill, elderly Mom (only 24 hour pharmacy) and then the pharmacist just left and they closed - no call, no medication. Completely unacceptable. Front clerk had nothing to say. I couldn't even get the prescriptions back to get to CVS or another pharmacy. I will NEVER go to another Walgreens. read more

Ok forks I ordered at 4 am and never got a conformation about when to pick up my curbside order. I called 4 hours later and the gentleman who answered stated they don't do curbside until 9 am. Ok so at 1 pm I call the Walgreens again about my order and they stated oh the did not receive notice. So I went and they were like oh we did not know you were waiting. Do not go to the Take Care Health here....or probably any Walgreen's. They are known to double bill and well despite knowing that I made the mistake of going there anyway. Sure enough I was billed/paid there AND was sent a bill in the mail. I then had to take time to call their customer service center (in India) to make sure my account is in good standing. Go to an urgent care instead. You'll save money and the wait time is the same anyway. read more

Substandard service. I made an appointment for their care clinic and was 6 minutes late. They wouldn't accept my check in and made me book for the next available time which was 40 minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous. There should be a window to allow for traffic. Does this mean if the staff is late I don't have to pay? Absolutely horrible pharmacy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME here. You will wait in line for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you, get to the front, and they will have no idea about your prescription and tell you to go to the end of the line while they take their precious time again to fill it when it should have been filled 9 hours prior. And don't bother asking for a manager because apparently they don't have a manager! read more

This Walgreens is terrible and not even for the amount of crackheads and bums they have around the area. The pharmacy is complete trash I don't even know how these people got their jobs there. Was there more than 2 hours trying to get my prescription and never got it. I continuously had to go back and forth from them to my insurance provider. The pharmacy kept running my insurance for the wrong day after I told them multiple times that they need to update the date. The insurance saw that they kept running it incorrectly, tried to call the pharmacy and hung up on them multiple times. Just completely garbage. read more

He couldn't find my info at first & kept asking if I used a different name, even though I told him no & had JUST filled at the Central & Osborn Walgreens LAST WEEK. Dropped off a Rx tonight. Pharmacy Tech that accepted my prescription told me it would "be ready in 30-45 min, probably like 30." I went back in after 45. New attendant told me it wasn't ready yet and wouldn't be ready for at least another hour. "I was told to come back in 30-45, and it's been 45." "Who told you that?" "I don't know, the guy that checked me in." "Well, it could be as much as two more hours." What the heck? First, rather than a rude rhetorical inquiry, try apologizing for the piss poor guidance, and pledging to do your best to get it out to me as quickly as you can. Second, train your staff so that such poor guidance isn't issued in the first place. Third, clean up your parking lot once in a while...it looks worse than the state fair ground parking lot after an AC-DC concert. read more

Yes... I am asking myself the very same question at this moment, "Why in the world are you reviewing a Walgreens?" My answer: Because this Walgreens is seriously amazing. I made a pit stop after a long day at work for junk to make me feel better (you know exactly what I am talking about). I found a modern out of this world revamped Walgreens worth a Yelp review! How did I not know of this location in the past I do not know. I am a rare Walgreenerite therefore that may explain why. As of two weeks ago that all changed... -The store is stocked with with everything you need in nice organized aisles,it's nicer than Target! -They have this little deli type thing going on and the food is the main reason I am writing this review. It is a Walgreens brand named Delish with REAL food. The selection is AMAZING which ranges from grape cups, hicama sticks, hummus rolls, sushi,chicken wraps (my fav!), salads, sandwiches, real fruit juices, designer cupcakes ect. Overall, this food is amazing and is gourmet! I am so shocked at the quality of this food (prepared by a person who is passionate about his/her creations judging by the unique recipes.) I am hooked on the Southwest Chicken Wrap which brings two in a pack for only $3.99! The section has fresh non-processed foods, so no more nasty fast food runs when time is tight. This may be the answer to America's unhealthy eating problem! Lol. -They have a little healthy snack section aswell with their brand Nice. From dried Wasabi Peas, hard boiled eggs (hey it's better for you than a bag of Cheetos,) and Banana Chips (the list is endless... go see for yourself!) for $1.49!!!! The same price as "horrible-for-you" chips! Overall, I love this concept Walgreens is trying out! Gluten free, no artificial flavors, vegan ect... Now available at your local Walgreens. Skip the nasty McDonald's chicken sandwich and make a just as easy choice. Props to this Walgreens! I love ya! Really displeased with the service given here. I go to purchase diapers for my son and had to use the bathroom. I asked a gentlemen if I could go and he refused to let me go because of covid. At any store as long as you have the receipt you don't need your ID at all. I was returning a fan I bought from this location, not only did I have reciept but I had the debit card I purchased the fan with. It was late, I was tired ran out of house not checking if I had wallet that has my DL IN IT. The fan had parts of 3 diffrent fans no 2 parts matched at all. The manager refused to return it because I didnt have DL BUT RECIEPT, FAN # MATCHED AS WELL AS DEBIT CARD. Absolutely ridiculous!!! read more
