The drive-thru is a complete mess. We got a call saying the medication was ready, so we headed over. After sitting in line for 30 minutes (yes, I had to shut off the car to save gas), we finally got to the window, only to be told the medication wasn't ready. They asked us to drive back around and start over. Seriously? And if you're thinking, "Why not just go inside?", don't bother. I've tried that too.
