got scammed today at Quik Trip in Terrell on the 34 hwy. this is my go to station . we went there to get gas for our mower. went in with 6 dollars in singles . I counted them and so did my husband . we went to pump and they only credited us for 4.00. went back in , complained before pumping and man at counter with supervisor said we gave him 4.00 . he told him that was not true , my husband got frustrated and went back out to find they dropped it to only giving us 2.00 in gas . He did not want to complain but I don't care call me a karen or what ever but this is not right . We did leave , and had to buy gas someplace else . I called them this afternoon and it sounded as if they were not working . Took twice calling to answer the phone and when they did msn did not even say quik trip . It was just "yeah" . Asked for manager , and he got back on pretending to be a manager after laughing . What the heck was going on today ? it was mothers day , and the employees were obviously not doing their jobs . Our family are big QT fans. This is the last location going east. Plus you can go in and out as opposed to Buc-cees which is delightful but can suck the time away. QT has a fantastic selection of fountain drinks and teas. They also have a good selection of snacks, even some healthier options. My kids love the pretzels, milkshakes, and Twisters from their fresh made counter. Their employees are friendly. Their gas is generally the cheapest around. The lower rating is the bathrooms. It is consistently a mess. I have also been and every gas pump is occupied. read more

Just a normal gas station with a quality shop. Good for cross country road trips. Fairly clean and reasonably priced. Nothing outstanding. read more

Newest location of Quick Trip here in NE Texas, and it is nice. It is clean, organized, and employees are friendly. I stopped in here because I was looking for a place to get coffee each morning - without having to go to Starbucks. It turns out that QT has 6 different blends of coffee, several instant cappuccino flavors ( if you are into that sort of thing ) as well as many drink and smoothie selections. Large coffee is $1.79 and a refill (if you bring your own cup) is $0.99. Variety of sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs and pizzas is solid as well. They have a full kitchen with a cool LCD TV ordering kiosk to make ordering several items very quick and convenient. They have many regular gas pumps and a separate area for Truckers to conveniently get diesel or to even sleep over night. Highly recommend stop, as QT should do very well here until Bucc'ees moves in down the road in Summer 2015. read more

It's big station. Soo many pumps. Inside fresh donuts and hot dogs, egg rolls, tacqutio. fresh to made counter where you get pizza. Fruits and salads. Restroom paper towel dispenser need fixing. Overall fast lines but was over charged on my hotdogs they're 1.49 for one but 2 for 2.49. Was charged 3.77 after taxes had them fix that mistake. Also they use to have cheapest gas prices now they like 10 cents more. Maybe was promo thing. read more

I'm very brand loyal to Quik Trip from living in KC. When I saw they were in Texas, I drove out of my way to get to this location. It was breath of fresh air to have such delightful customer service. Bathrooms were clean. Store was well stocked and had nice layout. Clerk was sweet to my two year old and that is huge to me. I love Quik Trip and this location lives up to my expectations. read more

Without fail, every visit, I see every employee running circles around to keep the store clean and checkout fast. Even the bathrooms stay clean, and this is a truck stop. read more

Cheap gas and lots of amenities keep me coming back. But the emoloyees can"t seem to keep up with the sheer volume of customers that this QT location handles. The downside is long lines and dirty bathrooms. read more

Good & quick option for a stop on I-20w. Large variety of snacks, drinks and coffee & a lot of pumps. Also, there is a large area that allows for large moving trucks or trailers. read more

Truck Stop version of a QT ... Not as clean as the other QTs and seem under staffed to handle the extra truck traffic in my opinion.
